Cute store with unique gifts, but extremely expensive for what you get. People are very polite and nice here. Usually pretty busy during the weekends. Nice quality of products but still above the usually price range.

Great customer service! I called looking for a specific ornament. The manager was the only one working at the store, but she took the time to go look for what I wanted. She also held the ornament for me, something other Hallmark stores have not done.

Great store. Wish that they had a larger selection of greeting cards.

There is always something new here and the store manager, Nicole, and her staff are always very helpful. Displays are attention getters and the store is always clean and organized.

Great service, but, confused by the new sign that doesnt include Hallmark on it. They are for sure a Hallmark today, but the didnt use Hallmark receipt paper. My guess is they wont be a Hallmark for long.

Believe it or not I shop here for unique fashion accessories. They have some very eclectic jewelry and wraps that span multiple seasons. They have a wide variety of accessories as well as a large footprint with the standard hallmark items. The staff is nice and friendly.

Gorgeous store with fabulous selection of Hallmark and other gift items. A little disappointed that I was never greeted or offered help while in the store (for about 30 minutes) . Cashier was talking to another customer when I got to the counter (no transaction happening). I finally had to excuse myself to ask if I could check out. I felt like I was intruding on their conversation. However, I did NOT interrupt, since while ringing up my items, their conversation continued. Maybe Ill try earlier in the day next time and hope for more service.

Some customer dropped a glass ornament, didnt tell staff... just moved the glass shards to the edge of the aisle and walked away. I let a staff member know and she immediately shut down her cashier lane and came to clean it up before someone got hurt on the glass.

Ordered something online for instore pick up for same day. Received email confirmation of order then another confirmation confirming that order was being processed and that it typically takes 3hrs to process. I headed to the store about 2hrs after placing order assuming it would be ready within the hr as email stated. May I mind you the store isnt very close to my home. When I get there I ask the lady if she can assist with the online order and she says no because I dont know how to handle or process web orders and she was tahe only one there.... umm really?! You dont know how to do your job that you are being paid too do! Poor customer service. To say the least I wont be back to this location.
