Always something new, clean, neat, staged. Sales help could be more attentive and helpful

I have purchased wonderful heirloom duvet covers from them in the past at competitive prices. Decent prices in general and qualify merchandise.It is definitely a fun home furnishings boutique with design services, registry, gift cards and more...Of course they have a web presence as well with in store pick-up.

We entered Pottery Barn on a mission to find apartment furniture after we were displaced from our home by Hurricane Ida. With emotions running high, Nalini treated us like family as we attempted to find furniture that fit us and could be delivered in a short time period. Nalini made every effort to help us and we left with smiles on our faces awaiting reciept of the perfect her and his leather lounge chairs.

They carry some classy items. This is not the place for high end designer goods but they are far above the average mid-priced store

Went later on a Black Friday, store wasnt too busy. Sales associate (Margaret) was extremely helpful and found us a different bed and headboard than wed intended to buy. A much better one though! We also found a rug and got great discounts on both with an option to carry out to save on shipping (didnt opt for it though). All in all great flexibility in purchase options, very knowledgeable folks and high quality products. Weve bought pottery barn furniture before and will continue to do so, great quality at a reasonable price and in styles that are more basic which allow you to customize and accent, rather than high gloss lacquers and extravagant detail.

I ordered a chair and sofa September 9, to date I received 2 delivery windows but both we ignored. No one at customer service can tell when or if I will ever receive my items.Here it is holiday time and I have no place to sit in my livingroom.Horrible horrible company, they should have their business charter pulled and be put out of business.

Nice showroom. Hard to take kids in here (so much breakable stuff). A little dark? Helpful staff even when busy. Nice rugs!!

Love the merchandise but can never buy anything because they have no help. It is a really large store and they may have two people at the registers I go during lunch and about 75 percent of the time I have to leave without buying anything because there is no one who will answer a question This has been the same situation for 10 years .

The products are usually very good, the staff at this store if you can find one just arent helpful.

Got some lovely bed linens. Good selection and variety.

Love the product but the staff at this location is very slow and seriously cannot keep up with the volume. Not sure if they are under staffed or what but if you know what you want just get in and get out.

Couldnt find anyone to help me. Staff seemed nonexistent.

Pricey but extremely beautiful.

You have to come in with a lot of money but I do admit a lot of their products are so worth it
