This Kmart is not stocked as well as other Kmart stores but the employees were helpful, the establishment clean and what they had on the sales floor were essential items and products people purchase frequently.

Considering the fact that they are going out of business I expected much better prices. Not worth the trip until the prices come down more.

Its an ok place to shop. You can find some great deals while other stuff, may it not be too expensive, but is still laughably overpriced or on the pricey side to be in a Kmart. Wait till that stuff go on a good sale or clearance. Many clothes are cheap when you feel them or some when you look at them and on some shoes. Hardly any cotton in the clothes, just cheaper fabric for the ridiculous prices. Stitching on shoes and some clothing could be much better done so it could sell better (NOT hard to do). Costume jewelry is ok, a bit on the pricey side for most stuff, to again, be in a Kmart. There are at times couple or so really nice pieces that you will see depending when you go, but again, a bit on the pricey side. Fine jewelry is ok to really nice too, more so for just regular wear, and can be a bit pricey for the quality on practically all of it, and for it to be in a store like this. Would not recommend for commitment, engagement or marital wear, since its not of THE topmost of quality. Go to an EXCELLENT jewelry store for these. Right now the fine jewelry is at nice deal of 75% off since maybe not selling too well I suppose. Watches are just regular brands as far as I have glanced in the case beside the fine jewelry. And think they are also 75% off depending which want, but youd have to go to check on that. Lastly, can be a bit pricey on other stuff such as items for your home, etc., but depends on what it is. I dont think Little Caesars Pizza up in the front of the store is open right now, and who knows when they will be.

Surprised, they used to be so nice and courteous, I think they are closing. there is not much left in the store. and there was probably only six people on the whole floor including the store manager and only one person on customer service and one cashier,shoo Im going to miss the store.

It is so sad to watch the slow death of the store. They are running out of items to sell so the shells are stocked with rows and rows of the same item that they still can sell they shorten the oils to hide these rows that are not in use anymore. Its sad to watch because I have fond memories of this place going back years and years ago bringing my daughters buying their first bike buying swimming pools and one furniture. The one thing I would say is there food department is still pretty well stocked so its probably being used as a staple for people in the area but I went to buy a pair of socks and they dont sell socks anymore so I guess that pretty much sums it up

This K Mart Store should have closed years ago, high prices and low stock inventory… Store closing in November… Not soon enough. Hopefully a target or Walmart store opens up at that location..

I always liked K-Mart because you could get basic stuff at a reasonable price. The Greenburgh store now has the feel of a going out of business joint. The merchandise is mostly basically stuff they couldnt sell during the winter. Kinda sad.

Unfortunately not many items are left, including shopping carts..KMart is closing after so many years in this community. It will be missed.

I was in the area, decide to stop by, i was excited to go in and when i walked in immediately it was a dead feeling, the store was empty with customers, and products. I was very surprised, their stock was extremely low, there were holes in the ceiling around the store some holes were leaking water. I finally seen a customer with children like myself and asked her if she knew anything about the store closing she replied no, she also said she was surprised to see the store like this. It was horrible! I dont know whats going on, but i do not believe that place will stay open too much longer.

Was here on Monday March 22nd, after shopping for quite a few items I was told at the register the store is not offering shopping bags, not for purchase OR free. So if you plan to go here please take your own bags

Im glad to see Kmart back, the floor it stocked, with quality items.

This place barely have almost nothing. Only the pizza part is good to buy pizza if the African American lady is in working.

Last time I went to this Kmart they had hardly any stock. I went to this Kmart to buy a last minute gift and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and prices. Its not the Kmart of old but the customer service was great and it seems like they are trying. I will be back.

About one third of the store was empty. Maybe restocking issues. Still like them.

Best discount store in town (And many towns). Kmart is my first stop when starting my shopping trip for the weekend.

Use to love this place but now you go in and i cant seem to find anything. They havent restocked in a while and the staff seems to be clueless as to where their items are located or if they even have the item you are looking for. They have overpriced every item in the store and most of all, the items are broken. Lastly, ive asked if there will be any changes and its said that there has been renevations taken place for over the past few months but what it seems like is that they are closing down.

This store was always a go-to when I was little. Once again in the area with parents and decided to pay a visit. Had some severe issues with stocking last month like literally aisles and aisles completely empty, but I came back today and it was much better stocked. They shrunk the store a little, which was bizarre, but all in all they had everything I needed and also great for buying things during COVID with a limitless supply of KN95 masks. If you can rack up Shop Your Way points, prices are very very competitive. Staff is very friendly and the manager is doing his best.

Im saddened by the news. Kmart has been here since I can remember. For 25 years its been the place I go when I was craving frozen Cola and until recent years never disappointed. They never followed the latest fad or trend; I could always get the good old fashion need made clothes, cotton and jeans and undergarments and sneakers. I even remember my father working many positions for many years when I was a kid. They stuck with what would always sell and I truly respected that from a store.

Its a KMart. If you know what a KMart is, this place is one. Store is really big. They have a lot of stuff. Parking is adequate. Store is about how you would expect a KMart to look.

Really not too much inventory Im sure this place will be gone in the not to distant future, Im sad always loved shopping there.

Clossing store

Disappointing wanted to purchase a necklace and there was a discrepancy between the seller and customer service person about the price. The signage also reflected what the seller was dating, but I was not able to purchase it for the lesser price.

Nicely kept clean and organized store with a very large free parking area. Had a large sellection of most clothes and cosmetics. Has an Amazon return center for returns of Amazon merchandise which is very convenient. Has long store hours for late shopping. Near allot of shopping in this mall area and across the street so you can find most things within a short distance of they dont have it.

Was a delight to shop there again. Good prices..

For me it was not so bad. I needed a few things and they had them. It is a huge store and I was impressed by how clean it was and by the service and selection of items. I would return.

The store is pretty neat and organized. Easy to find items and the departments. However not a lot workers in the floor, no one at the dressing room,everything over priced. The cashier could use some more customer service skills. And exactly what is security standing at the door for? The parking lot was so dark I thought we had a blackout. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Omg. Poor Kmart. The shelves are barron. Not much by way of selection in any area. I will say that although clothing seems for an older crowd, there are good buys for childrens clothing and womens jeans at great prices. There are no lines to enter the store and plenty of parking.

Many of the Kmart stores in New Jersey and in New York are closing down. What once use to be a great department store has now gone downhill for the worse. I am sorry to say for the other Kmart stores, particulary for White Plains as well, is that your days are numbered.

Still a place to find things you need.

I ordered a chair for pick up at this Kmart on tarrytown road at the crossroads shopping center. About an hour or so after I called them to ask if it’s ready and the girl who picked up wasn’t courteous at all and told me I’ll have to wait and I said I can just come and get it myself if that’s quicker and to cancel the order which she didn’t do. But that’s not even the worst of it. So I wait and go when I get an email that it’s ready. Took a good 20 minutes just to pick up the chair there!! Nobody knew where it was and I’m just left to wait around for what?! No point for me to have ordered pick up at all! But there’s more. They put the sticky receipt packet ON THE SEAT of the chair. It left behind a nasty sticky residue that won’t come off, but not only that it was also hiding a rip in the seat! They made me wait a whole half day and then some even at the store to pick up a DAMAGED product!! I would go and try to swap but I never want to step foot in this terrible establishment with irresponsible employees!

The worst due to covid i would think they should have sanitizer and wipes for the carts well they had none and when i ask the security person she said do u see any no thats why im asking not good and no new items in stock xmas Easter Halloween things

This store has depression written all over it. The staff looks depressed. The customers look depressed. The clothes looks depressed. The floor looks depressed. Even the pizza @ Little Cesars looks depressed. Every time I go there a sadness immediately fills the air and I cant wait to leave. I only shop there for last minute things since its right next to my job. The only good thing there is reasonable prices. I feel so terrible for the employees - they all seem so unhappy there.

I think that my expectations were so low from hearing so negative things on the news, and reading them online - that I was actually blown away at how much better the condition of the store was compared to what I was expecting. Store was fully stocked, and neat clean and easy to shop! The staff I encountered was actually helpful in location exactly what I needed, and checkout was standard. Dont let all the negative press influence your own opinion like I did.

One of those places Ill run in and spend some time looking around when I know what I want or an idea of what it is Im looking for. May not have everything, but it has a decent selection of items from all types of departments. Never had a bad experience. Staff are seldom found when you need them, but its very rare that I would need them when I go here. As a plus, theres a Little Caesars inside this location if you need a quick bite to eat.

Kmart had hardly any products in this store. Real disappointment.

I have that issue with kmart, tarrytown rd, weschester. I brought a product at that store and I got home, the product was defected. The very next day, I went to return the product, the store associates kept on telling me to come back for the return. Today is my 2nd trip to that store for the same issue: still no results. While I cannot use the product, I cannot have my refund to make other purchases. It is definitely not a place to shop.

Friendly enough staff but when we visited in November the shelves were very understocked and it feels a liiiiiittle dirty in there.

OK products. OK prices. LITTLE staffing to help on the floors. SLOW cashiers and long lines. Their rewards systems are often down so hard to redeem your points. I gave up using points here a while ago. They have a small Little Caesars pizza inside so maybe a plus.

Customer service ladies not helpful or knowledgeable. Had to get Manager involved to get proper help with my return.

What can I say, I used to work here, I tried to do my best but some customers have a really bad attitude by default, As well as some workers.Management knows that most of the workers are temporal, so they dont Bother on give training.In a few words, Customer service is bad thanks to rude customers, and also management.If youre polite with the employees youll have a good experience.

Not much in there but was able to get Route 66 jeans for 10.00 they are the only brand I wear.

I have nothing positive to say about this Kmart.Prices are higher than competitors.Product variety is poor.Their electronics section is a joke. No gaming systems, no phones, no computers, no tablets, no e-readers, no speakers, no TVs, etc.The hardware section is also a joke. Shelves are bare.Despite the huge store, the aisles are cramped and lighting is insufficient.The music played throughout the store is way too loud. I couldnt even hear myself think. If you stand directly underneath one of the ceiling speakers, your ears actually hurt. I was browsing the store holding some merchandise to buy when I couldnt take it anymore. The music was so loud that I had to put everything down and leave. Its THAT bad. Its as if they want to drive customers away.I see no reason to come here when theres a Target nearby.
