As a recent N.Y.C transplant, the staff in the store have been nothing but nice. On hand to help, love the idea of a Café in a boutique. Took advantage of their rewards program- definitely recommend this establishment to family and friends.

I bought the white heart necklace and it broke in 2 days. I contacted them to ask for a refund or replacement and never saw either.

Got a really cute bracelet. Be ready to pull out your wallet for the latest designer trends.....

I have been shopping at Fred (first in Old Greenwich, but now also in Westport) for the past six or seven years. The boutique has a wonderful selection of womens clothing that stays on trend, but also timeless pieces (particularly cocktail dresses) that I continue wearing year after year. The whole vibe of the store is very inviting, and the staff is always great to recommend items I would never pick for myself, but which always end up as my favorites. They also have a great collection of jewelry!

Pretty store... that doesn’t want or need your business!! I walked in 10 minutes before closing without plans of staying long (we all know that drill). If the door Is unlocked I would imagine you are open for business or even an extra sale for the night. No hello, no greeting or manners from salesgirl on site who had her coat on ready to go and abruptly let me know that she’s leaving in 5 minutes. Locals... save your money and Shop at local WESTPORT boutiques that appreciate a LOCAL customer. When I brought this to the manager’s attention later that week, no apology from her either.... I guess this store does not want or need clients! Good luck...

I have had nothing but great experiences at Fred, the clothing is always beautiful and all the workers there are very accommodating. Anytime I’m downtown I always make sure to stop in and see all the cute new things they have in store.

Horrible service. Rude sales people. The clothes are packed in so tight, it makes it difficult to shop. There are so many better and local places to shop in Westport. I definitely will not be coming back.
