Carmen was working there tonight as a customer service representative and my god she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She definitely deserves a raise and or to be recognized for her amazing service.
I had an appointment to get my flu vaccine. Although I had a specific appointment time, the wait to actually get the vaccine was unusually long, more than 30 minutes. The staff seemed disorganized and did not give clear directions where to wait. The pharmacists initially would not give me the vaccine because my name was not on her list yet I clearly had an appointment and had checked in with the pharmacy staff. After the vaccine I stated I needed documentation that I had received the vaccine. The pharmacy directed me back to the check in line and then after waiting again, the staff member seemed visibly annoyed that I was actually asking for documentation. I have been going the CVS on Wilmot Road to get my flu vaccine for the past several years and I have never had any problems. I would not recommend this store for vaccinations. If I could give it zero stars I would.
There pharmacy department is under staffed causing doctors not to be able to call in a script.I was put on hold for 45 minutes gave up in the end drove to the store to pick up the prescription thinking it would be ready had to wait 10 more minutes in line just be told they have no prescription. By the time that happened it was too late to reach back out to the doctor to change pharmacies.
Great experience. Had to update my insurance info recently & the lead pharmacist crushed it, despite having to go out of his way looking it up. He also had great Adidas. This team always has our medications ready, on time, with no hassle.
Five stars for the fireball sitting at the front of the store. Never seen a CVS sell liquor, but I’m here for it
Great service particularly at the cash register. The woman was very accommodating and helpful. She made sure that I got all the discounts and was polite and courteous.
Nice and organized CVS. The staff is really friendly too if you ever need help finding something. And its open 24-7 so thats awesome
Gustavo Manager give the best customer service in the area, respect, patient, listening!!!
Went for 1st covid shot at 645 witch is second to last apointment of day. Was told by pharmacist that hecould not open new vile and give shot because 9 doses would be wasted.not managed very well.
The store is going thru a renovation and its super confusing to find what you want, where it is now, or if they dont have it. The Pharmacy line snakes down an entire aisle with no social distancing. New hires cant check out yet or lead you to your needed item and the Manager seemed overwhelmed with the changes. Prices went up so use your coupons by the date you were given. No more Exceptions. Parking lot is a hot mess. Never enough spaces.
I am done. Some guy is walking around wearing no mask and I casually mention that to a cashier and she tells me to wait with hostility . Nope, no thanks. That and they have guys hanging in the lot asking for money.
Is it crazy Spanish lady Carmen the keeps her nose in other peoples business I saw something on sale unfortunately I dont have CVS card 1st she tells me she Can not help me with the cvs card and then when I go into a regular cash register she tells Employee at the cash register In Spanish To not help me either with the CVS card. She should speak English in front of the customer. 2nd she should Mind her own business and just do her job.
What a great 24-hour pharmacy. I want to hear to buy a few things in the middle of the night and the young lady behind the counter came out to help me find everything that I was looking for. She was exceptionally helpful and actually very sweet.
Worst service ever !!Very unprofessional! They got no clue regarding medical insurance!I asked to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy and after 2 days still nothing !!Miss bachuss helped me ! But useless !!!
Good morning,When I used to work at CVS pharmacy some fifteen years ago, we had to pick up the phone on the third ring, I have since moved on and its one of several times I am calling to do verification, I am listening to the music for 20 mintues now and did so in the past without anyone picking up the phone.Whatever happen to customer service ? Oh wait someone just picked up to tell me hold on one second without giving a chance to say I have been on hold for 20 something minutes.Managers and District Pharmacy Managers, I would be greatful if you can look into this because I am guessing pharmacy is under staff.thank you.
The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians were very helpful and prompt. The pharmacist I spoke to, Dr. Fredrick was extremely nice and patient and took time to answer my questions. I greatly appreciated this. Not enough due credit is ever provided with reviews and thats disheartening. My experience was a good one. Thank you for being a reliable resource with my prescription questions!
Great service here!
Definitely incompetent people working the pharmacy. Numerous times they were unable to find my prescription that was electronically sent to them, and my doctor showed me the electronic confirmation that it was received. Dont waste your time sending prescriptions here, they lose them or do not know how to use their systems to retrieve them.I ultimately had to ask my doctor to create a new prescription and have sent to a different pharmacy, such a waste of my time.
Most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a CVS. Terrible customer service. Condescending staff. And there is ALWAYS a line.I went to the counter to purchase some mixed nuts and was told by the cashier that the nuts I wanted were only one sale if I buy 2. Thats not what I read, but, I could have misread the label. O.K. So I go back to get some cheaper nuts. I look very closely and sure enough the nuts are NOT on a buy 2 sale. There were just on sale.I go back to the same cashier and start saying that these are on sale when I am rudely cut off by the cashier who says in a sharp, condescending voice: I want you to understand how this works. You must buy two get the sales price, blah blah blah. No, dude. You just made an ass of yourself. Sure enough he rang it up and I was right.
Horrible customer service
Walked in to take some passport photos... WORST IDEA EVER. If you want your passport picture to look like a mugshot, this is the place for you! Completely unprofessional and quite rude, the lady that took my pictures had to be instructed by me on how that type of picture is supposed to be taken. Obviously, they just let them grab a camera and go at it, without giving them any training at all. Way too expensive for the level of quality, too.
Had to stop by to get some medicine and thats basically what CVS is made for I know they have different stuff but medicine and home product get the best deals.
Terrible service, zero responsibility for saying something would take 10 minutes and 50 minutes later. Totally irresponsible and disappointing.
The pharmacy dept, keeps you on hold forever. It is ridiculous to do that to a person.
Do not get photos printed here. Of the 4 times Ive printed photos here, once I received someone elses order with mine, and once they didnt have my order even though I got a confirmation email (which now I think it was mixed with another order). Careless and I dont trust this location.
I thought they were nice enough. No issues and Im surprised to see some of these other reviews. They transferred my prescription from one CVS to another with relative ease.
I think this is an excellent pharmacy. Knowledgeable, proactive and helpful. Would not change.
Pharmacist was upset to get a prescription over the phone and he hanged the cal in unprofessional and aggressive way. I was not good experience at all
The pharmacy works fast. The rest of the store takes pride in what they do as well.
They were open on Christmas Day and had my medication ready in time. Not only that, they were courteous .
Incompetent people. Prepare for long lines and your time to be wasted.
Staff is very helpful! & amiable
This location has made vast improvements over the years, but still has a ways to go.I go here because its their 24-hour location, and its less fuss to not be constrained by times. Also, because they apparently do not or cannot share sales history with their other locations, I prefer to keep all my prescriptions in one place to make it easier for flex-spend reimbursements.A few years ago, there were times the pharmacy was closed at night due to staffing issues. Those days are thankfully long gone.Lines for the pharmacy are sooooo hit and miss. Sometimes your in and out, and other times, youre essentially camping.Staff at the front are always very helpful. They often do not have enough staff at the regular (non self) checkout lines.Parking can also be fun at certain times.Things I dont like I about pretty much all CVS locations & CVS in general:(1) They still do not accept ApplePay(2) The store interiors are just so drab, blah, etc. It just accelerates the desire to get out of there as quickly as humanly possible(3) Their iPad app is hideous. The complete opposite of their iPhone app.(4) They do not have WiFi. Normally I dont care about WiFi, as long as my cellular service works, but for some reason, especially toward the rear of the store, AT&T has trouble with the signal. Its fine, actually very strong outside, so its purely a building materials issue.Things I do like about CVS:(1) Refills are a breeze with their app and their text messaging(2) Text messaging for all notifications is great(3) iPhone app is very useful for refills, could use some work on the shopping sideSince they took over Targets prescriptions, I simply wish Target would go 24-hours, then it would be one less store to have to frequent.
The pharmacists are quite friendly and ready to help!
What an awful experience! This place is a disgrace to all CVS pharmacies and needs some serious examination by the upper management. I go in there to fill a simple prescription and ended up staying over 50 minutes! Im on a relatively long line so I resign myself to waiting a bit. The guy (Sean) at the counter calls Next customer! and I walk up thinking, yay, here we go and I hand him my insurance card along with a little card that came with my initial prescription. He takes both and walks away. To be honest, he seemed a little slow, so I wasnt too surprised when he came back and asked ME which card to use. I explain and he simply hands my cards to someone else and walks back to the counter. It seemed like a very not my problem gesture, and I was put off by it. But whatever, customer service sucks there with all of them. So the actual pharmacist comes up and tells me that after she called my insurance, they told her that I wasnt covered. Really? I ask, in shock. So right there, I call them myself and they tell me that yes indeed I am covered, so I give the phone to the pharmacist and have my insurance representative read her the number (all on my card which I originally handed to her). Why did she lie about calling? Heaven knows! That hurdle completed, I go back to the counter and this idiot (technical term here), Sean, is acting like Ive just gotten to the counter for the first time. The other non-pharmacist has to yell at him to attend to me since Ive been waiting. He grudgingly starts to but I notice that the names on my prescription dont match my previous one. I mention this and he goes I dont know anything about that, you can ask the other girl over there. Um...what??? I guess we can throw professionalism and courtesy out the window. But, being determined, I went over to the other girl, a Hispanic young-ish woman with glasses, bleached hair and a terrible attitude. She proceeds to yell at me about New York State law and finally tells me to call my doctor (at 8pm on a Saturday). Okay...I guess my simple question about whether the two drugs, regardless of brand name, are the same, was too much for her non-pharmacist self. So I ask the pharmacist and she nods noncommittally...as though shes less sure than the non-pharmacist. I mean, come on! I know you didnt go to medical school, but at least know a bit about the drugs youre dispensing. It was a thoroughly irritating experience (long line, late hour, issues with prescriptions) that was made worse by the terrible attitude of the staff and the lack of confidence inspired by the lying pharmacist. Tsk-tsk! You people will not be seeing my face in your store again! Im having everything sent to DR or Walgreens!
Great employees, nice and helpful
