We can not believe how easy and enjoyable getting our first Harley was at this location. Austin helped us get the process started by introducing us to the Iron 883s they have in stock. Drove all the way from South San Diego to purchase a Softail from Huntington Harley. Spoke to Ivan through out this week letting him know I was coming, calls me on the Saturday that I was showing up (I was 20 minutes away) as I asked for Ivan a sales person asked what I was looking for. The bike I was interested in was sold! Why was I not told, Before I made the trip? Big big waste of time. So disappointed. Went back home with CASH IN HAND ready to buy! 1 star for lack of communication.

Yvette in Finance was also great.Everyone here is very personable and down to earth, and I never sensed any sort of arrogance from anyone that I spoke with. The GM Greg also was also nice and funny. I have a Harley Davidson that’s been stranded in the middle on nowhere for almost a week now and I received literally no help from you guys. I financed a motorcycle at this dealership last year, everyone seemed so nice and lovable. I can’t say that anymore. My bike has been stranded nearly a week now and every time I call for towing service it gets cancelled for unknown reasons. I’ve been sitting out here for 3 hours now and it’s almost midnight, this is the 4th time this week they do this to me where they cancel and give no explanation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. Honda gave me service then this. At least they gove me a courtesy call. Harley please get back to me. I have roadside service and this is completely unethical. I just want to get my bike home so I can fix it and get back to work. Please call me I’m desperate. This is unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. I’m stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Another bad experience at this dealership… buddy of mine bought a brand new bike here was a happy camper until something isn’t right from day one coming from factory. Didn’t think too much of things not put together right from the factory, we can all understand that, but with the authorized dealership should help and be very professional about get it right when there is an issue. Oh no no no. First time there isn’t corrected it, second time there isn’t corrected it and made it even worse, third time we were ask to PAY for the thing that was NOT put together right in the beginning! What is wrong with this picture here? Now the problem is our problem now? You bought it you EAT it? This is a place I would NOT recommend unless you are ready to get rough and tough with them! Service is very important for consumers, want to be an authorized dealership better to have some good customer relation of your customers! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HUNTINGTON BEACH HARLEY DAVIDSON, they are being down Harley’s reputation!

Bought a harley last weekend from this location, Ethan from sales and yvette in financing were great folks. Went back a few days later because I noticed the handle bars had some play, they guys in service handled it right away and the adjusted the bars to my liking free of charge. I had been thinking of getting a newer bike for a few months and kept an eye out for something that i liked. Eventually, I found a used 2020 Low Rider for sale at HB Harley. After thinking it over for a day or two, I decided to visit their facility with the intention of buying the motorcycle. As soon as I walked up to the door with my father, Kevin greeted us and asked us what brought us in today. I told Kevin I was looking for that Low Rider. He brought us to the bike and after looking at it for a bit, offered to let me test ride it. After the test ride, I was sold. I began the process to purchase the bike and thats when Nick got involved. Kevin and Nick helped immensely throughout my process. While I was basically dead set on the Low Rider that I eventually bought, they did spend their time informing me of alternative options that they had available and wanted to ensure I made the correct purchase. Both of them were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job and made it very clear that they wanted the entire process to be as easy and enjoyable as it could be. Jeff was also a fantastic help towards the end of the process and made the business side of the deal more understandable and enjoyable (which is something that isnt always easy). I couldnt recommend them (or HB Harley as a whole) enough. Fantastic job from start to finish.

Just got the bike back from service . they put armorall on the tires are you serious ? It’s all over the threads super dangerous can slip . Oil change not filled to the top not sure if they’re doing for other reasons . but not the way I’m used to .

Contacted Johnny from Service Department (Hunting Beach Harley Davidson) about getting a stage 3 upgrade on my 2014 Street Glide and provided details about what was being replaced and what was being upgraded. He also perform 10,000 service, front and back tire replacement, as well as replace my entire back brake system. Excellent job with providing details on what needed to be ordered and finding parts required to perform upgrade. Johnny also went out of his way to assist me with located parts that were on back order, so we can get the upgrade and service of my bike completed quickly. I would recommend Huntington Beach Harley (Johnny from Service Department) for any service, information regarding upgrades or services or for the any motor upgrade and installation. Great job!

Long story short, the sales team promised me a monthly payment of $630 but ended up having to increase the monthly payment to about $644. Thats a $14 difference of dishonesty, which at the end of 84 months is $1176 of me eating the difference. The only compensation given to me was a $100 store credit towards the purched of a 10 inch windshield. What a slap in the face. Guys, do not shop at Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. Go to Riverside Harley Davidson instead even if the distance is farther. I should have.

Ill start off by saying that the team was phenominal, like where else can you walk in, be introduced by a great team of professionals ready to put a smile on your face.. No, scratch that- ...be introduced by a family of super awesome, straight up and honest folks ready to answer any questions, work with you on painting that world-class-vision of what YOU want in your Harley. These guys and gals listen. They listen and become extremely receptive to their customers, even becoming indifferent about the sale and more focused on guiding the customer to the right direction even if it means theres no sale. This is what genuine, American-flag waving folks do, they naturally spread kindness through their actions and for the sheer respect of Harley Davidson name, they all understand the gravity of that need. That being said, I walked in and had my eyes on both the FXDR and the Fatboy. Shopping for a used NightTrain, i decided to stop by the Irvine HD, then left shorty after not finding a fatboy. On my way home I said, why not, ill just stop by the HBHD and see what they have. Well, to my suprise they had both and both were very nice, definitely worth the look if youre interested. Heres the thing though, being a fatboy owner prior, i knew I needed that steamroller machine i was familiar with. Well, it just so happened one was already there, sold to a nice customer of theirs. I was happy for the new owner, but at that point the team had already made me a deal on the cheaper FXDR, something i was in between their offer with and my banks competing offer. Well, long story short, i switched my plan and bought the fatboy on the spot, she got delivered later that evening to my garage and it was a fantastic experience. Let me tell you something though, walking out of that finance office, closing out my deal, i got to experience pure rockstardom w/ my new purchase, with close to 100 people both customers and employees cheering me on as I strut down the showroom, pounding each person i walked by in celebration of me becoming a life long customer. Id like to say, there was nothing more special that could have happened to me, i prayed for a miracle and i certainly got one. So, to Jeff E., Austin G. JoJo, Tony O, Blair M and Brandon - you guys will always be remembered not for your kindness, but for your honesty, no BS attitude and for helping me get back into riding, something ive struggled with for over 10 years. You guys are great. Ill say it like it is, HBHD is an experience like no other, calling it a dealership would be an undercut, but they, that building, the merchandise and inventory, its all an experience and id say if youre in the market for a HD or just need a place to gather thoughts and meet folks thatll cut it to you real, stop by, say hi and walk away with new friends for life.
