Made a morning drive to Denver and surrounding areas. We needed some coffee and pastries to make it through the morning. Caribou Coffee was the answer. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable on the coffees. Received our coffees in a quick and easy manner. Coffees were hot and fresh. Would recommend this establishment to everyone.

I’ve never been to Caribou coffee, but this was a nice place and had some great selections and also some outdoor tables you could sit outside, dog and bike friendly. Our server Kiana G., was very helpful in detail to make sure we got all our orders correct and cream, sugar and everything else that went with our drinks & coffee. We only had to wait about four minutes to get our beverages… This is a worthwhile stop.

Google says you open at 6am, the sign on your door says you open at 6am… but here it is almost 6:30 and your doors are locked, the lights are off, and you’re only operating your drive through. Either update your hours or open on time. Wild suggestion, I know.

Ive never had a bad experience here. My drinks are always fresh and the staff are polite, professional, friendly and get orders out quickly. Becareful when ordering hot beverages cause they LITERALLY give them to you HOT AND FRESH dont go burning your mouths🥵🤒

Every Wednesday I get my team coffee from here. I don’t know the guys name but he is always working in the mornings, and he is so sweet and makes my day. Definitely needs to be recognized for his customer service as it’s one of the best. Hope he is happy and recognized. :)

This specific Caribou needs some help. I cant remember the last time they actually got my order correct. Drive through only, which gets extremely backed up.

Lobby is closed so we had to try ordering online. Waited for 20 minutes and they told us in the drive through window they’d bring out the orders. Still waiting 🙃

Great spot. I like to come here to work on things or have meetings. Nice place out of the office to think or meet folks. Staff is usually friendly. Coffees hot. What more can you really ask for? Plenty of seating. Lots of light. Could use a few more spots to plug in. If you dont get the table with the plug youre screwed.

Good ice mocha, very busy area, we were lucky to get a nice opening and did not wait long.

I had a delicious caramel coffee and I purchased a purple canteen, which I absolutely love!!

Their coffee is the best in my opinion but they are very slow. I waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes today.

My boyfriend & I went through the drive thru today and the baristas taking our order were extremely rude. At first it was a guy then he switched out with a girl. She did not ask what type of chocolate we wanted (maybe they don’t do that anymore) I don’t know I hadn’t been to a caribou in years. Then we asked if they had pistachio macaroons, but apparently caribou discontinued macaroons a long time ago. The barista was so rude about it. She said they have NEVER carried macaroons at caribou. Which all the long time caribou lovers know is a lie. Anyway, I love their coffee but the customer service was very poor.

Great coffee shop has a good selection of drinks and friendly employees. The atmosphere has a cozy feel that even has a fireplace. If sitting inside isnt your thing enjoy the outdoor seating or take your drink to the park close by. Overall this is one of my favorite coffee places and had a great experience.

Great coffee - better than Starbucks. I recommend a simple latte with heavy cream and sugar free syrup (vanilla).

Standard Caribou experience, delicious London Fog and friendly service. FYI as of 3/31/21, they are NOT offering dine-in seating, despite what Google says. Tables and chairs are available outside within wifi reach though.

I come to this location, I would say almost every week and never have any issues until today. I ordered a spicy pineapple drink and asked for extra caffeine. And instead I got a drink that was so horrible I couldn’t even drink it, I didn’t get extra caffeine I got extra spicy and it was terrible with little to no ice in it as well. Super disappointing!

Coffee was fantastic! They forgot about a sandwich I ordered but were sorry and got right on it. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was way to hot, coffee shouldn’t be hotter than the sun. And, the food items couldn’t even be opened for the first 15 minutes because you’d burn yourself. I like caribou but I’ll probably stick to staying home until they figure out a way to make their products consumable in the first 10 days of buying it.

Usually I love coming here, but lately this location has been out of everything!!! It ends up being a waste of my time to wait in line for coffee/food when I get up to the window and everything I wanted to order is out of stock.

I LOVE caribou. I will always choose y’all over any coffee. If I’m paying 5$ for a sort of complicated coffee order it better not be watered down or the last cup from the pot or burnt. You guys make it perfect EVERY TIME. Starbucks can never manage to make a good coffee. It blows my mind. The girl with brownish hair that takes orders at the drive through is really just the sweetest and even remembers me when I haven’t visited in a few months (I live in boulder).

I saw 2 employees, one handling drive through. And the girl that helped me. I let her know I would be outside with my dogs. She stated I can bring out your order include water for the dogs and my Turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. Next time I see her come out, your order is ready, after I go in to get it, I had to ask her to help me carry the water out. I felt that she was more involved in the cleaning of tables then customer service.

Soooooo good and such a nice change from starbu$&s! Friendly staff that helps first timers ordering off their menu.

Pretty clean. Some chairs looked splattered with whipped cream and had to be wiped down before we could sit in front of the fireplace. It was homey feeling and quiet enough for us to have a nice conversation without having to yell toward each other.

Nice coffee shop. Not as industrial as the green mermaid place. Cozier than most chain shops. Good amount of traffic but not overly busy. I enjoy this store Everytime Im in the area. Nice atmosphere. Music isnt the kind you want to rip your ears off either.

Coffee is good, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. So why 3 stars rather than 5? A few reasons: first, a bagel with schmear is $3. However, you barely get any schmear. For those who know New York style bagels, this would not even be enough for 1 side. It would cost an extra 25 cents to provide 3 or 4 times more. So, add another 50 cents to the price, call it NY Style, and make people happy. Also, stop with the self-service thing. Im paying $3 for something that I can make for less than 75 cents. Im paying $3 for the convenience. Plus, I am then asked to provide a 10 to 20% tip. Come on guys, give people a reason to come to Caribou, set yourselves apart - pay your people better, have THEM make a good bagel, and create a better customer experience. Right now, this is no better than Starbucks...

My complicated drink order was perfect. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. If I lived in this area I would be here all the time. Great place.

Excellent coffee. Muffin was the little sweet for my our tastes but very good. Not cheap, of course, but probably the same as other coffee shops in this area. Would be nice if they had a bran muffin. Nice outside eating space. Right on the edge of an extensive sort of wildlife and walking trails area.

Love the Chai and Campfire Mocha. A go to meeting place for my friends and I. Although at this time we cant enjoy it due to Covid

Excellent little coffee shop. The coffee is not burnt as with other famous coffee shops. The service was great. Wonderful place just to visit. The selections were easy to understand and choose from. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

I used to work here back in the day and really enjoyed the people and the drinks. I moved away, so it’s been a couple years since I’ve been here, and now apparently they don’t carry soy milk anymore? The only alternate options were almond or coconut milk both of which taste watered down to me. It’s so weird to me that a coffee shop doesn’t carry soy, which is probably the more popular option. Because of this I’ll chose Starbucks as much as I try not to.

My husband loved the coffee, Im not a coffee drinker. Their baby quiche was fabulous, bigger would be better on those.

I love this location! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Even when theyre slammed everyone has a smile and a great attitude and never leave me waiting long for my coffee. Plus, the coffee is delicious!

Stopped here a few times on my vacation and now Im addicted to their signature Mint Condition drink. Husband liked the house black coffee. Staff was cheery and just all-out friendly. Will definitely visit again!

I would have to say that this is a homely type of coffee shop. They have a variety of coffee for every season and occasion. They offer deals that benefit you the more you go there. Ive only been there once but its very lovely as it has leather seats and other normal seats dor lounging around. When I went they had a blackboard that asked what is your favorite Christmas song? And you could you over and put up what you thought. Overall a great experience.

This is an excellent place for a morning breakfast and coffee. They have a large parking lot and a good sized diner. Theres a drive-through, and the wait staff are compassionate and patient.

Goof food and service. The upstairs patio is a great place to sit and enjoy friends and sunsets. The downstairs is a little loud, so visiting is difficult.

I just moved here, and on my second trip in the barista (Samuel) remembered me and greeted me with a warm welcome. This place is clean and cozy and the drinks Ive tried are delicious and unique! This is definitely my new go-to coffee shop.

I love this Caribou Coffee shop. The people are friendly and the food is good.The only issue is the interior needs to be refreshed. Theyre competition changes out furniture and refreshes their shots often.

I had the raspberry white mocha - horrible choice, I know, but it sounded interesting. cant say much because I havent had enough to give a great review but the best thing about this coffee was the cup.

So hot inside I had to leave. Its not a place to come and sit down for any length of time.

Right through the door we were happily greeted. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was in stock and when a non-decaf version would be back in stock. As a stereo-typical black coffee only person, I struggle with knowing what else to order for special occasions. The barista was extremely helpful and suggested/explained a couple of good options for a less sugary/sweet experience. I loved my extra hot cold brew with cream and a tad bit of sugar . . . And I even understood what all the lingo meant by the time I ordered it. I not only got amazing coffee, but an education that will help me order coffee more effectively for the rest of my life. Amazing staff. Bonus checks are absolutely in order! ❤

Here on vacation and they did away with our care Caribou coffee shops in IL We loved our log cabin in our little town. Wish you were back.

Visiting here with my old memory. A few years ago, when I visited here, I was very glad with friendly staff and fresh drinks. Today I am very happy they are still very kind and serve good coffes.

Love this coffee shop! Its just big enough and has enough seating that every time I go there I can find a spot to work from. Cozy chairs, high tops, large tables - it has a little of everything. Ive been here to meet up with friends, have a quick meeting with coworkers, or just by myself to get some emails checked off the list and every time its been an inviting experience (not too loud as many other coffee shops can get when it gets crowded).Really though, the 5 stars go out to the staff - they are some of the most friendly and real people to work behind a coffee bar that Ive met in awhile.

Ahhh, Caribou! Flipping love you! Since moving here to Colorado, I dont go to Starbucks anymore. I go to Caribou (or another local coffee shop).I have never had a bad experience with the staff and always a good product. The only time I had something I didnt like was that new pomagranit drink that wasnt a coffee based drink. And their bubble teas were not good. Not the tea. The tea was amazing. But the bubbles not so much. But in the time Ive been going there for over a year those were my only bad experiences, and it was a hit or miss trying something new.Ditch Starbucks and try this place.

Very busy when I came by but it was still very clean on the inside which was really nice to see. I say that because I have been to this location before and it wasn’t as near as clean or near as busy so I am glad to see that they made some improvements! The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed which was a great feeling to have while being inside of there. People were doing things on their computers, some were reading books, there was even a small group talk going on between 8-10 people gathered in the middle of the store which was nice to see that people can organize somewhere to discuss things without being bothered by noise or having to pay for a private place to talk. Anyway I ordered the ice mocha which was really good and made exactly the way I would have made it myself! It was delicious and I will definitely be returning to this location after seeing the variety of improvements that they have provided throughout the store and after tasting just how superb their drinks can be! I would highly recommend if you are in the area to come here if you would like some freshly brewed delicious coffee or other drinks at a lower price than a typical Starbucks or big brand coffee shop!

It wasnt as good as I thought it would be. Maybe it was just the drive-thru experience that seems to ruin the lobby experience, I dont know; it just seems like they could do better with more people. There coffee was out when I ordered, the condiment bar was messy, they had a line in the lobby and didnt receive us very well or promptly, and I didnt even hear them call me when my order was ready :/ and I was sitting so close to the counter. They need more people to attend to everything...

My most recent visit was the Caribou store in Westminster off of Church Ranch Blvd.I ordered an Americano. Caribou makes this drink so much better and flavorful than Starbucks and its more economical. I discovered Americanos a couple of years ago by accident. I really dont know much about coffee drinks. The first time I tried the Caribou version was at the store on I-225 and east Colfax. The two ladies there, Kenzie ans Char are terrific as well as the rest of the staff.An excellent coffee drink at reasonable prices. Thanks Caribou.

Probably the slowest drive through I’ve been around here. Used to not be as slow but the last months staff is always newbies and under staffed and we wait for ever to get a simple black coffee... step it up guys!
