The store was awesome, the employees were so friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. They were incredibly knowledgeable about various genres as well as what products were paired with what fandom. Ive had bad experiences at other Hot topics in the past but this one was super fun. I really felt like I was a valued customer!

I love hot topic in general but I really love this store in particular! The staff are amazing and every time I go in I feel welcome and always leave feeling better than when I came in!

Was ready to check out all the girls were just standing around talking to each! Waited for a bit then they seriously didnt want to ring me up like I was an inconvenience lol. I put my items back and left. I would never go back. Ever.

One of my favorite stores because I know I won’t feel super judged inside. Staff is always super kind and friendly, nice selection and they even let me know if something I’m looking for is online or shipped out later!

Horrible customer service. I cant even ask a question about some merch without the employee telling me how horrible that show it. The employee Ally just went off about how a character on the piece if merch I was purchasing just was a horrible character and how watching the show in Japanese doesnt make sense if you dont speak the language because if you dont speak the language how can you comprehend any emotion. Thats not really a great thing to say to anybody. Ever tried to watch a Telenovela? You can get the emotion without speaking Spanish. Same goes for Japanese anime. Ive tried to come in a few times since then, but I have a difficult time since that employee is there most of the time and shes always so pushy about her personal opinions. I just want to ask about the shirt. Not what they think about each individual anime they personally watch.

Great exchange experience!! I had 2 tops I ordered online that ended up being too big. Jayyden helped me and she really went above and beyond. She didn’t have the sizes I needed so she returned my tops and ordered me the correct sizes online right then and there to be shipped to my home again! So sweet, great employee!

This Hot Topic has a good amount of merch that other ones in the metro area dont seem to have as much. Only the one at Colorado Mills Mall has had more, but thats a bit of a drive for me. The staff here is really good, very nice and knowledgeable. Its a little small but they make the most of their square footage.

Ive shopped a lot of Hot Topics in my life but I feel the most at home in this location. Jayydan is wonderful as well as the rest of the employees. I always feel super welcome and if they dont have what Im looking for in my size they always look to see if its available online or at another location where I can pick up.

Nice location. I like this outdoor mall. Nice, clean store. The employees were helpful and they had a good selection of product. Went to look at Pops! and they had them all nice and organized my lines.

This place is way too small. Everytime I go in there its always empty. Always getting remodeled. Always so sad. But the reason why Im rating it a 3 out of 5. Because of customer service!

I wanted to start crying when I entered this store. There were so many products that I hadnt been able to find anywhere else and it was wonderful to be able to just look at them. How are there so many fandoms/groups represented in one place!!! 🙀Though things are a little on the pricey side, I love this store. Seriously. The staff members were so kind and were willing to not only help me out, but make my day better. There was such a cool energy throughout my shopping trip. I got a cool choker necklace and some chains and I love them so much! Why cant I add 6 stars again? In summary, I love this store. Thanks for such a fun/satisfactory experience!

Hot topic in general is pretty cool which is why the 2 stars. This location however, has no hours posted and left doors unlocked after they were “closed” so as I’m already shopping they informed me I had to leave because they were closed. Confusing with the door open and no signage.

Great service. Always nice. & wen I ask 4 them to hold onto something 4 an 1 hr or even a day they do, then I go pick it up. Wen I ask to help find something, they always r kind enough to help me. I get all my AttackOnTitan, SwordArtOnline, BlackButler, Yungblud, & BTS stuff here. 💗🖤💗

It was good but a bit on the expensive side of things. If you are a true fan of it youd get it though.

This store appears to be run by entirely incompetent people that lack even the most basic common sense. Due to COVID restrictions, they need to limit the number of people in store which is totally understandable, however this produces a pretty long line thats a good distance from the front door. No one like it, but again, totally understandable given the pandemic. On the door there are signs talking about how they have to limit to 10 total people (including employees) in the store. All of this is a nuisance but its expected and required so I cant complain about that.The problem with this store is FAR more simple and rooted in what I can only assume is simple staff incompetence. No where on any of the many signs you CAN see do they make any mention of in-store pickup orders, which is why I went. I had $550+ of orders I needed to pickup. When I arrived the line was already 12 or more people long so I get in line because thats what the visible signs say. 45 minutes later, I eventually make it to the front of the line where I see a sign saying in-store pickups should talk to the person at the door. This is the ONLY sign (single sheet of paper) in the entire store that says this and its facing AWAY from the line so its impossible to see from the line itself.Essentially because the store staff isnt bright enough to put ALL the information about orders and shopping on the door, where it would be visible from the line, I wasted 45 minutes of my time standing outside in the cold, taking unnecessary risks. All anyone with half a brain would have to do it think, maybe the many people in line cant see the sign FACING AWAY FROM THEM and dont know what theyre supposed to do.Hot Topics just utter, staggering levels of incompetence have ensured that Ill be returning everything order from Hot Topic and never doing business with them again. On the off chance that I want a Hot Topic exclusive, Ill just pay more and buy it on Ebay. Even if its 10x the cost, its still cheaper that the time I wasted dealing with the morons at their store.When Hot Topic finally goes out of business in the next year or two, it will be because they dont care about their customers and lack the ability to do so. Simply having licensed merchandise is not enough to survive when youre stores are run by idiots.

This review is for Hot Topic, the company and its policies, NOT this specific store. Recently I ordered things online, like I do OFTEN, and somehow my account got switched over to an old address. Immediately after I made the order I tried to change the address. YOU CANT!!! Then they refuse to fix it for you, claiming policy. I can understand that IF I hadnt tried to IMMEDIATELY change it. Now I have $100 worth of stuff they say the only way to fix the issue is to charge me AGAIN!!! and then ship stuff they dont even know if they have left..? My order is coming in 2 or 3 separate shipments. They still wont do ANYTHING for the stuff that hasnt shipped. I even got ahold of USPS and the place the stuff is getting shipped to and they say they cannot do anything. Hot Topic.... failure to their customers. And yes, Ill keep posting this on all the stores reviews until something is done.

It has eclectic items from gaming genre, Disney, music and many more genre. The store is fun . The employees are great and helpful.

Wont go to this location again. It is illegal for employees or management to ask a person how to wear their mask. As someone with sensory autism, its hard for me to even wear the mask. Tell your employees to ask to put on a mask I get, but how to wear one is not okay. Learn the law.

Staff was great! Didnt have item I wanted in store but was able to order, pay in store with shipping to my home.

Right now, they have a capacity of something like 14 people. At peak times, you may find yourself waiting for a few minutes outside.Avoid peak times and shop to your heart’s content.

Went in to look at some new jewelry. Ended up finding some really cool items. The girl,Katie, working there was very nice. She was the only one working and it started to get busy and she still made sure we were all helped in a timely manor.

Me and my gf went in tried on a few Halloween costumes said wed think about it because the zipper seem like it wouldnt last went back to give it a go and they were rude and not helpful unfriendly and when were standing in line to pay and they completely ignored us disappointed come on guys you can do better alot of stores didnt make it youre lucky the doors remain open with your hospitality

Wow you guys really outshine every other local store with how terrible your customer service really is. Autumn really need a corse in how not to treat the people who buy stuff from their store and who make it possible to have a job. On that note I hope you get fired.

Hot topic used to be a great clean fun store to visit and friendly. This store was a mess only one person offered me any help getting clothes down then ignored me after that..the jewelry used to be my favorite part and it was basically non existent. I wont drive 45 min to go there again...a shame

My kids love the hot topic store they always find something there they want of course for the most part the store has good sales as long as you dont buy something at its first retail price you can walk out knowing that you paid the right price watch out for overpriced items for the most part you can wait until come on sale shortly

Great store, though it doesnt have much Supernatural merchandise items out but still, its a great store. Glad its within walking distance for me because now I dont have to wait till the weekday to catch a bus to go the one in flatirons crossing mall in Broomfield.

This store is pretty great, but they dont seem to restock very quickly. The service is still very wonderful, and Hot Topic is probably my favorite place to buy nerdy things (Harry Potter, Supernatural, etc.).

Said it was open at 10am. Opener didnt show up till 10:20 and still has not opened doors and its 10:30am. Not an ideal for a manager or lead for the store. Sorry to say.

Here on a Sunday at 10:15 am. Supposed to open at 10. Store dark and locked and no signs of life. Not the only customers waiting. Associate shows up opens door and promptly relocks behind her, neither greeting nor apologizing to anyone who is waiting. At 10:25 a.m. there are now 7 people wairing to shop!
