Was there 2 days in a row for a big food run and then just to grab what I forgot the next day and went threw the associate Isaiahs line both days and hes amazing and so polite and fun to he around and was amazing with my kids and gave them stickers! Thank you Isaiah!

Nice store with a good selection, especially on the market side (sushi cheeses, hummus, lots of thing to look at. Good meat/seafood selection, and frozen food section w/ a lot of choices. I gotta knock it down a star though because the bread aisle is absolutely terrible and never stocked well.

The selection & sales Krogers has cant be beat in the area. The associates were super helpful which always makes for a pleasant experience. Only draw back is how packed the store gets at times.

When I need groceries I usually go to this Kroger. The staff is nice and they have a wide variety of different items. They could use more cashiers and baggers. Everytime we go there we bug our own food.

Great selections and variety. I know it sounds generic, but theres just so much since the remodel so all I can say is wow! how far Krogers has come it has got a nice facelift that I havent had a chance to take it all in. Also wonderful employees

I have always had a good experience shopping here. However, my mother had a bad experience this evening that I feel the need to share. As a hard-working mother of 3, my mother does not always have time to complete her grocery shopping during the day, as some mothers can. She usually is able to do her shopping in the later evening. This particular evening, i had asked her if she would get me some bottles of lemonade & a couple other snacks when she went shopping. She had a business conference call & did not finish until the late evening, but still wanted to run to the store for me. When she arrived, it was 12:45am. One employee looked her up & down when she arrived, pressed her lips into a straight line, & told my mother in a rude tone, “We close in 15 minutes.” My mother has never taken very long to shop, so she went on her way after letting the worker know that she knew that. As soon as she walked away, the same employee got on the loud speaker & blared the 15 minutes til close announcement. Then, as my mother was grabbing my lemonade, another employee walked down the aisle she was on & snarkily said, “8 minutes til close.” By the time my mother checked out, it was 12:55. She took 10 minutes to shop & was out before the establishment closed. Next time, maybe she will take her business elsewhere to a place with nicer employees.

Very nice size store. Aisleways are large enough to get two carts through. The store is organized very nice. Customer friendly. Good prices an staff very helpful an friendly. Store is very clean and orderly. Nice selections of wine. Very nice organic section. Parking lot is large an maintained nice.

Good selection of many different food products the produce section is excellent the Fresh Meat Market and deli were excellent. The store is very clean and despite being very busy the lines moved rather quickly however the meat selection in the meat market was not that great but if you dont mind paying a little extra for the fresh cuts its not bad. I gave the store for stars because the workers that were helpful the store was very clean only issue with the place really is the meat department as I said and the fact that the bathrooms are way in the back of the store other than that its a good place to shop.

Shelves were well stocked! Two weeks ago it was a disaster. I saw a lot of people working in deli, bakery, produce, and meat. I spoke to the front end manager and complimented them on the improvement. There was still a shortage of cashiers, but most especially, no one was available to bag my groceries. I purchased over $200 worth of groceries and had to bag most of it myself. Several workers went by but no one stopped to help me. By the time the cashier and I bagged my things, she had a line of customers 4 deep. So, much better in stocking but service at the checkout needs improved.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Kroger has a great selection of organic foods. The produce section contains fresh fruit and vegetables. Prices are fair and fuel points are a great way to save on gas!

Best grocery store in the area in my view. I go to wareood store sometimes, but mainly Mount Deshantal has the better selection and bank, and pharmacy inside. Very friendly staff and you cant beet Krogers points for money off gas their. We always have like 20 to 49 cents off a gallon. That helps a lot.

A good Kroger. Getting to it and getting out can be bit tricky. Watch traffic and road signs. Otherwise a good shopping experience.

The manager of this store cares nothing about the governor’s recommendations for masks90 %of the people stocking shelf’s and employees wear their mask half way on if at all I went early and the store was full of high risk senior citizens

Shelves are empty a lot of the time w/the specials advertised. Buckies are in demand around peak hrs. Not enough cashiers open & there are only a few that act like they want to be there. Customer service could use more people in that department. I miss the friendly workers who would be in the aisles smiling & asking, are you finding everything alright? No competition equals a lower quality of service

This used to be a great store....but no more. Poorly staffed. In the evening, very few actual cashiers....many malfunctioning self-checkouts. Maintenance is abysmal. I am not sure what is going on here, but it is not good. I hate to say that Walmart is doing a slightly better job.

Only giving Kroger Mt. DeChantal a 3 because too much parking has been taken away from in store customers! Pick up spots whould be at the back of the parking lot!I have to say there has been an improvement in the past couple of years in having baggers, but they dont always bag properly or listen when I ask to have something bagged a certain way. I did my own for years and did it correctly. There is still no carry out unless you ask. Thats not ok. The self check out needs to be reduced again. Give me a 20% discount and Ill scan and bag my own, maybe. That said, the staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean, the meat department is very good and the Pharmacy provides excellent, efficient service.I am not mentioning individual names, because everyone in the Pharmacy Department does a great job. Thank you! You all deserve a raise! 😊

Pharmacy department is pretty good. They could definitely have nicer cashiers but overall a nice place to shop.

Always great prices and coupons including bring able to combine digital and physical ones, plus gas is a always fairly priced and plenty of promos for bigger discounts on gas but always your regular discounts.

DEFINITELY A MUST TO GO FOR SUSHIThis store has the best sushi bar Iv ever had. I ordered party platter for my Thanksgiving party. Frined of mind, Japanese, he said definitely this is the best one, while he travels a lot. The fish is always fresh, the service is excellent, the presentation is outstanding as well. Chefs are very professional and patient. Their samples are delicious:). Thank you Kroger and thank you very much Chefs for their above and beyond food and service.

The staff at the Mt.Dechantal location are truly like family.You come in and are greeted by name and they ask about your family and are genuine and real. This is my favorite location in the upper Ohio Valley . WE LOVE OUR WHEELING KROGERS! !!

Kroger Starbucks you guys need to seriously look into the people you hire as brewster. I visited today 01/09/18 to get a cup of coffee and the lady thats working was so rude and unprofessional, her behavior was unbecoming of a Starbucks Brewster. She just totally ignore the customers and carry on with her own thing. It took me 30 minutes to wait before leaving just to get a cup of coffee. Reason it took this long because she was just casually chatting away with the customer she was serving without a care in the world that theres people waiting. She should be fired!!! I took her picture of her which I cant upload here for some reason.

Shopping in this Kroger is a very disappointing experience to say the least. Almost every time I go they are almost completely out of the most basic of items. Things like bread, water (both bottled water and regular jugs/gallons of water), fruit, etc. Like seriously, how can you not have something as basic as WATER??? Id hate to see what this store would look like if a hurricane was approaching, since they already cant keep basic items in stock. Then even if you do manage to find what food items you need, good luck checking out. Theres never any actual registers open, and their self-scan registers are TERRIBLE. I personally have never been able to successfully check out all of my groceries without an error popping up. Same for every time Ive been there, everyone else around me always has errors appearing on their machines too. Is it that hard to install some self-scan machines that actually work? And I almost forgot, most of the time theres never any carts to use when you first walk in the store ... so hopefully youre not getting more than two things.

Horrible service and always has been horrible the fat stupidvisor Bethany continuously has a bad attitude with her employees I really only go in there to enjoy two cashiers but it seems one of my favorite stopped working around December or January because when I recently went in she wasn’t there I asked where she was and they rolled their eyes and said was somehow fired I’m confused because she is one of the sweetest people I’ve met and always rung me out in a timely fashion I’m not going to mention the young black girls name here, another favorite is Cathy I always go to her aisle when I see she is working and she tries to always have a positive attitude despite how big Bethany and Kylie treat her also everytime I shop here it seems as though the shelves are never really stocked I have to make a few trips a week to finish my grocery shopping and most of the time call customer service to see if the item is even on the shelves so I don’t waste time overall most of the cashiers I’ve met have been wonderful but it seems more and more of them are leaving because of their crappy superiors also I feel as though if the store gave the employees more hours the shelves would be better stocked the managers and stupidvisors are the downfall not scheduling the employees the correct hours so they can get their stupid bonuses at the end of the year.so greedy and they make a hostile atmosphere. I’ve personally seen them in action being rude and abusing their employees it’s got to stop

To much stock sitting in aisles. Cant get wheelchairs thru. Not enough wheelchairs. To much junk blocking or isles to small. Not enough help in meat dept. Have to wait until someone gets back from break in meat dept while 4 people waiting to be waited in is absolutely uncalled for! HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Checkouts mostly closed. Overall the store (Kroger on Mt Dechantal Rd) is dirty & needs updated! You need to build up & have escalators to 2nd floor. Also not enough handicap parking.

Never have I encountered a group of such rude, unfriendly employees. While I am not local and wpuld not be a repeat cuatomer, I find it unbelievable that they can keep repeat customers based on my experience.

The click list is a Great way to save time.I used it on Saturday,and the convience was amazing....I just started out with a little grocery list to see how it worked,and it went pretty good...1st the girl brought me the wrong order,but I was OK with that,they will have these little kinks at 1st.i was just about ready to STOP going to krogers bc they never had anyone available to bag your groceries.I feel if Im coming to your store weekly and spending my hard earned money,The very least you could do is have someone bag my groceries.However,now with Online shopping this will help me not to get so aggravated when I know I have to grocery shop.I will be using the Online Shopping Again
