I usually love this brothers, they have been pretty good about masks, and the food is good. However, I have been noticing the cut backs on how much food you get, use to be with the meal you got a really good amount of fries and a roll. Then it went to a quarter less fries and you had to ask for a roll, now its half or less of the fries, they discontinued the rolls and I swear everytime I go in I get 3 decent tenders and one or 2 that are tiny or lost the breading or some other such thing to make it subpar. My hubs and I have just decided to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Food is always great but some of the workers act like they dont care sadly they probably dont girl by the name of Chels or something like that.

I dont care for their customer service. Its terrible and bad attitudes. Everything is overpriced Too high.

Since its the only store in Waggaman, I have been there many times. The staff is friendly, especially if you take the time to get to know them. As for the fried chicken, it I great when its fresh. If it has been sitting there for awhile, not so good. Best to go there during lunch time and the chicken is always hot and fresh.

Not everyone at this dump is friendly. Some are are definitely rude. Especially Nicole. Nicole over scans items and then gets upset when you point it out. Why should I pay extra for items that I dont have? Maybe pay attention to your job and stop being aggressive when you scan things and you wont have to worry about refunding anyone the extra cash that you tried to take from their funds. They also believe in NOT giving you your receipts back. Cant be trusted.

Friendly folks, good food. Great place to stop for fuel and a quick snack, or take home dinner, if you want. Good fried chicken, po-boys(shrimp po-boy Is over flowing with shrimp), and the steak fries are the best.

Brothers is killing small buisness in the area. They dont allow competition and when there is competition they eithor offer them so much money they cant refuse or they under sell them till they kill the other store. The only store for miles and they run the place like some exclusive club. Like you should be honored to step foot in this bug ridden hell hole. The owner accused me of taking a .75 cent honeymustard packet when the person making my food didnt write it on the bag, not my fault. Never have ice in the drink machines, coffee never made and they treat the free sugar like its gold. Go elsewhere DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Good place to buy needed things with items necessary last minute

The chicken is cooked fresh and tastes better than the major chains. They have most likely whatever you want, also have an 🏧 at the front door.

Very friendly staff. I know the manager personally. Nice guy!

Im not a fan of the chicken but the fries are my favorite! And meat pies! Boudin balls have too too much liver in them there...

Always closed for floor waxing.

Things are priced kinda high but if u request them to get something they will... well have for me when I asked...

Decent customer service.

Everything in there is over priced I guess they think because they are the only store in waggaman they can up the price of everything. Something needs to be done.

They are slow and rude sometimes.
