Really rude workers ! They lie to me about hype Jordan drops . I don’t get Greeted at all . They’re on their phones : also u needed an ID to buy a grade school Jordan retro 5. Im 14 And i just wanted to buy because I collect a lot . I have never seen this rule before

Very bad attention I bought 4 pairs of shoes they gave me the wrong ones I called to see if I could change them they told me it was not their fault because they gave me some shoes that werent even mine and they dont want to change them

I truly think they have lost their way, Ive been to quite a few locations throughout the years, and no matter where or what city or state, they seem to only cater to a specific part of the consumer market. Theyre chasing away so many potential buyers!

The assistant managers are truly horrible. Constantly sitting on the counter on their person phones. Don’t really have many options to choose from sneaker wise. The employees do work well, they asked me multiple times if I needed help but the Assistant Managers are a disgrace and should be penalized! Would not recommend coming to this store if you’re big on customer service!!!!!
