This is my go to place to buy meat products. I think the prices are fair if know how to use coupons and sale period. I use to know where things are before COVID now it’s all renovated and they moved things around. It looks very neat and organized.

Nice and very good arrangement for COVID.. management and cleaning staff is good...fresh organic fruits and vegetables are available...lots of frozen options and all the required groceries are available..dont like cake and pastries here... pharmacy is also available...lots of offers and discounts are also going on....prefer to go on weekdays and odd hours in weekend to avoid long queues..Id you are near by prfer this store... parking is available

Fully stocked and wasnt crowded. Fast moving lines. Only problem was this place mainly has meals for single or small families. There were some family pack meats but not much. I like coming to this Stop and Shop because they sell a huge variety of specialty spices and products. Staff are very courteous and the store is very clean and organized.

I went pretty late, around 10pm. It was clean, stocked well, good sales. I just gave 4 stars because they didnt sell my favorite bread, and Ill have to go to Harrison for it.

As supermarkets go Stop and Shop is on the higher side price wise. The shelves were fairly well stocked. Sadly the self checkout lines are still no bargain. There should be stricter enforcement of item limits.

Great Store self checkout

Have been coming here for years since I moved to WP. I used to work in one in my teens when they first came to the area I the late 90s. Anyhow as a shopper some prices can be better for shelved items; produce and meat are always fresh here, and the new changes they made to the produce dept recently are nice. Makes it feel like its a higher end market and has a better navigational flow. I will say the giant Robot thing creeps me out. Makes me think its watching and following me, and no one from the store seems to pay it any mind when its beeping incessantly for a clean up. Like all stores it could go back to using more regular cashiers and put back the regular cash wraps. The turnstiles bagging system is inefficient. And less focus on self checkout for large orders. But overall, its a decent place to shop.

Its so big its not that convenient but thats the way the stores are these days.

My family has been shopping at this location since it opened and have always had a good experience. Under these trying covid conditions I feel that your staff is doing a great job. Is it perfect? No. but its the best anyone can expect in this situation. Thank your staff for all your good work. Cant even think what it would be like with out them.

Deli meat doesnt taste like turkey...just chemicals. Most food is ok

The store was clean and neat, but the employees were not away are where merchandise was located, and when I found a manager I was just told it (gluten free) was mixed it. Ultimately, there was nothing but it was frustrating.

Expensive and only self checkouts.

Had what I was looking for. Self checkout was an interesting time, but went pretty quickly.

Since Wegmans came into town, this place has stepped their game up. Good! 👍🏾

Empty shelves and high prices

Stop & Shop in white plains is convenient, close to the highway if you’re not from white plains. Easy to get too plenty of parking. Huge selection inside and if Whole Foods does not have what you need try here. Produce selection is always fresh, store was always clean, friendly staff.

This store is kept clean and well stocked considering the pandemic created shortages of some items. Check out lines are fairly quick, unless you get stuck behind a haggler - but that is not the stores fault. And their store made foods have been very good as well.

Not as friendly as S&S in Mt. Vernon.

The parking lot is kind of dark and close to the store and gives everything is sort of cramped feeling. The store inside is relatively well-stocked and run but I have found other Stop & Shops to be much better managed.

For the most part people keep their distance and wear masks. Most people dont respect the one way isles though. The food is usually stocked up well. Prices are higher than they used to be before covid. I usually find everything I need. Staff is helpful and the store itself is clean.

Okay for a quick stop, but not for regular grocery shopping . The ShopRite in downtown White Plains is cleaner, cheaper, and better stocked. Good thing about this shop is free parking right across the Westchester mall.

Great place for food

Please learn English.Update:- The store responded in less than 24 hours. I appreciate that. I was looking for a certain item to make a dish with and one employee didnt know where it was and the other didnt speak English (I dont know what language the person spoke). I showed a photo of the item on my phone, still didnt recognize it. It would have been helpful if the employee had called over someone who knew English and/or where the item was. Eventually I found it. However to have to keep looking through a store and cant find help is disenchanting. Thank you for responding, and I trust that you will improve. I just had to point this out. I moved the rating up to a 3 (average). I look forward to bumping it up to a 5. Happy Holidays.

I go here all the time. Always great prices and stocked with the items I need. Recent ailse changes sort of upset me because my shopping usually goes fastest when I know where everything is. I continue to go here and getting used to the changed arrangements. Last visit I did struggle to find the cucmbers but now I know where they are.

The price is way cheaper than NY. Staff are super nice and very helpful.

Fantastic. I walked in with no mask and started crying about Trump. I was aressted and thrown in jail. Good times.

Excellent! was greatful. There was a posting for Hellmans Mayonaise that stated FREE! I called over a senior employee to confirm,he stared then bent down, in tiny weeny letters it said buy 1 get one free! There were 10 of us grabbing this Mayonaise but we put it back. The employee apparently spoke to the store manager, about the sign, he told him I guess to locate us because we ALL were seniors and he gave each of us a jar. Never experienced this at Shoprite, will be shopping at Stop and Shop from this day on because you take care of customers.

This store stays well stocked...the only downside is they do not enforce the social distancing policy. They have one way lanes and tape on the floor but it defeats the purpose if your don’t put up signs or make random public announcements telling customers to maintain a 6 ft distance. The Stop and Shop in New Rochelle does that. I guess it depends on the management.

This store is always clean and I enjoy the friendly interactions with the staff.

Great selection, prices and hours. Plentiful parking, 2 different entrances/exits. Nice size store, large self checkout area available as well as multiple traditional checkout lanes. They make some great fried chicken and pretty good customizable cakes for order in the bakery. Also this location had a Dunkin Donuts inside as well. Only caveat is that this particular Dunkin Donuts, does not take Dunkin Donuts gift cards. Also this Dunkin Donuts is not open for all the hours that the Supermarket does.

They keep changing store layout every few years. Frustrated trying to find items you like. Its one of the only options in town.

I have no problem with anything else but your deli counter and the people who work there are lazy and nasty. No one will ever help me. The woman there just ignore you and there is no boars head pre sliced meats again today.

They are doing the very bare minimum in response to Covid19. The have arrows on the ground to keep traffic in one direction, shoppers arent following it, and employees arent enforcing it. Didnt see any employees wiping anything down during my shipping trip

Stopped in to pick up a few quick items. Good selection of vegetables. Quality was very good. Used self checkout that had many choices. A nice quick trip to the grocery store.

Ok food

Simply one of the best. This is a wonderful wide open supermarket that is very clean and well presented. Check out time is very easy as well. The customer service is also a very nice place to visit because theyre very cordial. Their produce section is fantastic as is their deli and meat department. I find parking here very easy and this supermarket is very accessible from the Parkway or Westchester Avenue. Go on off hours because when its busy the lines are long. I would highly recommend it. So give it a shot. Competition is coming. Wegmans is on its way. Look for sales. Go soon! An awesome adventure!

I saw the F.U.N. t-shirts and thought, thats fantastic! Customer service was friendly and efficient, and personnel in the store helpful. However... the checkout/bagger person needs to re-read the F.U.N. shirt and get additional training. Watermelon is not a basketball! My groceries were dropped into bags. Bananas dropped on top of plums. Chocolate bars dropped into b as g from about 6 above the bag. Its a shame the experience got ugly at the time for me to pay.

Spacious store with very convenient and helpful pharmacy. Prices not as low as it used to be (competitors like Shoprite often beat them with regularly priced items). Lower street level parking lot is a bit dark even during daytime and quite congested.

A nice large supermarket in White Plains. A convenient central location with a free parking garage (essentially unheard-of in downtown White Plains...). Plenty of food choices at this location also an indoor bottle return room if you do that.

Convenient large store typical of the grocery chain. Wide assortment, but have had issues with past-date perishables at this location. Also few checkout usually open. Easy parking though.

I cant even begin to explain my frustration with this specific location! First of all, the people that work here have the WORST filthy attitude of life! When they check you out at the registers they give you a bad attitude. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I had to call and complain numerous times. I used to shop at this location at least 3-4 times a week. Its very convenient for me to shop here but I had to stop coming here for a while and I started going to the other stop & shop on Broadway which is better than this place but they dont have a few things that this stop & shop has so I had to come back here and I see things have not changed. They charge me for food that I never purchased so I had to go back to the store to get my money back. Its a good thing I go through my receipt when I get home but it sucks that I had to go back. I have been to so many stop & shop stores before but this specific location is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!!!!
