They are very rude and it takes too long to finish my order. Even, someone yelled at me when I was taking pictures for my snapchat to not take pictures. I think it beacuse he doesnt want me to record the trash inside the store and the food has bugs on it which is gross.

I love Starbucks and never have a bad experience with the one on Main Street in White Plains, NY. Great group of people who work there. Customer service is phenomenal.

They were closed because of a possible storm when the rest of the mall was open.

Extremely disappointed. Waited 25 mins for a Mobil order...just a simple and plain hot tea. Watched the baristas skip my order to make the more complicated drinks. I was acknowledged twice and told my order was next and it wasn’t. Finally got a refund by the time the tea was made and in front of me and then just thrown away. so I wasted my time and had to walk away without my order. My order was placed at 1:42 and estimated to be ready at 1:53... wasn’t ready until 2:15. So frustrating and I come here almost everyday because I work In the mall. So upsetting.

Line out the door, 15 minute wait for my drinks. However I must say the staff was very friendly, even with all the chaos. A young woman named Sydney made my wife’s very complicated drink perfectly. Our drinks were worth the wait!

Love this place

Ill be real here. This is the best Starbucks in White Plains. Clean, neat, staff is friendly and on top of it. Plus, everything just tastes fresh, and theyll sometimes remember you/your order if you go in often enough. In other words, its a mall location, sure, but they make you feel welcome/your business feel appreciated, and the food/coffee here is just better than in the other Starbucks location. Its worth hiking to/through the Westchester to find this place. (Plus, hey, its the Westchester. You get a nice view of Gucci while you chill and enjoy your latte.)

I love this starbucks! You can tell management sucks because they are ALWAYS understaffed, but the baristas are awesome. I always get recommended the best drinks. My daughter loves coming by here.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been too! I live about 45 minutes away and ALWAYS come to this spot when I am in the area. Darnell always makes the BEST drinks, has great customer service, and is very friendly.

I frequent this location about 3-4x a week.. I give these guys a lot of credit. They deal with the most verbally abusive patrons. They are accommodating and continue to smile with all customers (the good, bad, and the MEAN!) . I always enjoy coming in... they alway treat me like they have been waiting all day to see me!

Horrible service. We were there during a busy time so I will give them that but after waiting for almost 30 minutes for two coffees the older man making the drinks couldve had the decency to acknowledge me when I asked him twice if our drinks were on there way :/ the younger guy making the drinks overheard and he helped us out so at least someone there was doing their job. Its the only Starbucks in the Westchester mall but if you can avoid them try something different. Going to avoid this location in the future

This starbucks is AWESOME! I work at an office near the mall, so I frequent this location often. I see the sheer volume of people these baristas have to deal with, and I commend them for it! Their customer service is great- they always are ready to fix any mistakes and help you out with any issues. Even though they deal with hundreds of customers and long lines, they always treat me with respect. Thanks starbucks!

When I come to the WestChester in White Plains to shop, I always visit this Starbucks. Although its very small and in a very remote corner, the drinks are still pretty good. It tends to get busy and sometimes theres not enough staff but the quality of drinks remain the same. Theres not much space inside it but no Starbucks is that large. If youre in the WestChester to shop, and you wanna a coffee fix, come to Starbucks. The staff is kind to consider it and whatever food is on the shelves is pretty fresh. Its not a bad Starbucks, so enjoy it.

I love this Starbucks, everyone is always so nice! I came for Mother’s Day with my mom yesterday and even though it was busy the staff was really nice, the cashier recommended us drinks and they were really good!

I’ve never gone out my way to give a place a bad review but this Starbucks is literal trash. The only reason I still come here is because it’s a few stores down from where I work at the Apple store(which is a 30 second walk away if that.) I can mobile order something 10 minutes before I even go on my 15 min break and they never fail to not have my order ready every time I walk in or have something missing. I’m basically prepared to spend my 15 min break waiting for my order which is absolutely ridiculous. Someone who has walked in after me can order something and still get their order before I get my mobile order. You might as well not have mobile order as an option at this location because there is absolutely no point for it.

The store has some really good people that have to deal with random surges in volume.Relatively recently they remodeled the store. They really need to expand it, even if by only a few hundred square feet.Remember the end of the movie, Trading Places that took place on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange?When its really crowded, thats what it feels like when youre trying to get your drink.So my 2-star ding is at management not getting a properly-sized location.

Worst Starbucks Ive yet to visit. The workers are really nice and fast but my order is always done wrong/Im given the wrong size/drink and the manager is super impatient. I ordered a drink that was half of one and half of another and when I received it it was only one kind. I told the manager my order was wrong and he kept insisting it was right when the order on the cup was written wrong as well.

Horrible! Other than store cleanliness and lack of outstanding customer service which diminished the customers experience. I waited in a line of customers, who I noticed werent greeted pleasantly nor smiled at, that were treated as transactions. The partners on the floor, 3 all female failed at making eye contact, ensuring the orders were accurate and were not very well dressed. As a well known company who is known for their remarkable delivery of customer service, the customers should have this promise delivered in whichever Starbucks they decide to go to! Versus favoring one over the other. I do not recall anyone names visible on their wrinkled aprons either. I will call this matter in.

Small, crowded, no tables, rude patrons, extremely pushy, rude women. Coffee yesterday was awful; ordered a grande White Chocolate mocha w/a shot of Raspberry, and a few other items, couldnt get the order done properly. Coffee was shorted, no whip cream, little raspberry or white chocolate. I paid $15, I expected much better.Must avoid this one in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. ordered online, someone took my drink and i was told i had to reorder!!! i was yelled at and ridiculed in front of a full store, absolutely ridiculous. and then when my drink was remade, it was the wrong order, size, no whipped cream and looked disgustingly created. i ordered a strawberry frappucuno, and they gave me a pink drink!!!
