From what I see or who I went to these people want to work on certain phones. This guy didnt want to work on anything that taxed his mind. Only iphones. A store like this should be able to take it a step further than the customer. He only wants to replace a battery. He couldve kept that business at his home. Thats just plain laziness. Not the first time Ive been there.My advice..hire a 18 or 19 year old.

They have always provided me good service and products I need to do my job, via corp account.

I went there to have my watch battery replaced and when they checked my battery they told me it was fine and they reset my watch which is now working. I appreciated their helpfulness and that they did not charge me for a new battery which I actually did not need. They were courteous, helpful and honest. Would absolutely recommend and go back when I need something else fixed!

Batteries Plus Bulbs is a great resource and while at first I wondered what does this store carry that you can’t get at your local hardware store, I’ve come to be very grateful for their unique inventory.If you have a Verizon landline phone, there is a battery that is often housed in your basement that is your backup for when there might be a blackout or a big storm. You might hear a beeping that is warning you to replace your 12 volt ultra big battery that you’ll never get at your local hardware store!The selection of batteries is impressive! They also carry all kinds of flashlights, as well as other kinds of bulbs .

JAMES at the White Plains location is the reason for the strong rating. Gave him a grave technological challenge on an old iPhone6+. Odds of success were slim. He assessed the situation - managed my expectations in a clear and candid manner - made me sign something then told me to come back later. When I did, he had that phone purring like a kitten.

Everyone we dealt with at the Batteries and Bulbs store in White Plains was amazing! I went with my son (9) who cracked his phone screen and my daughter and her friend (5 and 6). Needless to say, I had my hands full, but one of the employees actually entertained the 2 girls while I helped my son! They made it very easy for this busy mom! Poorly designed website and checkout portal. The only checkout option available was In-store pickup and that wasn’t clear until I already purchased the battery.Staff tested my old battery and said it was totally fine but it was completely shot and the cause of my starting issue.Would not use their services again.

The Apple Pay didn’t work and I tried to type in 3 different credit cards into their system and it didn’t work. So I had to drive back to my house to get a credit card. They apologies and gave me an extra screen cover for free- class act and I will go back!!!

I needed a 27A 12V Battery for a remote control and lo and behold I found Batteries Plus online and made the purchase. Very helpful and considerate. I had to replace the batteries on my wheelchair. They were simply awesome. Had a bolt get stuck on one of the old batteries, they didnt give up until it was off. Understanding, genuinely friendly store. Cares more about the customers than the sell. Overheard them advise another customer it wasnt his phones battery but the charging port. Bought a car battery from them over a year ago and the battery recently started having issues. Luckily it was still under warranty and they were able to replace it free of charge. The manager went out of his way to remove the old battery, clean the terminals, and install the new battery. These guys are awesome!

These guys are great! I use alot of cordless tools for work and I usually spend $75+ on a new battery, not any more- these guys take apart my battery and replace the cells inside with new ones, its like getting a new battery for a fraction of the price! I wish I knew about them years ago, I would have saved a ton of money. Definitely check them out.

Very happy with these guys, the battery in my car remote died and the dealer wanted $75 dollars to replace it. As soon as I walked in Eros asked how he could help me, I explained what I needed, he knew right away what battery I needed, opened the remote and replaced the battery in less than five minutes and I was on my way- all for alot less than the dealer wanted.

The cost of the battery was more Ethan double of online but I needed it immediately. The store justified the cost by saying that it was guaranteed fresh and fully charged. However, when I installed it, it took close to 4 hours to be fully charged and functioning. I was told it should be instant but clearly was not.

Very helpful staff. Ordered new battery online for Samsung galaxy 3. Received email within 15 minutes saying it was ready for pick up. However, when the assistant checked my phone, he found the charger port was the issue not the battery. He suggested a wall battery charger as an alternative to buying a new phone. I didnt want the expense of a new phone and the charger was a great solution. Plus it can charge camera batteries too ( one charger for all when traveling) I purchased the charger and chose to buy new phone battery anyway. Cheaper than buying a new phone.
