Alex just finished a torsion conversion on our 2 car garage door. He went out of his way to explain everything and he provided a warranty for his work and all the parts. Beware of scammers. Alex quoted me a price consistent with what my research told me the cost should be, but only after getting several quotes at 2x the cost from other services/sub contractora calling from blocked numbers...ATAC will be my go-to from now on.

Alex came on time and I shared a list of concerns with him concerning the behavior of our garage doors. He did a thorough evaluation, lubricated them, replaced missing parts, tighten the belts, and showed me how to change the batteries in both the exterior keypad and in the remotes we have in our cars. I couldnt ask for a better service call!

I had my door spring broken and I called one company, the technician came and replaced my spring but notified me that I have a broken chain pully and my system is Craftsman that he does not repair.I called ATAC and was requested to send a picture of the pully.Alex came to my house and with no excuses replaced the pully and a chain.he found more wrong thing on my system and repair them.at the end of the work I asked what is my final price and Alex said that the price is the same as we discussed from the beginning and he did not try to charge more like others for the small modification that he did.I would recommend ATAC to all my friends and who ever ask me.Thank you Alex for your honest and professional job.
