Tess is awesome! She was so patient with me with all my requests. With her help I found a very nice jacket. I really love it and got a lot of compliments about it. Had a great experience and can’t wait to come back again;)

We recently moved closer to this location that makes it easier to visit the Westport store. This was my visit to the Westport store. This a large old bank building converted to a modern day Patagonia store. The inside is well laid out and store has a good variety and includes most of the items sold by Patagonia and some things that I didn’t find online.Visited the store to return, exchange and purchase some items, all during the same visit. The staff was very helpful and patiently helped me with the exchange and return. They also helped with selecting some new items. Will definitely recommend this store for the experience, staff and product selection.

Took my 10 year old goose down sweater and up cycled it. Gave me the latest version of it FOC. Yvon Chouinard is doing a great thing.

After having to go back a week later because they don’t tell you they are closed on Sundays, Christine, “the manager of the day” whatever that means, would not let me enter the store with my two year old because she did not have a mask. She then actually started to question my daughters age as if I was lying about her being two. She continued to argue with me about it as if this pandemic hasn’t been going on for a year. Weird too that in over a year this has never happened to us and we are at the tail end of the pandemic and I’m vaccinated! But it would not have bothered me so much except it’s 55 and raining outside. She wouldn’t even let us wait in the entry way. AND she could hear my child complaining about being cold. Truly heartless and mean.

It is ridiculous to buy at this store. Very bad experience, I didn’t feel welcome at any time. 3 workers just standing and not help At all. I love Patagonia products but costumer service in this store, no recommend

The sales people at the Westport, CT store are fantastic. I called with questions regarding pant lengths and ordering online. They answered my questions and placed the order through the store so I would get it faster. All with wonderfully refreshing pleasantness. Thank you!

Convenient location to shop for quality Patagonia products. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, plus answer questions. In addition, they handle exchanges, returns or warranty for all Patagonia.

Do a better job of not profiling your customers of color. Everyone deserves to shop in peace. Increase inventory as well, if you are a, regional hub - basic selection for trendy Westport location. Thanks
