The service here is amazing! They helped me find a box big enough to ship a piece of furniture. I had been to 2 other stores before this one and they were able to locate a box for me and offered to even move the furniture to/from my car. 5 out of 5 stars amazing

Dont risk your stuff, these people dont take care of your items, they Throw it around like a garbage bad, On top of that, it will not get to destination on time .

Everyone at this FedEx location is super friendly! If I need help, which is rare, they dont mind taking the time to actually come out from behind the counter and help with whatever I need. Every customer that walks in gets greeted and asked if they need anything. Ive checked out with most of their personal and it seems the moral is contagious. Definitely come here for any shopping or printing needs.

Great! Was sending AT&T & Direct TV equip back. They handled quickly & had me out of there in 5 minutes.

I was not home to receive my shipment, I called and had it changed to a pick up from the store. I was helped almost immediately and the employee was very helpful. Upon my package arriving at the store, I got a text as well as a call from the store to let me know it was ready whenever for pickup. I went after work and just had to show my ID, everyone was helpful and friendly and prompt. Great overall experience, might just have shipments go to them in the future. 4-5 stars because nothing is perfect. 4/28/16

An employee went out of his way to assist me in bringing in a large package that I was sending back to an online seller. He went over and above to help me. Also, weve always had really good help doing any sending, copying or laminating at this location.

Honestly seemed like a nice store... went there over the weekend the customer service was NOT good. After refusing to do anything for me regarding my shipment, he told me to just call the number in the picture.

Sometimes good.Over the years they have hired the rudest customer service staff i have ever encountered.I have worked in the airline industry and know that these people would not last a dayin customer service at any airport.If the equipment malfunctions then you better be prepared for an argument as to thestatus of the equipment.The best thing about this store is that it is in great location with lousy staff....Buyers beware...

Great location. Horrible service. They seem to have a lot of staff in-training right now. Ive been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks and the wait has been nuts. Even if theres just one person in front of me it hasnt taken less then 15 minutes for simple shipping needs. Once you reach the staff theres no hello, sorry for the wait, how are you today. One of the gentlemen and one of the ladies seem to know what theyre doing, except they are usually busy helping elsewhere. I will gladly redo this review if the in-training staff get it together and learn how to do their job AS WELL as be courteous. If not, UPS and USPS are across the parking lot.

*****RIPOFF ALERT!*****Rodolfo attempted to double charge me for a box on November 14 and refused to give me the correct price when I showed him he was wrong on his computer. He is supposedly the manager and has been with the fedex since 2013. Only bad experience I’ve had shipping 100+ boxes with fedex, he needs to be reprimanded or additional training.

Choose either Glen Ellyn or Naperville locations. For whatever reason, after going there for (3) years, the service has recently decline...significantly. They charge for services other locations do not when printing. Worth the drive to the other locations.

My goto spot for getting anything printed. Ive used them for several art projects and poster gifts. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly. Fast. Convenient. I just had to ship back a package that I was returning to a popular online store and I had brought the prepaid shipping label for the return as a PDF on a flash drive, and once I told them that and passed the flash drive they were able to print out the shipping label instantly and box it all back up for me, passed me the receipt showing that I dropped off the package and I was all ready to go.

Excellent shop for all office-work needs. Sent some Fax today. Received excellent help from (the only) employee on site. All machines are automated and they need the manual expert on site to get the lay user started.
