This Verizon store is where I got a great costumer service amazing staff very friendly and helpful I appreciate the manager for the service of attending our situation quickly and efficient manner. Wish that the first representative could solve it and save me the time of waiting for the manager to approve it. Thank you.

I only went in to buy a SIM card while I was out of town on work, but I have to mention John. He was helping two other customers when I came in, and seamlessly and personably transitioned between myself and the customers he already had. He was jovial and helpful, and I was in and out quickly despite him still helping other customers. Keep it up John!

Very happy with my visit at this store. I was able to upgrade my phone and buy some accessories. Everything was smooth and I even had to come back the next day for some help and they remembered me and helped me right away. I will definitely come back if I need more assistance. I had a great experience upgrading my phone with John. John was very helpful and walked me through the process start to finish. I did not feel rushed, and he was patient with all my questions and concerns about switching to a new phone. Just brought home two new iPhones. The staff here are so helpful. Raf made sure we understood the new features on the phones and helped me to get everything set up for my daughter’s phone. There are several other Verizon stores near us but it was worth going to this one.

One of the best Verizon stores i have ever been too with super friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Justin K had helped me smoothly transition my whole family over from AT&T to Verizon w/o much issues. He took his time to thoroughly walk through the different features and benefits that Verizon offers with my not-so technologically advanced parents.

Went to this store last week as my previous cell phone provider kept charging us fees that were ridiculous. The sales rep- Justin was very courteous and very knowledgeable in explaining to us about the nation wide coverage service that Verizon provides. Explained to him about the previous cell phones issues; he made us feel very comfortable that if any issues arose, he would tackle it himself. Sold us the latest accessories too.... Great store!!!

***Update 1/4/2020***2 months after first review and 4 visits back, I’m still waiting for management to call me back.STAY AWAY!!!If you enjoy that USED CAR SALEMAN experience you’ll enjoy shopping here.If not I recommend you go to an ACTUAL Verizon Corporate store.Gave it 1 star because I had to.These guys are Cons, I’ve been dealing with issues ever since I walked in. Lies and promises from the start. Still waiting on calls back to resolve issues. Promised $500 for my old phone, turns out it’s not up to them to decide, Once Verizon receives the phone they determined it was only worth $288.00. That’s $212 less. Was told all my old discounts like Autopay and discount through my employer would transfer over automatically, that was also a lie, that’s another $50-$60 that was not discounted.STAY AWAY from this store!

They are rude and incompetent and showed no desire to help. they acted as if they were doing me a favor talking to me. there goal was to sell a phone & get you out f the store. I had to point out to them that they were overcharging me for my phone.When i asked them to transfer the contact list, they told me to call customer support. good luck there .. 2 hours wait. these people did not even know to tell me that Verizon has a Simulator to help you through this. Well maybe hey did know & just didnt care. I gave them back the phone. Im seriously considering transferring all my service to AT&T.THois is White Plains Maryland, NOT White Plains New York.

I stopped in to the store really quick to get a charger and Justin helped me find it. Hes a funny guy, he kept talking about the new phones that were out and there features; trying to make me upgrade my phone. Hes knowledgeable about the various plans and promotions Verizon has.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Came in looking for a new phone, but was unsure what to get. Employee Justin, helped me figure out what phone worked best for my day to day needs that also fit my budget!

Came in to grab an accessory real quick. Justin was VERY knowledgeable and taught me some cool tricks for my iPhone. Super knowledgable staff. Won’t hesitate to come back

I spent three hours in the store yesterday with three people trying to transfer my pictures from my old phone to the new phone I had just purchased. They were unable to do it, inserted a memory chip, and said it was all done. When I got home, my pictures were not on my old phone, not on my new phone, and not on the chip. I was livid.I went in today to return the phone and was told I needed to pay a restocking fee. No manager was in the store. When reached by phone, he denied the request twice to waive the fee. It should be noted that he was one of the ones working on the phone yesterday. At one point, he tried to blame the problem they were encountering on the equipment in the store.To restore service on my old phone and allow me to return the new phone, I had to pay the restocking fee.This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in retail. The manager should be fired and the employees should be better trained not only in their line of business but in customer service.

AWSOME PLACE!!! VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I GOT IN GOT WHAT I NEEDED AND LEFT QUICKLY. HAD A REBATE AND THEY DID EVERYTHING FOR ME. MY REP CHARLIE WAS REALLY PATIENT AND KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND CHARLIE AS A REP TO ANYONE THAT GOES TO THIS STORE... A++

Michael did a great job today and came thru for me by getting me all set up w an upgraded phone and then back to my family for dinner within an hour. He’s a great employee. I watched how he helped other customers as well. My phone broke today out of nowhere and at 6pm I was in a panic so I went to Verizon in the Westchester mall. I’m very pleased.

I went to the store today to exchange my phone, and have all the data transferred from two phones to the new one. Katherine went above and beyond to help me with everything I asked for. She wanted to take a break before 7:00 P.M. when her co-worker would finish her shift, as after that she was not supposed to leave the store. But, she only took a five minute break at 6:55 p.m. to be able to help me with every thing. Excellent customer service! Thank you for everything Katherine!

Dont go to this location. They are very rude and dont try to solve your problem. Also if you call verizon customer service they dont reconize them. I had hotspot and bought just 1 week before. Wasnt working and went for return it. They even didnt try to talk with me and just emplloyee said we dont return even receipt said return within 14 days.
