Im very disappointed i ordered arrangement to be delivered on Tuesday so that when i show up i can take pictures on her birthday Wednesday and i find out that they delivered yesterday sunday? Why?????

Great alternative to flowers. Plenty of options to choose from.The strawberry arrangement looked great and tasted like they look.

Save your money. Their lack of professionalism and the way they speak to their paying customers is ridiculous. They legit drain the nice feeling of sending someone an edible right out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Youre probably better off sending flowers or the other berries company.

Ive had a great experience with this Edible Arrangements so far, having ordered from there a few times for special occasions. I think the fruit is fresh and the customer service is great. My parents also loved the arrangements, so I highly recommend using this service.

I cannot be anymore grateful. I originally ordered an arrangement to be sent to my sister’s office for her birthday in white plains. She decided to not go in so I was calling to cancel, but asked if they would be able to deliver it to her home in New Rochelle (by any chance) and they did! They called me when they were outside her home and she had just happen to step out! My luck! So I told them they could leave it outside and they offered to leave it in a cooler bag so it would remain fresh. I mean, at that point they did the absolute most in ensuring we were satisfied. Thank you!

I checked the reviews before going there, i didnt expect much. but my experience wasnt bad at all. the customer service person was very kind. my delivery was there on the day that i placed the order and fruit was deliciousi told the person about the bad reviews online and i was told that store is under a new management and they have no doubt that things will turn around quickly.i recommend using this place=D

Used them many times, for Bdays, anniversary, etc. Fruit arrangements were beautiful and ripe.

I think this location has Improved Quite a bit, Ive been going every Tuesday so far. The new Receptionist is very nice, and helpful.

Really happy with the service and the arrangement. Delivered on time and fruit was awesome. Recommended.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest. I placed an order in Florida for it to be delivered to my mom in white plains,NY. They forgot the balloon and bear. When I spoke to them, they said they would give me a refund on those items. Im still waiting, this was my first and last experience with this company. They are horrible, I wanted to try something different for mothers day. Next year, I will stick with flowers.
