I absolutely cannot say enough about this place. I bought an incredible 2007 Harley Sportster from the boys a few weeks ago and from beginning to end their service was nothing short of phenomenal. Jake on the front end of things who sold me my bike made sure it was a bike that I not only looked good on but was safe and comfortable riding. If you want incredible customer service Jake is your guy. Not only does he knows bikes, he actually care that his customers leave happy. If your used to people trying to sell you something Jake is the complete opposite. Its rare to find such a top notch guy in life let alone in sales.About a week after I bought my bike I decided I wanted to add on some parts ( i know commitment issues) and after calling into Steph who handles the reception end of things I was able to come in within the week to a scheduled appointment with Rob and the boys in the back who fix, repair, tinker, and make beautiful your bike.If you need an oil change or want to modify handle bars or just take her in for a tune up Rob is your guy. Same as Jake, Rob is a straight shooter honest and knows whats hes doing. And if he doesnt have the part he knows where to get.Cant say enough about my experience with these guys, I live in LA and I would never take my bike to anyone else.These guys are the best!!!

I never leave reviews but i bought a bike from here back in august and its given me nothing but problems since....had to entirely replace the wiring harness because their were so many shorts in the bikes electrical system...nice guys but terrible experience after leaving..........edit: it wont let me reply so i guess ill just edit my comment....i appreciate the response but it doesnt do anything to rectify my current situation, i live out of town so it didnt make sense to get the warranty as i wasnt going to drive 4 hours to get it repaired by you guys...if you really mean what you say you should cover the cost of the new wiring system because it was completely shot and you said the bike was in perfect running condition when that was just not true

Great spot for all your bike needs. I did not end up purchasing from this location BUT rest assured they will do anything to make your needs and wants met Including financing. The guy that helped me Jake was patient with what I was looking for. Sat on a couple of bikes without feeling like I was wasting their time or they were to busy to help me. Definitely new rider friendly. Will go back for my ongoing bike needs or point people to this location.

Quickshift came highly recommended by a close friend so I came in to get a rear tire replaced. Didnt have to make an appointment which was great! Service was fast, done well and the staff are all hospitable. Prices are great and they dont try to push you on buying parts or products you dont need.

Ive been to this place three times now and this review is far overdue! To make a long review short and sweet in my opinion on each of the three times I have been here with my 09 Honda CBR600RR they have shown me the warmest of welcomes and courteous services between helping me find the right tires at the right price or getting everything done right with no hassle and a smile from the staff makes Quick Shift my choice by far! Love these guys and gals always ready to come back to talk shop or get going on the next upgrade! 😁 if you are looking for quality service with a cool shop to chill at while waiting on your ride this place is the best! Ive serviced my motorcycle here in the past and now theyre selling motorcycles aside from providing services (basic like tire changes, forks, chain, oil, etc.) and my boyfriend bought his motorcycle here. He got the GAP and warranty (which is covered at any service shop, not just here in case you live out of town) and the bike is a total gem,. No issues what so ever but these guys are great at helping out with any problems I have. All I need to do is reach out and ask. Theres no point in complaining when you dont even give a company the opportunity to rectify the issue. GREAT SERVICE SHOP AND SALES.

Only place in HB that had good tires on a Saturday afternoon, called 7 local places..tried to stay away from pricey dealerships..Stephanie totally took great care of me..even though I called for a possible reschedule due to my inability to get my rear tire off..quick and priced competitively..good shop!

Jake and Tom sold me my GSXR 1000 and were extremeley good to deal with. They sold me the right bike and added a few perks to the deal. Would recommend highly to buy a bike here from these fellas.

Inspect your bike before you ride as often as possible BUT ESPECIALLY BEFORE YOU RIDE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I left Quickshift after getting my chain/sprockets/brakes worked on and MY BRAKES WERE NOT SECURED and had come off the front rotor by the time I was on the freeway. Riding is already risky and I will never risk life or injury at quickshift EVER again.My experience was late January early February.Ride safe!

Editing this review temporarily - I discovered some issues with my bike after having service performed at this shop, but Rob reached out to me and has been very orofessional in wanting to resolve the issues I discovered.Ill leave this review at 3 stars as a placeholder - will report back later with how things go.

Man this place is the best came in to get my break lights fixed and Rob the owner showed me everything I would need to do and MORE ! Strongly suggest anyone looking for a honest bike mechanic to come here..

Been going here for oil changes, new tires, chain and sprockets for the last 2 years, traded in my cbr500 for 2013 triumph str which i bought from quickshift 2 months ago, highly recommend these guys

Excellent shop. Google takes u to the wrong side of the freeway, find in and out, thats the side you need to come in from. Also to the guy who said his brakes came off his bike after leaving here....why did it take over a month to post and why no pictures or a more specific date? Always inspect your bike daily and especially after any work. If there was an issue like you said I can promise that quickshift would have come to you with truck and trailer and fixed any mistake free of charge. They honestly care about riders because they are riders.

Great service and price

I have waited several months to leave this review. I brought my honda valkyrie in as a non starting bike with gummed up carbs. It has 6 if them. The carbs were removed and rebuilt. I got the bike back but had to keep returning it. Only three of the carbs were working at idle. Their mechanic fixed this twice by turning up the idle to 2500 rpm. After bringing it back TWICE, the carbs are still not working. Paid $850. One owner is nice to work with. The other .... not so much.

The transaction process was smooth, Jake was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely do business in the future.

I came here needing help with several things that where going wrong with the Chain on my bike. He gave me a fair price and fixed the problem that other bike shops for some reason BS’d me on. Since that visit, i have been to this shop for parts and now here again for a headlight fix. Rob always is trying to find ways to save you money and give you what you need to get you riding your bike again as quick as possible. Hell, it’s a small shop who won’t forget that the customer is the number one priority and not just a number. I will be bringing my bike back for maintenance for sure!Try him out! You will see exactly what I mean.

Middle of the road rating solely because they refused to work on my bike because its got a carb. His words were every time we work on one of those they always seem to come right back. Make of that what you will.

Bought a like new CBR 600RR for a great price.the guys there really kick butt if you have not so good credit and every body told you that you cant be financed go over to QUICKSHIFT because they will.Would recommend checking them outn
