I will never go back ever again. I walked in to buy boots and received no help from the worker. They jumped up to help the next customer though. Then she went to go play with her phone again. I’ll never come back here.

The store manager (Jose) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced: he does not respect his customers nor does he honor company policy.I will drive an extra half hour to the next Footaction to never return here.

Terrible unreliableI was treated very very rudely. there was a shoe there on sale and I decided I get it. I picked up the grey shoe instead of the red shoe and was told the grey shoe was not in sale.IT WAS THE SAME SHOE. I was disappointed and expected a lot better.

This is by far the worst location I have ever shopped at. You do not know who works there and who is a customer. Store staff are allowed to wear street clothing such as work out attire, hoodies and shorts. A very unprofessional and poorly represented Footaction.The store manager (JOSE) has a very aggressive and overbearing attitude. His level of professionalism is nonexistent. As a retail manager myself I can honestly say I do not know how he was given such a title. Then again there is such a thing as Equal Opportunity Employment so someone had to hire him. He makes decisions based off his position of power and personal beliefs as opposed to a (Managerial) decision to uphold company standard and treat all customers with the upmost respect.If you want to be spoken to aggressively and in a elevated tone and told by the store manger HE DOESNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING pertaining to your (ALREADY) made purchase and actual receipt. Then this is the store for you.But like most consumers if you want to be treated fairly while having your exchanges/returns or concerns/complaints handled appropriately and professionally this is not the location.I personally would suggest not shopping at that this store. I will drive out my way just to avoid the arrogance an have a pleasant shopping experience.Signed,A very dissatisfied customer.
