I had to ship a package internationally and it got.l held up in Customs. The employees here went above and beyond -- multiple phone calls -- to figure out the problem and get my package delivered. Great service!

I brought an Amazon package for return.Amazon States “show code to rep no box needed”The sales associate insisted I buy a box from them.I showed her the “Amazon Rules” - she still insisted I buy a box.The deal is: Amazon makes it easy to buy and return items.UPS Stores should remain grateful for the business, exposure and remain friendly.Bad management - drop where they will be nice.I guess I just don’t like them taking advantage of people.

The blonde woman in this store is HORRIBLE! She has a horrible attitude towards everyone who comes up to her. As long as she is here I will never be coming back to this store.

Recent visit to this The UPS Store was very refreshing. Seems there is a new owner who wants to grow and add services to the business. Was pleasantly greeted when I arrived and was able to make copies, complete a notary and send my documents out over night. I was given options and detailed descriptions about each service offering.

Every visit to this UPS store is a pleasure. Service is prompt, courteous and discreet. Every staff member takes time to assist you with all necessary details for all your needs. The printing and notary services are also very useful and convenient.
