Have had a very good experience so far. I am an artist and have enjoyed working together, with Dave. He helped me design t-shirts, assisting with placement and texture of the titles. Has been fun and easier than I imagined. Big Frog, overall, has been supportive and affordable. Allowing me another opportunity to get my art and poetry out there.
I work for a small business and we had a last minute contract come through where we needed 100 bags personalized with a custom design in 10 days! I tried various places locally and online and nobody could. I called Big Frog in Duluth and not only could they do it but they were done early! The people I worked with on the phone were so nice and helpful and the cost was cheaper than most places I looked for online. The design came out wonderfully as well. I will definitely use these guys again and couldnt recommend them enough.
Exceptional service from walk-in to finish!!! Friendly staff who bring your ideas to life and want you to feel comfortable in what you are wearing! Great prices! If an item isnt in stock, they will order a sample for you to try on or you can bring in your own (I brought in my own tank top, after trying a few samples on) and purchased a very nice quality T-shirt from them and had a logo from a sticker I brought in, put on the front and lettering on the back of each! Great email/phone call communication on how your items are coming along. They will do a mock-up of your item so you can see what it would look like and if everything is a go, they will get it done in the time you need! For the last 16 years my friends had been getting together for a annual fishing trip. As keepsakes for our trip we have shirt made up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had shirts made for my fiances business and they worked with me every step of the way and had great recommendations. I loved that I was given advice on which shirts were softest when I asked and the best way to make my unique logo show up on T-Shirts. It was very helpful. Was overall happy with my service and got the shirts in time for my event. They had to order the shirts we wanted so it took a bit longer and the estimate they gave me wasnt quite accurate but overall I was happy.

Big Frog provided quick service. We needed 20 t-shirts. They assisted with shoring up the design and ensuring it looked great. The shirts are high quality, thick cotton. I corresponded via email and received quick, polite responses and when I asked for an artwork proof and then a slight change, things were modified quickly and met the request. I started the process on a Thursday, submitted the final order on Friday and had the completed product in hand by Tuesday. I had allowed for a week of cushion for the turn around time. Overall, I am very happy with the service and product!!

Big Frog is a Big Deal. We went there for just a few shirts (3). Its a small retail front in the Burning Tree plaza. We emailed our shirt design to them, and then stopped by. They made a few tweaks to the design after we picked out the shirts we wanted, and walla! Like three days later, we had our shirts, and they were awesome. I love this place and will be using it again because they had great customer service, told us what to expect in terms of timing (the shirt stock was delivered from Chicago), and the design fixes were done in our presence - which is really quite a cool process. With less than a week to go, my husband decided he wanted to have t-shirts printed up for his parents SEVENTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY! I went to another shop, and it would have taken them three weeks to get the shirts printed. The lady at that print shop told me about Big Frog, so I went there, told them what I wanted printed on the shirts (Ive been married 70 years, and all I got was this t-shirt) the design was laid out on the computer screen while I watched, and the shirts were ready a couple of days later. I went in after a mix up with the shirts I order through a different place. They helped me out and it was very good experience. They sat down with me and made up both of the shirts I wanted how I wanted them. I really enjoyed it and would come back for the future shirts or sweat shirts I want.
It was super easy to get a custom designed t-shirt. I had a picture online which I forwarded, they recreated the picture and emailed me back with in 1 business day and then I went to the store to pick out my t-shirts. Big Frog had everything I wanted in stock and lots of size options as well. The shirts were produced very quickly and I like them better than a screen print. I will definitely go back. Very happy with the entire process.

The quick turnaround is great, the willingness to work with all sorts of requests is also very nice. Pricing is very reasonable. Additionally, when I walked in to place an order, I was greeted nicely and helped over the course of what must have been 20 minutes. It was a week later that I realized I had walked in AFTER store close. The wonderful woman who helped me never once mentioned this or made me feel rushed to leave. Despite my regret for making someone stay late, I received only the best service and a great product. Thank you!
We had shirts made for our summer volleyball team. Tiffany was really great to work with! She explained everything about the tshirts and helped me alter my design idea so that it worked with the direct to garment printing. It was a really smooth process and the shirts were ready within 24 hours once the final design was decided on. They have been a huge hit! Order of 20 shirts not completed at the same time. Drove 20 miles in bad snowy weather to find out all shirts were not done.
