The PGA Professional logo is very detailed. I have tried various embroidery businesses in the area to try and have items customized. Fully Promoted far exceeded the quality of any other group Ive tried. Ill be coming back for all my embroidery/personalization needs.

Whats not to love about Fully Promoted?! Denise has a seemingly endless array of products that can be personalized for a business or a special event. I honestly had never heard of branded chocolate bars until I found FP...and the chocolate is delicious! You can also do screen printing or embroidery on clothing items, which is great for my small business. It can be overwhelming to go through all of the options available, but Denise takes the reigns and works with your budget, branding and message, and somehow always knows exactly whats going to work. Highly recommend.

Is it possible to have less than a star? Every time Ive come into this store, expecting (hoping for?) creativity, perspective and friendliness, Ive been met with disdain and discouragement. Ive never had customer service people try, desperately, to dissuade me from giving them my money. I will have to seek out other providers for the work that I need, and will be sure to tell EVERYONE that I interact with to NOT consider working with these people. Uncomfortable. Not creative. Not even passably friendly. I love people, and I have a tremendous amount of loyalty for firms that I work with on a myriad of other projects, but on three different occasions, Ive never felt as unwelcome and silly when entering a retail establishment. Awful, awful, awful.
