I would like to say I apologize for not getting some of their names. This particular Foot Locker is by far my daughters favorite place to shop. We are always greeted with a warm smile and a willingness to help.My daughter is a savvy 11yr old, with that being said. I allowed her to check out the Foot Locker on the third floor while I was on the first floor at Galleria Mall Dentistry. While I was waiting for the dentist to come back in the room my daughter had sent me a text showing me a pair of sneakers that she liked that were on sale for $110.00 and they had her size. She knew they fit because the young lady that assisted her, sized her and allowed her to try them on. I told her to come back downstairs that I was almost done with my appointment and our meter was going to run out but when I was finished I agreed to go up stairs and check out these sneakers that my daughter did all the leg work for. I was so impressed with my daughters ability to articulate to the staff member what she wanted I had to by them. I was equally impressed with that staff member for not running my 9yr old (at the time) out of the store since she wasnt accompanied by an adult. Not only was my daughter not run out she was treated and helped with dignity and respect. Ive been meaning to tell this story for the past 2 yrs. This is the only place I buy and will continue to buy sneakers for myself and daughter.

Horrible. Ordered shoes through the store for home delivery 3 weeks ago. Shoes were sent and delivered to another foot locker store in Newark NJ who denied they received until presented with evidence of signature. Never got a confirmation email, never got any answers to what was happening when called. Kept being told a label was created but not shipped. Was told by manager Aston that we could get a refund if we returned to store. Returned to store for 2nd time in a week, after spending additional HOURS on phone with galleria store and Newark store. Girl denied refund claiming shoes would arrive today. No evidence, no tracking number, no nothing. Girl told me to relax and laughed while on phone with me. Have been given the run around since shoes were ordered and PAID FOR on 11/10.

Terrible help

I didnt shop but I did have a return, the guy made it a quick and easy trip for me, he checked the sneakers out, once it passed his inspection he went ahead and did the refund.

Wonderful staff Ashton was very knowledgeable and helpful i will definitely shop there again.

There should be a zero star score! Worst store Ive ever been to, very rude and not at all customer oriented!!! Went in to return an item I purchased online and store manager RICH was very rude and acted extremely ghetto.... Went as far as telling me I should wear a bra. Im in shock at the treatment and words that came out of a grown man towards a woman, so disrespectful and I feel so harassed and humiliated by him. Needless to say I wont be returning to any foot locker.
