I needed a special toilet from Kohler and was coming out of state to do a Saturday install in CT. The signature store was super helpful, accurate and timely. Elderly parent is super happy with the refreshed bathroom.

I was having a very hard time finding a sink that would fit our new cabinets during a kitchen remodel. Ordered 2 that were “supposed to” fit...spoiler alert, they did not! Getting very frustrated, as this was causing delays in countertop fitting, etc., my contractor recommended I reach out to Melissa at Kohler and am I glad he did! Within the hour I had a sink that would fit ordered and set to be delivered Monday (ordered Friday)! This store has beautiful bathroom design ideas including everything from tile and grout to the latest technology in plumbing! We worked with Victoria LaBella to redesign our bathroom. She provided friendly, professional service unlike anthing you will find at a big box store. If you are thinking of redesigning your bathroom start here! They also have beautiful kitchen sinks and fixtures.
