Terrible, do NOT waste your time, trust me. Only one style/silhouette that they offer. They had about as many dresses as I could fit in my own closet. Nice people, but just poor poor selections. Heard through the grapevine that other brides who come here haven’t been able to find anything either. My advice shop online if you want to buy from them and see if you can return afterwards. Disappointing after I heard good things.

I cannot say enough positive comments to give this wedding shop justice. First, it is located in such a cute spot and is in the biggest Anthro I have ever been to. The staff is so amazing (Lisa in particular) and accommodating. The set up of the three different areas to try on gowns is so nice because all the dresses are in the middle so no one is walking in your personal space (I went to other stores where the dresses were spread out all over the store and it was a mad house). I went into it not thinking I would love a dress from there since Im more traditional but ended up finding one that I loved! They are not pushy at all and are so knowledgeable about each dress and give you amazing tips on ways to accessorize. And did I mention the pricing? You really cant beat the quality for those prices. Highly recommend!!

Ordered week and half ago, hasnt shipped. Called customer support and after 15 minute wait, was told... they havent shipped. And I might want to reorder since they should have already shipped. WTF! Id advise staying away from this online experience.

I’m happy that i made my appointment at this location. From the beginning all the girls here were warm and welcoming. Wedding dress shopping is a wonderful experience, Beth made this memorable. I can’t thank her enough for being patient. She was lovely!! And Andrea did her part too, she helped me with shipping details. I highly recommend it!!

I didnt end up buying anything from BHLDN as I chose to go for a custom-made dress but I just wanted to say that the experience I had here was really great. For anyone that has been through the wedding dress shopping experience, you will probably agree with me that its pretty painful for anyone that wants something outside the typical white dress experience. I love BHLDN designs because they are unique and arent afraid to be different.But beyond that, I got such personalized care and attention at the Westport location. My consultant was so patient with me and we went through all of the different options that I wanted to try on. However, there wasnt the pressure to buy something on the spot. I would definitely recommend this to any bride that has a unique style and wants to go outside of the norm a little bit.

I came here with my family to look for my wedding dress and after shopping at a few other places, knew what I definitely didnt like but still wasnt set on a particular style. My consultant, Beth, was wonderful in helping me pick out things that I liked the look of but also that she thought I would like based on my interests. She was so patient while I tried to decide between 2 dresses - and eventually I did pick! It was a great experience during which I felt comfortable and supported. I will definitely be returning for my accessories!

Absolutely gorgeous store in a beautiful section of Westport and whats even more stunning are the BHLDN dresses. The staff is incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you find the dress of your dreams. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is rustic modern, cozy and not too cramped. Not a huge selection of dresses but just enough. The woman who worked with us was okay but didnt talk or help much. Mainly up to us to find what dresses we liked and then tried them on and that was that. Nothing too fancy or in the way. Very straightforward process. In all, definitely a place that youd look online to see if there are dresses you like before coming since the selection isnt big. Really nice sitting area (isnt very private, fyi), cozy and pleasant experience.

These dresses are beyond gorgeous. The salespeople were also so kind and offered us complementary champagne while trying on wedding dresses. I will definitely be coming back to complete my purchase

I purchased my wedding dress at BHLDN and had the best experience. This is how a bride should feel trying on dresses. The woman who helped me was honest and told me which dresses really worked for me and which didnt. I wanted a tea length dress and was disappointed when the one I had my eye on didnt flatter me at all. The attendant brought out a very plain tea length dress and also gave me a very beautiful topper to dress it up - she knew it would work and it did. It became the dress of my dreams. The best part is, it was around 1k. The prices are beyond reasonable. I didnt see a dress there above $1,500. I also got a dress for my bridal shower, a veil, a second topper, and a head peice - everything I bought including my wedding dress came to $2,100 with tax. I cant say enough about this place - we even had cans of champagne after I said yes my dress! Typical bridal shops make me cringe. BHLDN is the modern and stress free way to shop for a wedding dress. Just note that they dont do alterations but they recommend places who have experience altering BHLDN dresses.

Beautiful new store in fully renovated school building at beginning of Westport shopping street. The most friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We were just browsing.

BHLDN was the first place I tried on wedding dresses, although I did not chose a dress from there, my mom and I left the store and said “wow, can we take her (the bridal attendant) with us?” Customer service was great, very nice selection, very nicely displayed, did not feel rushed at our appointment. Vast variety of styles, that bohemian casual feel. May not necessarily be the best choice if you are having a traditional, formal church ceremony. Great little shop!

BHLDN was the third stop on my bridal gown search . And I found it! If youre lucky enough to live near this location (or any location) dont hesitate to give them a try. The website and appointment system is painless and convenient. The staff at Anthropologie was friendly and the store itself is gorgeous. My personal consultant was sweet and very knowledgable about the dresses, sizing and general alterations. My dress arrived just 8 days after I bought it and the return policy covers the entire cost for 30 days. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Lisa helped me out at the Westport BHLDN and was utterly amazing! Super fun and even recommended a dress that I am in love with, its not one that available yet but she pulled it out of the back because I love the Hayden gown and itsi similar! Its down to two dresses but the experience was wonderful. Lisa even got creative with one of the dresses by pulling up the top layer of tulle to exposed the gorgeous appliques. Im really pale so white isnt the color for me but I found 2 beautiful gowns that are a little traditional with fun and alternative twists (exactly what I was looking for). Thank you so much to Lisa and all the other staff as well!

I had the best experience at BHLDN Westport! My stylist Podge was the first stylist in any bridal salon I had been to who made me feel comfortable, heard, and picked out a dress that fit my body type and personal style. The salon area of the store was great for my family and friends, and the service could not have been better. Id recommend this location to anyone for their above-and-beyond service. An unforgettable experience!

Had a positive experience here. I was a bride with an appt to try on gowns. The woman who assisted was helpful but not overbearing or pushy.. I VERY much appreciated that! While I ended up purchasing a gown somwhere else, I highly recommend BHLDN. It is a sparkly, lovely, laidback atmosphere. ❤

We had an incredible experience at the BHLDN in Westport, CT. I had been to a BHLDN in NYC for my wedding, and my sister in law had been to one in Boston and both were lackluster experiences where we felt rushed. Not here. This Anthropologie is huge, and the BHLDN section has three very nice bridal stations. Liz answered all of my sister in laws questions, was really nice, made great recommendations and didnt seem bothered at all when we wanted to see an additional dress, or a dress we liked once more. They also had all of the dresses in stock that she wanted to try, and almost all in the size she needed. I would highly recommend having your wedding dress try ons here and ask for Liz!

I had an appointment at this store with Podge and she did an amazing job! I had never tried on dresses before but she was super patient and listened to all of my input, likes, and dislikes. She ended up pulling a dress that I hadnt considered at first but I ended up buying it! I would definitely recommend this store and working with Podge.
