Hillside Auto Service was very helpful when I happened to get a flat tire in White Plains while on a road trip. Lucky for me they happened to be the nearest auto shop, and I’m glad they were because the owner even let me bring my dog into the shop. We had no where to go while they quickly repaired my car, so I was so glad my dog & I had somewhere to wait while they fixed my tire. They were very quick and helpful and got me back on the road as fast as possible. Thank you for your help, Hillside Auto Service.

Came here for the first time to do a Safety/Emissions inspection. Great customer service, honest, and fixed something minor without even charging me. Definitely will come here in the future for all of my auto needs.

The staff here is fantastic. Ive been several times with my Jeep and the service has always been swift and friendly. When I stopped recently with what I thought was a nail in my tire, they checked it out, found nothing, and didnt even charge me for the effort. Such a rarity to have such confidence in your autobody shop.

I’ve been going to Hillside auto for awhile now and they do the best work. They worked on my daily driven truck, which they fixed an alignment on that nobody could figure out. They have also worked on my fun car (2018 Mustang GT) installing a Corsa exhaust and suspension package. Extremely fair pricing and reliable service!!

The best Auto Shop Ive been to. My car was overheating because the previous shop I went to never replugged in the fan after working on the car! The shop owner came right out, opened my hood in front of me and walk me through his inspection of the car which Ive never experienced and was much appreciated. I was in and out in 15 mins on what looked to be a very busy day where they took the time to save me a lot of potential issues! Very reliable and I would bring my car back in a heartbeat!

John is a horrible shop owner, he is nice to his customers but his employees are treated like crap. Everything is a curse word and do this and do that. Treats the lady in the office like crap, treats the mechanic who make him money like crap. I dont know how he stays in business with his mouth and attitude. When he walks in he brings the whole atmosphere down. He starts the morning with an attitude and ends the day with an attitude. The mechanics are well under paid for the work they do and the $#!+ they have to put up with.

I would give zero if possible, purchased used vehicle (as-is) and I understand the market and the risks. However, Integrity is what was lacked and reason for post. typical greaseball salesmen. An expensive lesson learned! Dont buy or take his word for other than your own or third party mechanic. The car was sold to me with blown motor and rusted body to point of loss. will tell you what you want to hear, then disappear!

Great shop broke down Fri night in my power stroke diesel and found these guys on the web. Towed me in to their shop, the Irish guy knew diesels, found out what was wrong and fixed same night. I recomend to anyone, were very reasonable.

Somewhat reasonable to deal with, but as pricey as the dealer for diagnosis. Would I go back again ? May be!

They are good at what they do. If you want a guaranteed professional job, I think its that place they specialize mainly in trucks and vans, but if you need a service in a small car, they also do it for you. They are very good, although you may have to wait a bit because they always have enough work.
