Big suits.. Good furniture..No car Parking.. No swimming pool

It was quite satisfactory facilities,to be honest in samsun it is really unexpected quality place for stay.Everything was okay.During my 2 day vacation faced with 2 problems ; hot water gets cold while taking shower at anytime and windows are not fully absorbs the noise.

Disgrace. I held the sky suit room for my birthday. To use the jacuzzi. But when I ran the jacuzzi, there was a dirty smell of damp. Hotel staff said they couldnt help. My money was about 500 TL and I refused. I said I wanted to get half of my money back since I was only half a day. They did not accept. I offered to change the room. I got the answer with no jacuzzi in it. They did nothing to compensate for their mistakes. It was already bad in cleaning. The shower heads were stained green.
