Cant say Ive been in many Sherwin-Williams stores. Size is adequate enough for a town or if you do not want to visit a big home improvement store. Came here for paint. Found the colors I was happy with. Staff was friendly. Would recommend this location.

Smokey blue was the color we attempted to purchase. We first bought a sample. When we decided to go with this color, we bought a quart. Unfortunately the quart was not enough. We decided to buy a gallon to finish the two rooms. They decided to give us any base they had, rather then the base we had bought in the quart. As you can see it did not work out so well. Because of this I had to pay my painter to paint a room a second time. The store takes no fault even though they were asked to match it to the quart (bought only a month earlier). They refuse to take any responsibility for giving us the wrong paint and refuse to help us out with the repainting. Bad customer service and terrible that they sell you what they have instead of what you need. Stay away from this store. Much better customer service at other locations.

The sales associate, Mike, was great. Despite the precautions that are being taken during the virus shutdown he was able to assist me by phone and deliver the paint in a very timely manner.

I had to wait for about 25 minutes before getting any kind of help. It was only 1 person ahead of me. The company had only one person at the counter helping customers. Not good for business. They should have more customer service.

Spent two days selecting wallpaper and meticulously recorded all details. When I went in to place my order, only one of 3 clerks knew how to order. He finally took info but had to call for availability. Paper turned out to be discontinued. Total waste of time! Why sell products that are unavailable? Or staff store with know-nothing clerks?? Skip this one.

My 4 year old and I came to this location to pick out a paint for his bedroom. He quickly picked a blue he liked and promptly started to ask a million questions about the paint. The guys in the store took all the time they had to answer my sons questions. They explained how the machines worked and how all of the colors got mixed into the paint. They were so patient with him and I appreciate it so much. They treated him as if he were a regular customer and not a little kid running around with pointless questions. He had a great time and spoke of the experience for the rest of the night. So thanks you to the guys at the store we will definitely be back.

If youre painting then this is your go to for all supplies and knowledge. The paint is a really high quality, and the folks that work there know everything about the process. Ive painted indoors, outdoors, etc. and the staff helped every step of the way. What type of paint, how to apply, what to consider, tools to use, etc. They know it all. You wont regret it.

The paint we were looking for was advertised on the sherwin williams website (HGTV Home paint) but the store associate told us they dont sell that anymore. They said they could get us the same colors in a different brand but ultimately we were not happy with the final product. Last time we will use a sherwin williams store.
