I have an appointment and they told me to wait, waited for an hour while they help people that came to the store after me is not the first time that happened in that stores terrible costumer service

Worst customer service ever.They take forever to help you.When you tell them the situation they act like they dont know what you talking about and they also act like youre lying.They dont try to help at all.This is my third time going to that location and had got bad customer service.Another thing they dont try to hear what you got to say they always while interrupting you while youre talking and the main thing they like to say is we cant help.They need to be trained on their customer service skills

Extremely professional staff and service. Although you sometimes need to wait to see a sales person it is always better off going to a factory store then wandering around the streets of White Plains trying to find a deal from a reseller.

Poor poor service they took to long my Dads phone was at 1% I asked politely for a charger he said yea sure the phone literally got to like 7% when another girl employer came and unplugged my dads phone to plug hers like where’s they customers they changed people helping us like 3 times confusing us a lot and at the end of the day we when home the same they did not solve anything just told to call T-Mobile customer service we’ll all I can say is thank you for wasting 1 hour and 30 minutes of mi life

Excellent customer service well versed staff, wonderful product knowledge, friendly, cordial and every face in the place beaming with a smile. Short wait times. I would travel from my home which is twelve miles away just for the unbelievable experience my wife and I had at this location. I came to this location and received great customer service from Angie and Odette and their manager Carlos did great with helping. I left with a working phone to give to my mother that wasn’t working and I was able to get a new IPhone 11 for myself happy customer here 👍✅😃

Fraudsters!! They lied to my elderly father about rebates. The manager promised a rebate to switch over and made him get a new phone. Now they wont give him the rebates. Beware! They lie and cheat!!

Walked in to purchase a new phone, after waiting 20 minutes to be helped the representative finally offered assistance only to refuse me service due to her not finding the proper account information for my device. I immediately called t mobile customer service to verify if the information the rep gave me was accurate to be told the rep did not follow proper procedure or verify my account standing. If you want to shop in a store with employees that cannot properly do there job or perform a simple task such as entering the correct information into a computer than by all means stop by.

Store so helpful when it comes to picking out audio accessories. Every single associate as in very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially the manager Patty she really knows her stuff.

Horrible horrible customer service you walk in and they don’t even acknowledge you or ask you what do you need and to see if they will provide it I walked in there and I waited for someone to at least greet me I was in three different employees face And they act like I was like a dead ghost And I’m a big fan of T-Mobile I’ve been with the company for years but this isn’t the first time that I walked inside of this specific one and the service is pure trash

Some of the customer assistants spend more time looking at their cellphones than being responsive to the customers who walk in the store. The female assistant on staff at the store on 9/28/2018 became very dismissive, rude, and egotistical when I started asking her too many questions about some of the store devices and products. For future reference, the owners of this T-Mobile Martine, White Plains, NY location should have their staff trained and retrained in providing better customer service instead of being on their cellphones and being dismissive and rude to customers who have product questions.

Odette is the best saleswoman ever !! She’s always very helpful and gives great customer service. We consider her to be part of our family!😁

T-Mobile is an excellent company to get a phone for Christmas and get a table so they have excellent customer service and it’s a very homely Environment and miss odie is the best

This place was the most unprofessional, rude T-Mobile locations I have ever been to!Not only was there a manager who insisted on telling me how long hes been doing this, but he was condescending and not knowledgable. I am not even going to go into his off color remarks about the ethnicity of his customers that left the store. Yes, they made me (and his employee) uncomfortable.I almost didnt even receive service after looking around the whole location for the item I was looking to purchase and information.T-Mobile, please audit this location on professionalism as I was ignored and spoken to like a child. I had once considered switching multiple devices over to your service, but this business is lost.

Horrible service dont even bother going to this store. The one on Central Ave in Hartsdale is wayy better, the associates actually know what theyre talking about and theyre much nicer there.

My favorite phone store to go to for all my Tmobil products. My favorite sales person is Od. Shes the best takes her time and gets it right.

This one of the best stores I have ever been to. The managers and reps are knowledgeable and took care of my problems in minutes. These guys give the best service from what I seen in any store. I was asked to do a family plan and save a ton a money. Tmobile pays for termination fees when you switch over to them. Since I have 1 line now Im switching the whole family over. I love this company- always there to help. If you are going to a tmobile go to this location. By the way I was reading the other review from randy and he is dead wrong-having a bad day I guess. Thanks

El servicio de atención al cliente es espantoso. A mi me toco una empleada que no me quiso dar su nombre, fue muy grosera, se la paso en su celular texteandose con alguien, nunca me miro a la cara, pareciera que no le gusta su trabajo. Un horror. Y para cerrar, me dio su espalda y empezó a hablar por teléfono. Un desastre esa sucursal de T mobil. Para que el manager de esa sucursal tenga en cuenta. La empleada era una muchacha joven (millennial) poetiza, con sobre peso, cabello negro y ese día lo uso con un rodete en la parte de arriba de su cabeza. Lo mas horrible de todo que T Mobil emplea gente tan ordinaria, maleducada y grosera.
