From the beginning to the end, my experience was great. The guys who installed the carpet were pleasant and did a great job. I was delighted they cleaned up after the install. The quality of the carpet is very nice.

Wonderful experience! Everything went off like clockwork. Could not have been happier with the job. Everyone was helpful, nice, and friendly at the Flooring Center. The technician that came to the house was very nice, very professional and did great work. Five stars to all involved.

I shopped here for tile to support small business even though I knew it could cost a little more. Big mistake. One thing you should be aware of is you pay for shipping, not to your house, you pay for your items to be shipped to the store even though they dont keep anything in stock. Tile was supposed to be in 2 weeks ago and they dont even have the customer service to apologize,let alone call. Hate to say it but I shouldve bought from lowes and it would have saved me over $500 and I would already have my tile. Sad that you have to shop at large chains for any type of service. Their response to us was that lowes wouldnt have answered all our questions. Unbelievable.

Getting Marvel flooring for the new Estate in West Virginia

This place is terrible!! I went in and wanted to order carpet. The guy told me he would be out the following Thursday to measure.....noone showed up. When I called they told me they had no record of me at all and noone remembered. So...I went back, picked out my carpet again and watched as the guy put my info in the computer. He gave me a card and told me he would come the following Thursday and measure. Well, Thursday came and I called to make sure he was coming. The girl on the phone said yes. I was scheduled between 12 and 2. At 145 the girl calls me back and says he is running behind. But, he will be there today to measure. At 430 I called the store to check, but no answer/no guy. So needless to say I will NOT be back. They clearly do not want my business!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

My husband and I purchased carpet for most of our entire home.There is a huge selection of all types of flooring and sale prices couldnt be beat,their staff was great.enjoying our new flooring.

Had two appointments set up to come to my house. They never showed up. Was also supposed to get samples in mail. They never showed up either. I called and talked to Dave.. Rude. Do not use. Old Mike needs to come back.

The Flooring Center just installed CorTech Luxury Vinyl Tile and carpet in our home. They not only had the best price, they also did a fantastic job. They were easy to communicate with and did the install on the day promised. The installers were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Flooring Center and definitely will use them in the future. We are SO happy with the entire experience.

Set up date to lay carpeting, finally called them at 11:30 to tell them crew had not arrived. Said they couldnt find them. Went to store and requested refund. Hours later crew arrived. The two sons arrived to tear out old carpet and move furniture. Complained for some time about having to move furniture. I had paid for them to move it. Took 2 days to lay carpet scheduled for 1 day. Vinyl laid in kitchen and laundry room very poor workmanship. When bill arrived for final payment was 1 000 more than originally charged. Finally got that resolved. Their mistake. Discovered they charged final payment without notice to me. Poor business ethics. Will never recommend them. Once sale was made became arrogant and rude. What should have been a pleasant experience became a real hassle.

Not honest people. At first they were great till they got the sell, then they would not get back to me only if they wished to . Kept my over payment and did not come back to fix a terrible seam. The company said they would replace the carpet in 60 days if not satisfied, but they ran the clock out on me . Be very careful. Buy at you own risk.

One of the worst businesses in the area. Appointment was set for a measurement but no one showed. I calledthe girl said he would be out. He finally did come. He measured and said he would call back within the hour with an estimate. It has been over a week and we’re still waiting for that call. They act like they don’t need the work so we won’t give them any.

I have always been pleased with the work they have done. They have installed carpet in several rooms and laminate in rooms as well as tile in kitchen . Pricing is good and service has been excellent.

Ive mixed reviews about the company. Owner is really nice. He subcontracts and you are never sure of what you get. They did several jobs for me. Depending on the contractor, some were really good and others really bad.

Three no call, no show appointments. It took six months to get our carpet in stock, then when they got it, they didn’t call us to set up an appointment time. Guy showed up 8 hours late to install it, without calling to tell us. They also screwed up our vinyl flooring, so we are fighting with them to get them to redo it. And they rudely hung up on my husband who has been patient with them over the last year.I think that says it all.

Poor customer service. I called to question the quoted price and sales rep Dave became very defensive and rude. Can no longer recommend this company even after we done business for 15 years. Sad
