Just picked up my new Stelvio yesterday and turned in my lease Giulia. Shaun and the whole team at Alfa of Westport are amazing. I cannot say enough kind words about them. I was able to conduct the deal with Shaun via email and then just show up to a hassle free process. Shaun has a ton of integrity, is kind and friendly, as is the entire team and everyone was very personable. After a very unpleasant experience with 3 different dealers (not Westport) when leasing my Giulia a few years back, the Westport team made this a night and day experience. Im 1 - 1.5 hours from several Alfa Romeo dealers and would happily return to Westport for my next purchase. Ive driven 10 hours to pick up a car before, and wouldnt hesitate to do the same to purchase from the team at Alfa Romeo of Westport.If youre in the market for a luxury vehicle now or in the futureI wouldnt even think about going to another dealer... In Sales, Tim and Shaun are amazing, Hector gets a special shout out for his ability to read a customers distress and easily explain what is going on with your car and he really makes you feel like family.Recently, while having the oil changed, I actually got to meet the tech who works on my car (Flo) and even he was nice, he shook my hand (he took his rubber glove off and yes, they used gloves while working on the car).Next time you are in the market for a luxury car, you can drive past Mercedes or BMW and just pull into Maserati/Alfa of Westport and ask for Shaun... Tell him Jason sent you in ;)

I was experiencing issues with my Stelvio and took it to this dealership for service after having a not so great experience at another dealership closer to home.Hector the service manager patiently sat with me listened to and noted my concerns. He then went on to explain in detail what may be causing the issues. So were just based on the nature of the car others actually needed to be fixed.He keep my car for a few days and would notify me of progress and any additional issues that popped up.Even though this dealership is about 1 hour from my house, Id drive there willingly to have my car service.Thanks you Hector and team for a job well done!!
John and the Alfa Romeo service team were excellent! I had my Alfa 4c Spider serviced there and they were very honest and detailed. I felt extremely comfortable having them service my 4c as with other dealers i felt nervous. I did this during the Covid 19 outbreak and they provided all the protection to make me feel comfortable. They inspected car upon arrival and car was returned sanitized.
John in service has been nothing but great with servicing my Alfa Romeo which I love dearly, anytime I needed last min help he was there to get it done and get me into a loaner even during their busy times, he treats me like Im an important client and this type of service is what makes customers decide where to do their business, just remember when you buy your next car that you are also buying the dealership, because when it comes to Miller Motorcars they are levels above any other dealership network and its not even close.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Alfa Romeo from Miller Motorcars, and in particular dealing with Shaun Riley. In this new Internet world, he and I did all our negotiating via emails, and I didnt set foot in the showroom until I went to pick up the car. Shaun was professional and courteous at every step of the way. When I arrived to get the car, I found him outside going over the car himself to make sure everything was ready for delivery. Inside, there was no pressure or stress as he explained every document I was signing, and didnt aggressively push any add-ons, as has been my experience at countless other dealers where Ive gotten cars in the past. We then sat in the car for a long while and he patiently reviewed its features with me before I drove off. I would highly recommend Shaun and Miller Motorcars.

Nice selection of cars, I expressed to them how interested I was in buying, they set me up with a rookie who was in his 2nd week selling cars, I saw the other sales people watching with grins on their faces as this guy blew the sale, stuck my head into the managers office to thank him for wasting my time, he tried to get me back in, never again

I purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio at this pristine, modern Miller Motorcars dealership a few weeks ago. I began researching and thinking about the Stelvio in late 2018, walked into the Alfa Romeo dealership in Westport one day and was greeted by Robert Duggan. I had no appointment but it didnt matter. He was gracious and patient as he explained the differences in models and features, and offered to take me for a test-drive. After the test drive he went over pricing and a lease special they had running. There was no hard sell. I told him I had to think about it as I wasnt sure I was ready to buy. He was absolutely respectful of that and gave me his card and offered to answer any questions I had in the future. I remembered that experience and when I was ready to actually purchase a new car 6 months later I immediately emailed him and he was equally helpful. Initially they did not have the exact car I wanted in stock. Robert went out of his way to help source the car I wanted as far away as Pennsylvania. Unfortunately that dealership (Brown-Daub in Easton PA) was a bit shady and after telling me the car was available told Robert it had been sold and then again told me it was available if I purchased it directly from them. As an aside, Fiat Chrysler should do a better job ensuring its dealerships cooperated with each other (and penalize those that do not). I finally decided on a car Robert had in stock and made the purchase. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Robert explained everything about the car in great detail. He answered every question and ensured that the car we received was spotless. This was easily the most pleasant car-buying experience I ever had and much of that is due to Robert and the Alfa Romeo team in Westport. Hats off to you and I look forward to many future car purchases!
My experience at Miller Motorcars was fantastic, to say the least. My salesperson, Shima, made the whole experience easy and stress free. He knew everything there was to know about each vehicle on the lot and could answer all of my questions. Finding the most suitable vehicle for my specific needs became very easy with his guidance and expertise. When we test drove my Alfa Romeo, Shima was awesome and let me experience all the vehicle had to offer. When we first arrived at the dealership, my husband and I were treated like royalty. We werent bombarded by sales people like we were at other dealers. Everyone was respectful and seemed to take pride in their work. The energy in the building was incredible. Ive never had an experience like this at any other dealer or with any other salesperson. Thats probably the reason I left with a brand new beautiful SUV. Im so happy I stopped by! Thanks Shima!
