I was referred to this dealership by one of my best friends, who had purchased a number of vehicles through his business here. I was looking to do a factory build on a car and was willing to wait however long since I wanted the car with exactly the options that I wanted versus a car that may be in inventory that had options that I didn’t want or didn’t need. Before we even discussed pricing I was told that there would be no negotiating on price and that there was a “strict policy“ for the dealership selling at MSRP. I was repeatedly told that this was due to the shortage of parts and chips in the marketplace. Maybe so, but I can’t understand how if someone was referred there by a previous customer who had done multiple deals that there would be absolutely no negotiation. Thankfully I am not desperate for a car which has enabled me to speak to a number of dealers within a 100 mile radius, who have already shown more flexibility than this dealership. Needless to say very disappointing.
The salesman was a pleasure to work with, however the service department uses an auto body shop that embellishes the repairs needed above and beyond what can be considered reasonable.The fact that this dealership chooses to partner with scammers is the reason for the low rating. Jorge Ghiggia Is a pleasure to work with. I had an unexpected issue with my mini. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I had an issue that required me to leave the car for several days. I was concerned that there were no loaners available, but Jorge found a loaner for me the same day and called me right away. He kept me up to date on status daily, and managed my expectations. Overall working with Jorge is a very pleasant experience.
Purchase experience was decent but they handed me a dirty “new” car. Service has been terrible - the first time they didn’t do one of the items I requested so I needed to bring the car back, once they blew off a pick up and never called or apologized when I did, and most recently they wouldn’t do an oil change before warrantee expiration because the car “doesn’t call for it”. (The salesman had told me it would be no problem when I first leased the car). Ray Catena Lexus is far superior - happy with them.Note to bmw response: I had already provided feedback to the service manager and privately left feedback via your website with contact info but nobody bothered to follow up.
As a first time BMW owner, I cannot express the satisfaction I felt with their all around customer service. The salesman, David was upfront and honest from the beginning and dealing w/ Maria A, customer relations Mgr, was a flawless experience. Although there is that saying well, they ARE a salesperson I felt they were cared more about ME as a person and put themselves in my situation when responding to my questions and concerns. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this dealership for new or preowned cars and hopefully you have an opportunity to deal with David and/or Maria!
Just recently purchased an amazing 330i after a couple weeks of browsing. Cant express how much Jimmy Telesco helped me and my family with easing us into whatever available cars they had since we stopped in some months ago. Bought several things here including all of my parts.Just can’t do five stars because they put my name in the system incorrectly, and even after noting it several times — it is still incorrect.For me, details matter and when I give you my ID, you should get my name right. Just makes me annoyed every time I see the invoice that my name is botched.

Most efficient and straight forward leasing process to-date. I worked with Emon, who was incredibly honest, friendly, and responsive. She was willing to talk numbers with me over text initially, so that I could limit my time in the showroom and only come in when I was ready to finalize the deal. When I did, she helped me arrive at exactly the price I wanted, processed the buyout of my other vehicle, and got all the paperwork in order. Took maybe 45 minutes. Then I returned the following day (today!) to pickup my new car, and I was out in under an hour. Easy, no-pressure, and hassle free. Couldn’t have asked for more. I definitely recommend Emon if you’re looking for a similar experience.

I have been service go my X1 at, BMW and MINI of Westchester, for the past two year and have been very happy with the service. Jorge Ghiggia was my service agent and he was attentive, responsive and accommodating.
I want to start by saying I am not usually a dealer person who goes and shops for a car. I also do not write reviews. I like to do my research and go to the dealer with all the facts and my offer ready after making sure they have the exact car I am looking for. No games. This has led me to usually bounce around to whatever dealer has the vehicle I´m looking for. I happened to not be impressed by the local inventory of many of my local BMW dealers which led me to Ray Catena. This dealership has an amazing inventory and really knows how to order their vehicles with the right options! I was so glad to find what I was looking for, so I headed down. Upon entering, I was instantly greeted by staff, but never once felt any pressure. When I had a question and wanted to see the car, they gave me the pleasure of working with Michael Torres. It was nice to work with such a knowledgeable individual. There was still no pressure. They had the car at another location and we drove to see it. (They offered to bring it to the dealership but I was up for a ride). Upon return I negotiated with Michael directly, no games! No back and forth which says a lot about a dealership and their sales team in my opinion. I bought the car, got an awesome deal and made my wife very happy for our anniversary! Bottom line, best dealer experience ever and I wouldnt hesitate to go back or recommend them! As soon as you walk through the door you feel like family.

I brought my car in for service due to hearing a faint, but unusual sound. The price of fixing the sound issue and proceeding with regular maintenance was quoted over $3,000. While the service advisor was willing to offer coupons, I proceeded with the regular maintenance and wanted a second opinion about the unusual sound and primary reason for bringing the car in. A week later, I brought my car to the MINI dealer in Darien, CT for a second opinion. I was shocked to receive a long list of additional maintenance issues and the unusual sound cause was different from Ray Cantenas service advisors recommendation. I am displeased with the MINI service that I have received from both locations. I am unsure as to why I was recommended different services and some that were not needed at both locations. At this point in time I am reconsidering my car buying options and warn MINI owners to do their research about their local MINI service department before buying a MINI.
First off - the selection of vehicles here is amazing -- everything is in one place, the entire inventory is upstairs, and in the back theres a service center.. this is truly a one stop shop with a great selection and great service.The sales people here -- specifically Luis, really appreciate you and try to get you in the right car for you.. I didnt feel pressured to get into a car that we couldnt afford.. and at the end of the day, my wife son and I drove out in a 3 year old car w/ 30K miles for the price of a run of the mill new car and it drives like a charm. We feel safe in the vehicle and are looking forward to having this car for many years to come.I want to send a thank you to Luis and Joseph for really appreciating my business and and for rectifying issues in a timely fashion. My car had a small issue recently but they took care of it professionally and really made me feel like they appreciated my business.These guys have a long term customer in our family... were super happy with our car and cant recommend this dealership enough.

This dealership is one of the best I came a cross when shopping for a new 750ix 2021. The inventory is certainly very impressive, so I did not have to wait to order the car with the options I wanted. Earl Morris, the adviser was very well informed and straight forward, no nonsense person. he delivered on all our requests, including bringing the car home that evening. He fit me in and displayed an incredible level of support for BMW customers, which got me interested to speak to the sales staff.That was when I was introduced to Rashane, who continued the high level of service during the purchase of a new M550i. I have always had a good experience whether I was buying, leasing or servicing a BMW at this dealership, but I’m compelled to share this recent encounter.My X1 was coming off lease so it needed an inspection from a firm hired through BMW Financial. They found no body damage beyond Norma w&t, but claimed there was a “star” in the windshield and it needed replacing. The only problem: there is no star. I couldn’t find it even using the photograph that was submitted to BMW financial.I placed 3 phone calls to BMW Financial and they were not at all helpful, claiming that I was denying a problem that existed. They refused to send another inspector.Out of frustration, I went to my dealership, and was fortunate to haveOctavio Otiniano assist me. He carefully inspected my windshield and agreed there was no star and no damage beyond normal w&t. Hepoceeded to get on the phone with BMW Financial and got into a passionate argument with their rep, who didn’t want to hear it. Eventually he wore him down and reluctantly scheduled a new inspection. Bottom line, a new inspector was dispatched to my house, agreed with us, and rewrote the report withiut the damaged windshield...This never would have happened without Octavio’s selfless assistance. He truly went above and beyond, up to the very end of my lease. I highly recommend Ray Catena BMW.

Very unpreotional, I wish I could give them zero star
I purchased a used car from from this dealership roughly one year ago. Less than a week after picking up the car the problems began. There was clearly something wrong with transmission and there was also a huge oil consumption issue. The soonest appointment they could give me was two weeks later and they still gave me a hard time about getting a loaner vehicle. A week later I picked up the car and was told they had replaced the rear main seal and the car was running great. On the drive home the oil light came on once again.I dropped the car off for service once again a few days later... now twice in the first month. After numerous phone calls and emails I was told that the issue was identified; not fixed, but identified. The car needed new pistons and rings, which somehow were not covered under warranty and were not even included in their 30 day guarantee they offer on all vehicles. They skated around the issue citing fine print in the guarantee. The car needed a complete engine rebuild and somehow this wasnt their problem. The only recourse they offered was to buy the car back from me at roughly half what I paid for it 26 days prior.It was clear they werent interested in helping me so I cut my losses and brought the car to my own mechanic. After paying upwards of 6k in repairs I finally had a somewhat working vehicle. However the problems continued. In total I put over 8k into this LEMON.I decided not to write a review initially and take the high road, as there really wasnt much to gain by disparaging them and wasting my time. However today the story came to an end as the engine blew completely and seized up. I felt compelled to warn others about their atrocious customer service.If anyone from Ray Catena reads this: the car is now parked in my driveway with a blown engine, faulty electrical system and bad transmission. Feel free to come pick it up, maybe you can use it for parts, which is what shouldve been done with it initially.Pleasure doing business with you.
Just spoke with Alyssa on the phone to make an appointment to have my car serviced. She was extremely rude and short. Completely turned me off from wanting to have my brand new BMW serviced there.Edit: I was later contacted by a service manager, who apologized for the earlier interaction. This was greatly appreciated.
Take your car to an outside mechanic it will be way cheaper for the same exact work. I am so disappointed in BMW, especially in a pandemic. I am a nurse fighting covid everyday and I take my car to get serviced while under warranty so I dont have any out of pocket expenses. Only to have a bill of $2700, the price of the labor is ridiculous. Spoke with a manager only to have him take off $100, really??? What will taking off $100 do for me. NOTHING!!!! I will NEVER bring my car to a dealer to have work done again. I feel like I was taken advantage of especially because Im a woman. This is so unfair, have a heart BMW. A single mom fighting covid in the hospitals shouldnt have to pay so much and my car is under warranty. I am highly upset! If I could give 0 stars I would.4/19/21 I recently received my car back from it being serviced while under warranty but had to pay a $2600 bill. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Supposedly my car was fully serviced, all fluids topped off, from brakes change but they apparently couldnt change the back brakes because there is too much padding on the brakes. Yea ok!! Low and behold my hazard sign is still on, my car was never cleaned and for all I know nothing was done to my car for $2600. This is very unprofessional, the labor alone was $1986 parts $780 does that seem reasonable? NO! I do not believe my car was even touched. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with BMW.
Hey, one of the best place ever Ray Catena BMW!!! I got outstanding experience with Carlos Zetina! Carlos worked so hard and did everything that I needed. He is helped with my new purchase 2019 BMW X5. He was very kind and he’s made his best to make sure I’ll get discount for it and got me lowest price ever! I’m sure my next purchase will be RAY CATENA BMW even though I’m in Long Island and I have two dealerships right next to me. But again Carlos one of the best Counselor ever! Will recommend him to my friend and family!
Called early in the morning to verify if the car was still available. Was told that it was and made an appointment to see it. Drove 40 miles in the snow. While I was at the dealership looking at the car, they told me it was no longer for sale and that someone else had made the purchase while I was looking at the car. Apparently this has happened to others. The salesperson Emon was very nice so I dont fault her but no reputable business should be run that way. If the car is available and they invite you to come to the dealership, they should automatically put the car on hold until after the appointment. I will tell my family, friends and acquaintances to shop elsewhere. What a waste of time!
Ask for Marco the (service advisor) he was very patient and cooperative. He answered all my questions and concerns about my vehicle. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to him in the future.Thanks again
