I consider this homegoods to be a step above the rest across the state, I have been to quiet a few. None of the others can match the selection of items that this store sells, especially when it comes to furniture. I have been very pleased with all of the purchases I have made here over the past couple of years and love stopping by on lunch breaks, even if it’s just to browse. Staff is also always very friendly.

Always been one of my favorite stor to visit. I havent been able to visit for some time now. A Very nice place to find anything good for the home and even be creative with those findings.

First time at the Westport location and I gotta say...its alot of stuff! Gotta spend the day here just browsing. Way better items and much more to choose from than stratford/trumbull location. Will be back!

Management was very hardball in giving a reduced price on an item (North Pole sign) that was missing so many pieces and a little damaged. Her response, it got that way from being on the shelfIt didnt have a price tag, she came back with 29.99 and reduced it to 25.99.Really? Wow. Good luck selling it. They dont care theyll just get some kind of credit. And a Merry Christmas to you. God bless you anyways.

This location has a lot more qty of products than other locations. Sometimes the other locations will have 2 of a dish or charger plates while this location will have 6. Its easy to get to and traffic usually isnt bad.

I went in there to buy a couple things for my house, bought some stuff and left. 20 minutes later I realized I forgot something I bought. I went back and said I forgot something I paid for, the lady helping me was super nice and went to look for it. She came back and told me she couldn’t find it. I said ok, well ask the guy that rang me up, what he did with it. He said I put it back, I thought you didn’t want it. Ok if I didn’t want it, I would have said I didn’t want it. I wouldn’t have paid $30 for something to not take it home with me. And then only to find out, the thing I PAID for was in someone else’s cart. The second girl who brought it back to me was terribly rude and didn’t say anything to me once I thanked her and got it from her. Employees need to use their head and have some common sense. Poor experience for sure

Very large store and a big selection of products. I was very surprised at the price of a lot of their products because I am used to going to HomeGoods for a discount type price - but I found a lot of their products were above my price point. Beautiful store and nice things, but definitely a bit more pricey than what I am used to (which I understand bc of the location its in).

Every trip to Home Goods is different. It is a good place to find unique items.

This location is great for finding exactly what you need. Its worth the drive of youre not local.

I had a great time wandering around, so much diversity it was hard to decide what to purchase. Also great prices.

Store was great, found lots of lovely pieces. Unfortunately, a middle aged man who seemed to be managing the front of the store gave us HORRIBLE customer service. First he marked down two broken gates 10 dollars less off the price (should have been half price, since I have to fix them up). Then I was getting a lamp that didn’t have the price tag on it. He sent a nice gentleman to the back to check the price. Both items did not have the price on them, so he told us it was the same price as the lamp double in size. We attempted to tell who we think was the store manager that and he was like “no no that’s the price”. We spent about 700 dollars but did not receive any kind customer service. Just rudeness and laziness on his end. Even though the store was nice, I certainly will not be returning.

Homegoods is a great discount store for kitchen and furniture products. It has quality odds and ends that you would otherwise need effort to find. Between its sister companies Marshalls, TJ Maxx and itself, you should not need to pay full price for most things.

Very clean and everything is in its place. Highly recommended

One of my fave stores, some days you just want to bring home treasures that are NOT vintage or antique... I love going here during those days. Always a great selection and good prices. TIP : come early if you want to score a great deal for a particular item. If you come after 1:00 p.m. especially during the weekends - you wont find much to choose from. Of course, they restock but youll feel disappointed when you go and the store is shelves have been picked clean - literally.

Home good seamed to have a lot more new items this month, very good selection of things in all departments. Was a bit more difficult than usual saying no to a few things.

Love home goods and their selection with covid it makes everything more complicated so the selection is a little on the sparce side currently.

Huge selection of furniture and rugs! If you need something for your house I recommend this location. The one in Norwalk is excellent as well. This location is just giant making them able to carry larger pieces and a higher quantity of smaller ones.

I really like home goods cause of the reasonable prices and nice selection. This location doesnt seem to have a manager around nor is the staff professional, unlike bed bath and beyond or marshalls. I did not care for the treatment I received the other night. Although the gentlemen in the white t-shirt was very nice and helpful. The person with pink hair was also nice but did not pay attention at the register. The cashier I had was terrible. He threw the receipt at me didnt even bother putting my item in a bag. No smile and no emotion whatsoever. I might just call corporate and complain. He was extremely rude and judgemental. You could obviously tell that he did not want to be there and was inobviously blaming me. The other person at the register was also being rude. All three of them were talking about very personal things not really the topic of discussion at a department store. I realized why I stopped going here: bad customer service. You are better off going to TJ Maxx or Marshalls. The prices might be a little more but the customer service is always great. I intend to call and complain but I really do believe management will do nothing to satisfy the complaint.
