After going to multiple different places looking for help with my battery, Jay was so incredibly helpful. I cannot even begin to say enough nice things about him and his service. Not only did he replace my battery and explain the process to me as he did it, but he was also extremely nice and welcoming. He was actually the best!

I’ve experienced the most unprofessional service here. The clerk who I was speaking to said they will order a battery for me to pick up. Not only he didn’t order the battery. He told me that he thought I would go to another autozone. Sorry for expecting the clerk to do his job and order the battery. Honestly most of the clerks are helpful, but this guy doesnt belong there. He didn’t even apologize for not ordering the battery. Instead he hides his face in the back and speaks in Spanish to his co worker’s.

I had just got a jump from Onstar and they advised me that I needed a battery immediately. I called auto zone at the 420 Tarrytown Road location and a gentleman by the name of Daniel A assisted me over the phone with a quote and was super helpful and informative. When I came to the store he remembered me and helped me right away. Daniel provided the satisfaction I needed and even helped me by replacing my complicated battery. The install was quick and I was super pleased to be in and out of the store. Through his knowledge, hard work and dedication he got the job done and I couldnt be more happier, and satisfied coming to this location. My car drives so much better with my new battery! Nice AutoZone. Great staff that are very helpful. Some of the shelves were a little bare today but all in all had what I needed.

Needed new windshield wiper blades … any other time i visit this location the employees are willing to assist with whatever is feasible. Employee latino black long curly hair told me no one would help me install new wiper blades i just purchased from them. i attempted to install them myself i had no idea what the he’ll i was doing. after my attempts to install failed i immediately returned items. A simple task in which i would have showed gratitude by tipping whoever helped me. Very bad impression of this particular location as well as the employee. i definitely will be utilizing the How did we do survey on this receipt!!!! 😡

Earned the 5 stars. Very helpful when it comes to parts! Had to get new windshields wipers and a low beam light and the staff was accommodating and friendly. They got me the parts I needed and made sure they are for my model. 10 minutes and money saved with new windshields.

I live in NJ and on my way home to visit my family in NH last night at 8:45pm my headlights went out. I went to get new bulbs and tried to do it all myself but was struggling because I was changing the wrong lights! Very dumb of me but out of kindness, the guy working came out just to check in with me and he was able to help me replace the lights. I couldnt be more grateful I happened to come to this AutoZone, thank you so much!

We are expecting a big snow storm and I wanted to get new floor mats before it started. AutoZone in Greenburgh was extremely busy. Juan A went out of his way to help me choose the right mats. He was very helpful and courteous. The mats were in stock, cost less than the same ones I saw online and I didnt have to wait 3 weeks for delivery.

Some workers are too busy ON THEIR PHONE that they forget to press enter when they’re ringing you up. They’re not attentive with you and never say “hello”.

I literally never post reviews but this place is terrible! I do not recommend anyone to shop here the customer service is terrible! One Latina employee was very rude and disrespectful and not helping at all. No one there could help me find the right turn signal bulb to fit my car. It’s a shame when you go to auto zone and the employees have no knowledge of cars or car parts.

This place has been a savior twice. During the beginning of the height of the pandemic my car battery died prematurely, it had to be exchanged. Several other Autozone’s wouldn’t change it for me due to fear of COVID, but I’m a healthcare worker - there was no way I couldn’t be without my car I work in the Emergency Room - this Autozone, saved me. Checked the car, upheld their policy, exchanged it and installed it. Thankfully I never missed a shift during the height of COVID. I needed new windshield wipers today, the Sales Manager - Juan L. was extremely helpful, professional and prompt in placing my wipers and even teaching me so I won’t have to rely on anyone for the next time. The drive is a hassle for me, but their customer service is EXTREMELY WORTH my time which is very precious to me. Going to this Autozone is must for your car needs, you won’t be disappointed.

This Autozone is busy -busy helping customers! Without me asking for help, one of the workers here pointed out that I could get a higher quality oil filter, the same brand, for the same price...stunned, I told him, Id already picked them out for my cars and I just wanted to cash out. Politely, he told me No problem, Ill get them for you... Stunned, I was sure I misheard and thanked him but my jaw dropped when I saw him grab five different oil filters, put them back, and exchange them for the more expensive version. I literally didnt know what to say except, Thank you. He smiled pleasantly and said, These are a much better deal. Ive only been here once but when I reflected upon my visit I realized that all the workers here looked busy, speaking to customers, from the moment I walked in, till the moment I left. I cant promise you the same experience, but I can tell you customer service seems important at this location.

My car battery died. I work in the nursing dept of a hard hit hospital and had to get to work soon. Dontae was so efficient in getting me a replacement and installing it quickly in time for my shift, all while practicing social distancing. Much appreciation for my fellow essential worker in this historic pandemic.

Went in looking for a replacement bulb when one of my headlights went out. They are very helpful and even helped me replaced the bulbs. The staff member also noticed my parking lights were out and helped reattach them. Quality service and great pricing.

So im a former employee of this store, my name is actually mentioned a few time here lol. I came into the store tonight looking for a certain socket (which sadly they did not have) and over heard someone looking for a trickle charger which is a simple item. There was two PSM which are part sales managers and neither had no idea what it was even after explained what it was. Instead of helping him find it they pointed him in a direction and said if its not there then they do not have it.Autozone has different things to help customers called drop stop 30/30, Jackson 5, gottcha and other things and its sad that two managers did not follow that and the guy was pretty mad they wouldnt help him find it. Before i left i showed him the trickle chargers cause didnt want the guy to have to run to another store because managers dont know their products.I left because of bad management, theres another manager there but the store has a brand new staff and is going down hill. Autozone needs to hire people that know what their selling, ESPECIALLY THEIR MANAGERS! if you dont know what your looking for when you walk in then i would NOT recommend this store till they get people that have basic automotive knowledge.

If you are having car issues this is the place to be! Friendly helpful staff. Purchased a battery but did not have the tools, the place even lend me the tools to switch it. Turned out the issue was somewhere else they returned the battery without a fuss. Really appreciated the service. Highly recommend.

Has always been understaffed, even pre covid. Picking up something like car soap will take you 25m wait on line.. I only go there when its a last minute necessity.

Great place to get what you need. It always is. I do believe they should have a better rewards program however. In comparison to their competition, it isnt much you can get plus, you cant even take advantage of your rewards program unless you use the coupon you EARNED within a certain amount of time and to top it off, you have to bring that email to the store with the coupon to use it which when you go in you never remember to grab or print out prior to. Get with the program and allow me to use my reward discount by opening my account information at the store with my cell number like all other auto shops do. Besides that, prices are bearable, items are usually provided by more than one brand so you can choose your preference, and employees are somewhat helpful.

A supparb team with Miss Genesis as the manager. Needed some parts, some of them were simple enough that one of the guys offered to put them on my truck and I was in and out in less than half an hour.The other team members were either ringing up customers in the front or helping customers look for what they needed for their vehicles.Store was clean, organized and all the team members were treating everyone with respect. If I’m in the area in the future, I know which AutoZone to come and visit.Bravo AutoZone on Tarrytown road, Bravo!!

Normally, I have no issues with Auto Zone however, I stood at the counter next to two associates who were completing a transaction. Neither one of them said a single thing to me not even, Ill be with you in a second. A simple acknowledgement would have been nice.

Late hours are a fantastic benefit. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. I. And out in 10 minutes with new battery installed. Definitely, a must for car owner like me who works regular business hours.

Helpful staff, things are stacked neatly and easy to find for yourself anyway. I had to return an open product and the manager replaced it without hesitation since I just bought the item. Kudos to the manager for being understanding.

Went in here clearly looking for help bc I do not know too much about cars. The workers did not want to help, and barely knew more than I did.They also made me feel stupid when asking questions. I was expecting a better experience.

Sometimes seems like they are understaffed. Prices are competitive. I would say that this location is convenient because of how close it is to where I live, but they often do not have what Im looking for and I end up going someplace else, which makes it inconvenient.

I ordered online brake pads,rotors and picked up in store for speedy fast service.

Pretty Standard place. I bought oil, funnel, and shop towels for my ancient Camaro. One quibble - the book said the oil my car needed was 5w30 and then I opened the hood and it said 10w30.Turns out the difference isnt a big deal.

I don’t visit auto zone that often, so when the battery died, I stopped for help. Great prices and patient staff that explain about the different options. I purchased new battery with few years warranty and I know I got a good deal.

Never allow these sales people to perform work other then install wipers, ask for their ASE certification, no certification ? Get away from this place fast. They short the computer on a BMW and took no responsibility for it.They are not automotive technicians. No extensive experience in automotive sciences.

They had the part I needed after a lengthy search of the premises. Much of the staff were gathered behind the counter while the check out lines grew longer. The free parking was tainted with the trash that cluttered the lot. Not going back there for a way overpriced battery. A trip to Walmart would serve us all better.

This store usually has everything I need for those emergency trips when you’re halfway through a repair and need a couple tools or parts. Lines are usually long and workers are all over the place. Store is open late which is great.

They will check your engine light for free - not all advice is super valuable but it is awesome to have them be able to check for simple things. They are very helpful with many simple installations as well like lightbulbs and batteries.

Never seen the staff more rude and disrespectful than this place. I was there today. I bought a filter for my 2015 gl450. He gave me a wrong one.i went back to change. Instead of saying sorry, he threw the new one in front of me. It was my fault going there to begin with.my mechanic told me not to go there. I will tell people not to go there, if you like to be respected as a customer.

Went here because I had a headlight go out, normally Id do it myself but with sunrise and sunset happening while at work I didnt want to drive home with one headlight or my brights on. I paid for the headlights and a worker named Jay installed them in about 10 minutes even though he had to reach through the wheel well to reach the back of the headlights. Jay made my day, he is the type of worker every Autozone should have.
