Went in this past Sunday. I found these leggings that I loved and an employee asked if she could start me a fitting room which I agreed to. After looking around more I decided to go on and try on my leggings. When I got to the room, another employee apologized for giving away my leggings to another customer who was currently in the fitting room. Those leggings were the last ones in my size. The employee then asked if I would wait for the other customer to see if she liked them or not. Why would I wait ? There are 10 other stores in White Plains that I could go buy workout pants from and would actually let me try them on. Never going again.

They have the worst return policy. I had to order a pair of sneakers because they didnt have my size for a pair of sneakers they carried in the store. When I received them, I didnt like them and returned them to the store. Instead of crediting me back the $200 immediately, I have to wait for them to send my sneakers to the warehouse to get my money back. They had no problem taking my $200 the day I ordered them. Then they do not even give you a receipt for your return. They told me I can take a picture of my tracking number. Terrible policy and customer service. Will never shop there again!

They need to carry more size 11 in women sneakers
