Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They provide amazing quality service. Katherine is so kind and funny lol. Im always a little nervous before my wax and shell talk to me the whole time that I dont even notice were already done! She made me comfortable and gives great maintenance tips. I WILL always be back for any hair removal needs.

I have been going to Katherine for several years and she is the absolute best. She is extremely attentive to detail and I always leave my appointments feeling confident because of my eyebrows. I avoided going in for a while because of Covid, but when I did go in yesterday, it was really comforting for me to see that Katherine was wearing both a face mask and a face shield. I highly recommend her for all of your waxing needs, and I commend EWC in Westport for everything theyre doing to keep their clients safe during the pandemic.

Monique made me feel comfortable from the second she said hello! I was running 10 minutes late and she still fit me in without making me feel like a bother, which I really appreciated as I had had car trouble that morning! Monique explained every step of the process and every product she was using as well as its purpose (it was my first time at European Wax Center). I have had waxes before and I have sensitive skin, but Monique did such a fantastic job that my skin was only red the first day then healed nicely without any bumps or issues! The salon is super clean and welcoming as well--overall great experience!! I look forward to returning very soon!!

After my first brazilian wax was so painful, I was hesitant to get it done again. I am so beyond happy that I came across Nikki M at the Westport location. This was my second brazilian wax ever and it was the most painless and quick experience. Nikki had me in and out within 15 minutes, but still was precise and careful with her work. I cannot say enough great things. I will definitely be booking all my future waxes with her!!

The shop is very clean and the staff is open to suggestions and love to hear input from clients. The wax they use is superior to other waxes, it comes off much less painful and does not irritate the skin. They have a different method that doesn’t use strips to remove the wax. It seems more efficient this way. My eyebrows always look amazing when I leave.

I love European Wax Center and their products. Everyone there is incredibly nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend Heidi. Hands down the best person there. She does a great job removing hair in the least painful way possible and helps dig out your ingrown hairs so that you don’t get painful bumps or scars later on. Overall great experience.

You couldnt get more nervous....it had been a while....but my nerves were quelled the minute I walked in the door. The front desk team were helpful and welcoming and the center was spotless. Waxing has come a long way (ha!): My wax specialist, Johanna, was kind, quick to ease my nerves, and more importantly- fast and made it nearly painless. Separate from the painful bits, she was meticulous with my eyebrows and made me look like a modern day Brooke Shields. I hate over the top reviews and tend not to buy into them 100% (its the New Yorker in me) but this was a great experience and I booked a package for three additional sessions. After nearly a decade in CT, I finally found my go to!

I love EWC! They have a friendly staff, a great customer service, and I love their products. I started coming here for my Brazilian waxes a few months ago, and I don’t think I’ll ever go somewhere else. There are no words to describe how amazing this place is for any of your waxing needs. Honestly, I was never into waxing until I got my free eyebrow from the European Wax Center, but after that I was hooked. My friends and I love it here; the staff is fantastic. Very kind and helpful, and the specialists are all very nice and gentle. I havent had one bad experience. My favorite specialists for eyebrows are Fernanda and Alex; they both do a fantastic job. The salon is very well kept, and the products such as the brow powder and the Ingrown Hair Serum work like no other. They have fantastic promotions all the time, so all of your waxing needs are very affordable. Overall, I highly recommend the European Wax Canter for anyone.

Trusting someone to wax you is a very personal thing. I recently had one of the best experience at the Westport location with Chanel Q. She made me feel very comfortable and she explained how good their wax was and how I would feel minimal pain. She was very professional and made sure i maintained my comfort level at all times. Best place for waxing hands down! The wax is amazing! Virtually pain free because it doesnt stick to the skin, only the hair, so any clean up strips are painless! My waxer was very knowledgeable about skin care and made me feel very comfortable. The prices are very reasonable and they even have packages that makes it even cheaper! Already made my next appointment and recommended the place to my friends because I get $5 off my next visit if somebody comes in and says that I referred them! Clean, upscale and reasonably priced.

Had a great experience at this location in Westport. Parking is easy and the women at the front desk are helpful, nice etc. I was seen quickly, which is great. My aesthetician was Camila, whom I now highly recommend. She had a quick hand, did a very thorough job of waxing my lower legs and even suggested that I perhaps have a freckle looked at. That was a welcome surprise.The location was clean and looked like all of the others I have visited. I think the bench in room #3 can be replaced, it was rusty and kinda long in the tooth. But other wise spic n span which a place like this must be. I give this EWC high points and wouldnt hesitate to return.

Im so glad I went to here for my first Brazilian wax. I was a bit nervous being my first time but I had heard a lot of great things about them.. so I finally got the nerves to try them out. I was really impressed by the knowledge of my wax specialist so she made me feel very comfortable. I was also really pleased to here that they had so many promotions that could save me money. I received my wax for 50% off and I also bought the Ingrown Hair serum that works like magic, along with their body wash that also exfoliates your skin because they had products for buy one, get one half off at the time. Best place to wax hands down! I now wax once a month, never missing a wax.

I work in the area so tried our EWC as I had heard great things and it was conveniently located nearby. Since my first appt Ive never considered going anywhere else They make it SO easy - the bulk packages means are incredibly beneficial and cost effective, makes check out easier. Heidi has been my #1 since day 1. Always accommodating for appts, offers a painless experience in every way, and very knowledgeable of the products and what my skin needs in a very complementary way, I never feel pressured to use the products (and then I become obsessed with them).

The place is nice and Jackie is awesome. But the manager is terrible. Ive been going here for years and am very loyal. In fact, Im never late nor have I not shown up.The manager had been rude once before when I returned a product I bought because it ran out after a few days-- she claimed it was my fault and almost didnt let me exchange it.Today, I had to bring my son to the doctor and showed up (stressed) at 1:10 for a 1:00 appointment. The woman checking me in told me they have a 9-minute late policy and they couldnt take me.I explained my predicament and that Ive been a customer for years and asked for a manager. The woman sitting next to her looks up from her salad and says I am the manager... and too bad. She went on to explain the rules in a condescending way.I work in the service industry and totally respect rules. But this manager was flippant, rude and never smiled once or showed any empathy. She seemed to love the fact she was the manager with the power over the rules.Unfortunately, I have a package deal and will have to go back. But I would NOT recommend the Westport store because of their manager.By the way, this is the first review Ive ever written. She was that obnoxious.

Kudos to the Westport wax center. I have been a guest in the Norwalk location for about six months. I was in Westport today and decided to give them a try. The girls at the front desk were so friendly and upbeat. They told me it would be about 10 minutes and they would be able to get me in. After about 4 minutes a wax specialist was ready for me. I got my eyebrows and nose done like usual. The waxer also recommended that I could do my neck and sideburns. So I took her advice. It looks awesome. Makes my haircut look fresh and clean. I made a follow up reservation for 4 weeks. I like having the option that I can go to either Norwalk or Westport and get the same great service and they have great people at both.
