I had a really great experience here, and ended up buying my wedding dress on my first visit! Lindsey helped me try on dresses and was very accommodating. She picked out styles I said I had liked plus brought me a few other options that I wouldve never though to try on. It was a really pleasant shopping experience, and Ive been to about 5 other boutiques at this point. I would highly recommend!

Krissy was my fairy godmother!!! Ask for her when you go! She is incredible and Im so lucky to have crossed paths with her on my wedding journey. Lissa, Krissy, and Allison made my wedding dress dreams come true. Shopping for any clothing has often been a challenging and upsetting experience for me. From the moment I walked into the beautiful Plumed Serpent bridal shop I felt welcomed, respected, and celebrated. I cannot thank you all enough for that. What had been an experience I had sadly somewhat been dreading, instantly turned into what every girl dreams of when imagining wedding dress shopping without a negative thought at all to my size. The dresses are all gorgeous and Krissy was wonderful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Then when the world was spinning out of control due to the pandemic, Allison was so very supportive during what I know was an incredibly difficult time for her and the entire staff as well. When pandemic restrictions were lifted and I was finally able to have my dress fittings, Lissa worked magic in getting the alterations just right. In the end there were far more tears of happiness and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It was well worth the nearly 2 year wait from when I first tried on dresses in July of 2019 to when I finally was able to wear mine in June of 2021! Despite the pandemic putting the celebration on hold for an extra year, it was an incredible day and I am so thankful for it and all of your help and kindness along the way.

I cannot say enough good things about Plumed Serpent! They created the exact dress shopping experience I always imagined (well except having to wear a mask because of Covid) but they still managed to make the challenges of wedding planning during a pandemic pleasant. I worked closely with Krissy, who is so sweet, and was truly excited and shared in the joy of the moment I found my dress. I went in when a specific designer in mind and after trying on several dresses, she could tell they just were not the one and I was getting disappointed. She came back with a dress (that ended up being the one). She knew what I was feeling and what I was looking for, without really even having to tell her. During that appointment I was talking about my niece and flower girl dresses. She let us come back the next day to try my dress on again and so my niece (3 years old) could try some on. She made the appointment so magical for my niece Zoe, it made her day and she still talks about “her wedding dress”. I am so happy to be a Plumed Serpent bride!

I had a great experiencing shopping at the Plumed Serpent! I had to get a last minute dress after deciding to elope over Christmas since COVID affected the wedding we had originally planned. They helped me find a sample dress well within my budget that was perfect and are even arranging the cleaning ($250) and alterations for me ($800 flat fee). We were able to mostly distance and everyone was wearing masks the entire time. Would definitely recommend!

Every bridal gown is beautiful, and every store has wonderful service, but Yvette truly went beyond expectations. From finding the perfect gown not only for my daughter, but for me as well. She has impeccable style and we altered my gown from changing the neckline to adding sleeves and a slit. She accessorized my daughter and came up with creative ways to use the veil after the ceremony, which gave the bridal gown an even more versatile look. Yvette listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. My daughter doesn’t live local and had a tight work schedule but Yvette made the fittings and tailoring work perfectly for our needs. She even went so far as to help when one of the bridesmaids dresses (purchased elsewhere) didn’t fit correctly. She started as a salesperson and evolved into a friend! From the moment we stepped into the shop cardboard boxes littered the show room. While they had a new trunk show come in that morning it just appeared unkempt and unprofessional. Our consultant was kind, but out of her depth and had no idea what dresses to pull. After describing my style as romantic and whimsical I was put in a strong of boho dresses which were not the style I wanted at all. Additionally the one dress that was my style was $3,000 over budget...and I was still put in the dress. Our consultant assured me it was within my budget...she should’ve have doubled checked before showing me. I would not visit the shop. The experience was lacking, and the consultants don’t seem to understand adjectives.

I had a wonderful experience with Yvette and the rest of the bridal team at The Plumed Serpent! Believe it or not, the dress I ended up with was the very first one I tried on at the store. The girls are friendly, patient, and extremely professional. Pat, the seamstress was also excellent. She was so kind, flexible, accommodating and is so good at what she does. I loved coming to the store for each visit. The energy the girls always had was so much fun to be around. I wish I could live in my dress!!! I recently purchased my wedding dress from the Plumed Serpent and I have loved my experience with them so far! I had previously visited other bridal salons and felt overwhelmed, rushed through my appointment, and crowded with 15 other brides trying on dresses right around me. The Plumed Serpent is the exact opposite—calm, organized, and spacious. Upon arriving at the salon, we were immediately greeted, showed to our own couch and offered champagne. My consultant Yvette was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the various designers, styles, etc. The store has an amazing collection of dresses. Once I found my dress, Yvette, Allison and the seamstress all spoke to me about custom alterations that I was thinking about making to my dress. They were all incredibly helpful and patient and walked me through possible alteration options. I totally felt like I was in great hands and could trust their advice. I can’t wait to wear my dress at my wedding in a few months! I highly recommend the Plumed Serpent!

I bought my Hayley Paige dress at the Plumed Serpent in June of 2019. I had always dreamed of being a Hayley Paige bride and they made my dream come true! We had several hiccups awaiting its arrival at the salon due to the pandemic but I can’t speak highly enough of Lissa, my seamstress and Betsy, the manager. The went so far above and beyond to ensure that my dress came in on time and that it would fit perfectly. Lissa made the bustle so easy to do that even our wedding coordinator complimented how organized it was. I would highly recommend this salon to make you feel beautiful for your perfect day.

What a wonderful experience!! The staff I worked with, specifically Yvette, my salesperson, and Lissa in the Alterations Dept were amazing! They are so hands-on and attentive to every detail. I was shown only the dresses that Yvette knew would flatter me. They knew I was tentative about a few things (cleavage!) and addressed all my concerns. They knew I was traveling by air with the dress and when I arrived in Chicago I didn’t even have to touch the dress!!I have told so many people who raved about my dress at my son’s wedding about my wonderful experience with this First Class store.

Beautiful and amazing! I walked away from a custom gown (from another store) 2 weeks away from my sons wedding and they worked hard to get me the perfect dress! The selection at the Plumed Serpent was the best! I tried on numerous dresses at different shops on the East Coast, but all of the options at the Plumed Serpent were my favorite. The professionalism and fun attitude from the staff really helped me make my decision.Due to living in Boston, I was unable to get back to the store to confirm my decision and purchase. Yvette Fried took my call and talked me through all of my options. She went so over the top that she ended up driving my dress to the city where I was able to try it on one more time and purchase it right then and there. I visited looking for a a specific designer. However my consultant quickly realized that even though I loved those dresses, they werent what I pictured in my mind and werent for me. She showed me a few other designers and we (very quickly) found a dress that was much more my style, which I promptly fell in love with. All of the consultants and ladies at Plumed Serpent are knowledgeable, friendly and super fun to work with (all while not being too pushy like some other shops)! It was by far the best shopping experience I had during my dress search! Every time I walk in there, or call for that matter, I feel like Im talking to friends I know for years, who are so excited for my big day! Saying my experience at The Plumed Serpent was one of the best experiences of my life is an understatement!!! I stumbled upon The Plumed Serpent looking to find a Hayley Paige dress for my wedding that I was in love with. I didn’t know what to to expect since this was my first time trying in bridal gowns. I was one of the first appointments and walking in, we were warmly greeted by the staff. I was paired with Yvette whom I immediately felt like I knew her my whole entire life. She and the staff offered us champagne all day and we couldn’t be more pleased. Yvette made my whole experience. I would never go anywhere else. It was like she knew exactly what Dresses to put me in, and sure enough the first one she put me in was my wedding dress. I could not be more happy with my experience there. I recently went to Plumed Serpent during their sample sale. This was my first time trying in dresses. I had no idea what I wanted or liked, besides that I love lace and sparkle. To start, the store is gorgeous! I was very excited to start my appointment, but I didnt want to get too excited incase there was a chance I didnt find my dress right away. I had the pleasure of working with Krissy who pulled all sorts of dresses for me try on to get to know what I liked and didnt like. As she got to learn what styles I was interested in I started to fall more in love with each dress I tried on. She was always honest with me and never made me feel uncomfortable. She was very personable and knowledgeable as well! She always asked what I liked or didnt like about a dress I had on at the moment. Just when I thought the search was over for night, she said she had a dress in mind that she thought I would like a lot... low and behold, I fell in love. She pulled out all the stops and put a veil on, jewelry and I said yes to the dress! I knew I was limited with my budget but I was able to find a dress I feel amazing in and in my budget. I just bought my wedding dress at The Plumed Serpent Bridal and could not have wished for a better experience. I was immediately struck by the beauty of the salon and all of the fabulous dresses. The owner Alison has a great eye and such enthusiasm for her work, and Krissy was fantastic as my consultant. I went in with a vague idea of what I liked, and Krissy nailed it. She was fantastic at showing me many different options within my price range, but ultimately the first dress I tried on was the one. Plumed Serpent is the way to go! Krissy and Allison were beyond helpful. I came with a look in mind and a budget and they knew exactly what types of dresses to pull for me. I tried on 7 and ended up picking the last one. It was the dress of my dreams! Cannot thank them enough for their help! Also, their seamstress was phenomenal, I met with her on three separate occasions. She went over the top to make sure every little bead was perfect, the lace was all lined up at the bottom. Lots of intricate work and she was extremely detailed oriented. Overall, cannot say enough about this place!

The Plumed Serpent is THE place to go if you are looking for a wedding dress. I first visited Plumed Serpent in January with my sister who was looking for a wedding dress. Krissy was her consultant and we had the best experience with her! She was so sweet and knowledgable and helped my sister find her dream dress! I am also getting married next year and when it was time for me to go try on wedding dresses I knew that the Plumed Serpent was my first choice! Going to try on wedding dresses during Covid is definitely different and can be a little scary but everyone at the Plumed Serpent was very careful to make it a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. I booked my appt with Krissy and I was thankful to have such a great consultant since I was not able to browse all of the dresses due to restrictions. We talked about what I wanted (and to be honest I really didnt know) and I showed her my pinterest board which ended up being a huge help. The first dress that she had me try on was the one! Krissy totally nailed it and found me my dream dress right and vail right off the bat! Krissy you are truly amazing and I am so thankful for your help and making my experience so special and fun! I went back a few weeks later for a retry because I wanted to talk with their seamstress about a few questions I had. This time I had Betsy and Lissa helping me and they both were so wonderful! They again made it such a special experience, answered all of my questions and made me fall even more in love with the dress which I didnt even know was possible. Everyone is so nice here, and you can tell that they really love helping brides find their dream dresses! Even if you have no idea what type of dress you are interested in they will help you find ones you like and feel comfortable in and will happily work with your budget. I can not rave enough about this store, about the experience and about Yvette! I had already looked at some dresses at one other store and was starting to feel a bit hopeless after seeing the choices at the previous place. I did not want to settle, but I also really did not want to go through this process again of gathering up my friends and family, and going through the emotions (my mom passed away a few years ago so there are a lot of intense emotions going on) all over again. I was confused by the time I got to The Plumed Serpent because what I thought I really wanted from looking at Pintrest and photos, ended up not being what I loved when I tried on similar styles previously. Yvette assured me that once she got to know me as the appointment went on, she would be able to pull dresses she thought I would either like or look great in. She pulled some amazing dresses. Ones that I never thought I would ever like ended up looking fantastic on me! Yvette was so real, personal, professional, honest, and well educated about the designers and the dresses. She would introduce each dress that I tried on as I was coming out by explaining who the designer was, their background and any other details about the dress. That was really important for me. She spoke to each of my guests and myself as if she had known us for years. The experience at The Plumed Serpent was better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up saying YES! to the first dress I tried on. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured by any of the staff. It truly was a day to remember and Im so grateful Yvette was and is part of my story!

The staff went above and beyond: they made sure that the dress I chose could be rush ordered, they made sure I could order extra lace, and they even created a matching choker for me like I envisioned. Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive. Julie was absolutely amazing- that girl deserves a raise! I would highly recommend visiting this shop.

I am African American and purchased my dress here but felt like a total minority. Their Instagram and social media reflects only white clients and you can feel the judgement during the dress picking process! I loved my dress but hated the service and the way I was treated afterwards. They have over 2600 Instagram post all presenting white couples. NOT ONE OTHER RACE. ONLY WHITE COUPLES.

My daughter purchased the perfect wedding dress here, and to be honest, we were as sold on Katie as we were on the dress! Katie was absolutely incredible; she put us at ease right away and wasnt at all pushy. In fact, when Heather (my daughter) showed the slightest hesitation, Katie encouraged us to go grab lunch and think about it. Of course, we went back and bought a dress that seemed to be made with Heather in mind. Katie encouraged us to attend an upcoming trunk show, where we purchased several accessories. When the pieces came in after the time frame promised, Julie was wonderful about providing a full refund for one that Heather no longer intended to use. An experience that could have been full of anxiety was made easy by the ladies at The Plumed Serpent. I highly recommend making the visit. The dress and accessories that Heather will be wearing in a few months are simply stunning, and she is one happy bride-to-be!

I walked into Plumed Serpent this past spring on a whim looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. This was my first stop and I wasn’t even sure what I wanted. I got lucky. First of all they were having a trunk show which meant lots more dresses to chose from than usual. Secondly, I didn’t have an appointment but stylist Yvette Fried was available and more than happy to assist me. She had me go through the racks so she could get an idea of what I liked, asked me about the venue and other pertinent questions. Then she just started pulling dresses she thought would look good and fit the venue. I probably tried on about 10 dresses and originally narrowed it down to 4. Then got it down to 3 and sent pics of those to my daughter for her thoughts. Yvette was great every step of the way. I had no intention of purchasing a dress then. After all it was my first stop. However, after thinking about it overnight, talking with my daughter, and with Yvette’s guidance we narrowed it down to 1 and I bought it. It came in earlier than planned which was great. It’s arrival was timed with a friend who was doing a road trip to Denver and she hand delivered the dress. (I moved from CT to CO in May). When I went to the bridal shop in Denver where my daughter got her dress to try it on for alterations the zipper split and ultimately broke! The team at Plumed Serpent contacted the designer and had a new zipper sent to me and credited my charge card $50 so I could have it put in. I’m very happy with Yvette and everyone at Plumed Serpent for the great customer service I received. Sorry, I can’t include picture yet! Wedding is in September! Updated....now that wedding is over, a few photos from when I tried on dress.

I cant recommend The Plumed Serpent enough! The store is beautiful, has a great selection, and they took amazing care of my entourage. After going to appointments in the city that were high-stress, time-bound, and impersonal, The Plumed Serpent was a breath of fresh air. Yvette spent THREE HOURS with me in my first appointment, working through every possible iteration and change to help me get to my dream dress. She texted the designer to see if we could customize the dress (we could) and made room in her schedule early that weekend so I could come in to make a final decision. I felt supported and heard the whole time, and am so excited for my dress to come in! Thank you thank you Yvette!

Appalling service and only giving one star because it’s compulsory. Spent $1000 on a veil and the comb was sewn on the wrong way round so it was backwards on my wedding day. Couldn’t be fixed on the day when I discovered that of course so the beautiful embroidery was not the right way round whilst walking down the aisle so my photos were ruined plus guests didn’t see the beauty of the veil. What a big fat disappointment.Prior to this the boss lady was an absolute nightmare. Extremely rude and I witnessed her making her staff cry, which had a knock on effect as the service I got from her staff she bullied was horrible to me! The owner clearly didn’t know how to treat valued customers let alone her own staff! She also rushed the lady who was sewing my comb on the veil and gave her a good telling off, which probably contributed to her making a major mistake with sewing my comb backwards.Never shop at this place as the owner is just horrible and bullying her staff is making customers get effected monumentally. Happy staff equals happy customers and in turn better business.

If google map allow me to give half star or even no star, I will do that without any hesitation as I had the WORST experience here! They were lying, rude, dont care and could not deliver what they promised.Here is what happened:The sales who was working on my case was on vacation the next day i called when i decided to purchase the gown and I asked if anyone else can help me. I happily drove there and decided to place the order based on the terms previously discussed with my sales, which includes custom length for me because they have worked with the designer for a long time and asked me to bring my heels to measure. However, they said they have never done this for a single client and it is impossible any sales could promise this. They made me sound like I imagined all these by myself and I am lying. As a stressful bride, I wanted to get this thing over with and placed the order ASAP as I dont have much time. I said ok. When they gave me the final bill, they charged me shipping 2 times, which was clearly new for me and not was part of the previous discussion. It was not much and no one would want to pay things they did not know about. I was super unhappy with the experience and since they offered 15% off, i decided to give them another chance and requested to talk the boss/owner since my sales was not there and these two were rude. I am not sure if the owner decided not to meet/talk to me, which i dont believe as no owners would want to lose client, or the two sales prevent me from meeting the owner, i was not able to talk to the boss. I make some other compromise and give them my final offer and the two sales refused. Obviously, you will lose me, my family and friends forever.If you are the owner and you can see this, and you decided not to meet me, then i have nothing to say. But watch out! Your employees (who worked there 26Jun2019 afternoon) are rude and lost customers for you!

I went in thinking I wanted a prim little tea length dress, I left with a dress that perfectly suited my personality, dreams and who I really am...a glamorous gown that made my best friend cry the second I put it on. The salesladies have a way of knowing exactly what you want, even when you dont know exactly what it is. They are able to style the dress and full ensemble with the latest accessories that compliment the dress in an appealing way. I loved the whole experience and felt like a princess on my wedding day in my beautiful dress! I would definitely recommend this shop, their hand picked selection of dresses is perfect!

What an amazing experience! this was the first time I was trying on wedding gowns and really didnt know what to expect. All I knew was that this boutique got great reviews and my future mother and sister in law said this would be the place to go. Well, they were right! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. My mom, future mother and sister-in-law, and I had to place to ourselves. The way Plumed Serpent handles appointments and guests is remarkable. I read horror stories that some brides went through at other places and I cant relate at all. Hayley was my bridal consultant. Awesome, sweet, kind, honest, helpful, and a knack for making you feel completely at ease even though I was nervous and excited all at the same time...these are just some of the things I can say to describe her. All the dresses we selected were gorgeous and surprisingly well below my budget. Again, I really didnt expect to say Yes to the Dress but it happened! Hayley was so attentive and assisted with the customization of my train and veil. It was such a pleasant experience and to have someones undivided attention to make you feel so special while going through this process was truly wonderful and I cant thank her and the other consultant enough (I forgot your name, but you were awesome too). I highly recommend coming here for you bridal gown and accessory needs!

I had a wonderful experience with this bridal shop! I had visited only two shops beforehand but by far this was the warmest and most inviting I had set foot into. Additionally, it had a really nice atmosphere where I felt like it was professional and I could trust them in helping me find my special dress but not too uptight. Everyone that I encountered was very kind and made me feel welcome.. on top of that they made me feel beautiful! The dresses are to die for and Amy was very good about keeping me inside budget. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel uncomfortable because I basically had the salon to myself. In the end, I bought my dress from here and would recommend the salon to anyone!

Working with Krissy was wonderful! I came here after trying on over 30 dresses (seems excessive, I know) after a recommendation from a friend. After explaining what I was looking for in a dress she had me try on several very pretty dresses however we both knew none of them were exactly what I needed. She kept mentioning there was a dress that was supposed to be in the shop however it was not there the weekend I was visiting. The owner and Krissy both worked to make sure the designer shipped the dress to their store in a timely manner so that I was able to try the dress on within the next week. Once I was there for my 2nd trip in from the city, I walked in and was greeted by Krissy with the dress as well as an idea to try on a few more dresses that were in from the Enaura trunk show she thought I would like. We tried both on and she was right- after searching and searching I was now with Krissy choosing between two gorgeous gowns. I left letting her know I would decide by the end of the weekend. She was very communicative throughout this entire decision process and proceeded to keep me in the loop over the weekend on overall pricing for the gowns as well as the fact that the actual designer would be in the store visiting on Monday. I went in for me 3rd and final trip where I said yes to the dress and was so excited to have the opportunity to discuss the dress and alterations with the designer himself. I am so grateful to have met and had this experience with Krissy who is a true professional and made this experience completely stress free. I felt that she really listened to what i was looking for and from that point on was able to add valuable guidance and honest opinions which I could not have appreciated more. I only hope everyone else looking for dresses can have the same experience. Make sure you ask for Krissy! Truth be told I almost miss the excitement of finding a dress with her and seeing her messages pop up!

My entire experience at the Plumed Serpent was amazing. Upon entering, everyone is incredible welcoming and excited to share in your experience. Im so glad I had Krissy to help me find my dress. She had the best personality for the experience - an overall calm demeanor, was super easy to talk to, and was also very honest with her opinions. Even as our 90 minutes were nearing the end, she never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed (even though she had a new appointment waiting). She even went so far as to have someone else take over her next appointment, so that she could continue working with me. Overall - GREAT experience...very personal, fun, and relaxing.

I had a fantastic experience at TPS. Alison has a beautifully curated selection of dresses and she picked out things I didnt even know I wanted. She is also a really warm and enthusiastic person, which I greatly appreciated. She even gave my friends a recommendation of a great taco spot to go to after dress shopping. I love my dress and I cant wait to wear it next year.

Had the worst experience and wish I did not buy my gown here. An experience that should be so special was ruined by a lack of service and poor communication / planning on Plumed Serpents end. I had to initiate reaching out to find out when my dress would arrive, be the voice of reason when it came to alteration appointments (for which they will not accommodate your schedule). The changes I wanted to make to my gown were not welcomed and I had to tirelessly tell them to make the changes I wanted. At my last fitting the store was completely empty and I waited 3 hours there (no champagne, no music, nothing) because they were moving locations....WHY would you ever schedule my FINAL fitting on that day? Overall, terrible experience and in the end I think my dress could have fit better....

I stopped in the Plumed Serpent on July 21, 2018, looking for a veil for my future daughter-in-law and sons wedding On Oct. 6 of this year.It was a busy Saturday and wasnt expecting much, I hadnt made an appt. And really had very little finances at the time . But I was in for the surprise of my life!The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help which really surprised me especially when there was 2 brides and their entourages there being serviced .I asked to see veils and was shown the most beautiful veil by Krissy which matched perfectly to my daughters dress! A real confection!To make a long story short I ended up buying the most incredible floor sample veil at the price I could afford!The kindness and professionalism of the owner, Krissy and staff brought tears to my eyes, and joy to my future daughter.The store is filled with the most Beautiful dresses and accessoriesI recommend this place to anyone it really is top shelf!Thank you to all at Plumed Serpent you truly blessed us!Giovanna Ciccone

I have had the privilege of watching the Allison and the Plumed Serpent grow for the past 8 years. We first went to her because she was donating dresses for the Junior League of Greenwichs fashion show, for which I was a model, and now, 8 years later, I purchased my wedding dress from her.She has an incredible team that are SO knowledgable. The lines they carry are based on quality and workmanship. While the dresses are incredibly high quality, they are very reasonably priced. I visited several boutiques and showrooms in Manhattan but was not taken with any particular one. My bridal consultant at Plumed Serpent put me in a Caroline Castiglione and I was in love with the entire collection. Needless to say, I quickly found my dress. Allison and her team are so fantastic, I could not be happier. Thank you!!!!

Wow! What an incredible experience I had shopping for my wedding dress at The Plummed Serpent. If I am being completely honest, wedding dress shopping was NOT my favorite item on the “to-do” list. I had gone to a few stores before heading to The Plummed Serpent, and shed a few tears. I was a bit overwhelmed, disappointed in the way some of my “favorite dresses” actually looked on me, and I was feeling a little hopeless. My cousin had gotten her dress from The Plummed Serpent, and told me about her incredible experience there! I booked an appointment and was so glad I did! Krissy, Sam and the rest of the incredible team greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel comfortable immediately. Krissy really took the time to get to know ME, and really listened to what I was looking for. She read my face like an old friend - and was dedicated to making sure I was in LOVE with the dress I would ultimately pick!I would highly recommend you book an appointment with any one of these incredible women! The dresses are the finest quality, tailored by impeccable seamstresses and most importantly, made to make you look and feel your absolute best. I went in the store to find some accessories for my wedding, and it took forever to anyone to even acknowledge me, and once they did after about five minutes they suggested I try another place because they were too pricey- never having even asked my price range and assuming this I suppose based on appearance or the car that I pulled up in

Ive been in twice and Katie and the other saleswomen are so helpful, attentive, and nice. Katie put me in a lot of dresses that I loved and I ultimately picked one she put me in. Every time I have called they have been kind, courteous, and very helpful. Prices are expensive but they carry high end designers. Their sample sale was very reasonably priced. They go out of their way to make their brides feel special by featuring them on their instagram and everything. I would highly recommend this salon. As far as the poster below commenting she was kicked out for speaking another language, I would disregard this comment since she has posted the same thing on several other bridal salons pages (allure bridal in Darien as another)

Absolute experts! I shopped at a dozen New York City & Westchester county salons before purchasing a Paloma Blanca gown from the Plumed Serpent in Westport, CT. Alison and her staff were beyond accommodating and not at all pushy. I highly recommend to any bride-to-be looking for a stress-free and enjoyable shopping experience versus the madness of most NYC shops.

I was thrown out of the store when picking out dresses for my sisters wedding. When we were looking at expensive dresses the owner asked who was going to pay for them and told us to be realistic, as if we could not afford them. The main reason we were thrown out was because we were speaking Ukrainian in the store. He told us to leave because we were rude to speak another language. Let me remind you this the the USA, anyone can speak whatever they want. He is a prejudice pig, he refused us service because we were not American. Which is illegal. Absolutely atrocious experi nice.

My daughter found the dress of her dreams … then the nightmare began. Customer service is non-existent. 6 months after purchase and still no dress, and staff doesnt care. Go somewhere else!

Run screaming in the other direction. Rude, arrogant, condescending --- starting with the owner straight through to the staff. If you want to be GROSSLY overcharged and insulted in the process, this is is the place for you. Find some place with an owner and staff that genuinely want your business --- you (usually) only get married once. Dont compromise.
