I was happy when they opened this location. The store has a good selection of everything from tools to car accessories and some camping gear. It is the perfect place for grabbing whatever you need while in the middle of a project without the hassle of busy crowded stores with on one to help you get what you need. Love this place!

Store was immaculate and well stocked. Employees were very friendly and professional. Cashier was super friendly and very kind to my young son. I will be returning this store is a benchmark for all others. Simply excellent.

Its Nice to have a harbor freight tools in the neighborhood. While they do stock an awful lot of products, there is not a great choice of brands. You go to the store when you need something specific. The staff is extremely helpful and alerts you to any discount you might be eligible for, and they are great at knowledge of the placing of products in their store.

Amazing array of tools for just about every trade at incredibly low prices.They have special sales for extra savings if you become a HF member for a nominal annual fee. I cant visit this store too often because every isle I walk down I see something I just have to buy. 🥺😏

On top of that just store credit and 20% restocking fee. Just be extremely careful on what you are getting in the store.

Over all I like this Harbor freight. Its always easy for me to get to and it always has plenty of parking. We all know what they are famous for... tools at an affordable price so don’t forget you do get what you pay for and all that. They only issue I ever had was I bought a compressor there and it didn’t work. They gauge was never accurate and every time you used the tool you had to adjust the output psi. So that’s definitely not going to work even for around the house. The manager rolled her eyes and said “well what do you expect it is a power tool”. Thats not really the answer you give to someone who brings it back the next day. I was going to just exchange it but after that I just returned it for a refund. The store gets 4 stars for always being clean and convenient.

It’s rare to find a store with amazing customer service. If you go somewhere and don’t have a problem, you feel fortunate. At harbor freight you dare to Expect a great experience and get one.Jared is an example of what customer service should look like.You can tell that he cares about the experience. He should teach Other sales people how to treat customers. My guess is his parents did an incredible job raising him teaching him how to interact with people. The rest of why he’s so good is probably A combination of his personal experiences plus working for a store and manager who treat all customers That way.My experience with his manager Tara was equally great. I have a unique situation and you could tell that she will do whatever it takes to make it better. I highly recommend this location as opposed to the experiences we’ve all had at Home Depot and Lowe’s. I know when I go to stores like that I’m going to walk out with a headache. It’s the opposite at Harbor freight in White Plains because of people like Jared and Tara. Thank you!

Wide selection, competitive pricing, understaffed, but the staff they did have were pleasant and helpful.

Great store. Very helpful staff. Make sure to check the website for coupons first. At least once a month you can get 15-20% off. Bring a photo of the coupons on your phone zoomed in big enough to scan the bar code. Plenty of parking and the staff will bring out big things to your car.

I always find what I need at harbor freight. Sometimes I just go in there just to see whats on sale and I end up buying something. The staff at 330 Tarrytown road in White plains are wonderful. Every time I go there, they never make me wait. Even if its to go see if they have what Im looking for in stock. They are always kind and very helpful. Great staff.

JCM manufacturer makes the entire tool line, and is the same maker as the big box stores HD and Lowes. Also Makita and Dewalt sprinkled in...are they heirloom quality, no...but to get the job done, done, done.

Harbor Freight is a great alternative to the big box orange and blue stores. And the service at this location is excellent. I am never disappointed when I go here.

Great for DIY. Their $150 miter saw will cut an entire house worth of molding and then some. Blades, bits are disposable items, why pay 5 times the amount at HD. If youre looking for something that will last you a lifetime or youre a contractor, look elsewhere. This is the dollar store of home improvement.

Too much stuff to choose from so study the catalogue before coming in or youll burn 3 hours easily. This place is always well stocked. Just know the limits of the tools you buy here and you wont be disappointed. I bought a $15 fibreglass handled sledge and this thing is still shiny after repeated weekly uses. A much better purchase than a $100 sledge from the tool guy in my opinion.

Its a tool place worth visiting. They have a great selection, and are very helpful and friendly. They definitely beat others prices. Plus they always have a coupon on your way out for 20% off your next visit (check the dates). You can call ahead of you have any questions about their policies and products. Its definitely not like shopping at other tool places, much more helpful and customer oriented.

They finally have a nice person working at the Tarrytown location. Shes polite and personable. She is the first person since the store open that was friendly and helpful. Her name is Nhadija and the rest of the crew there should take notes on how to be nice and helpful.

Many tools available here at low prices. Maybe not the place if you are only interested in high end heirloom type tools, but generally very good value across the board. Worth a look if you like tools, youre likely to find something you cant resist even if you went in with nothing in mind but to.look.

Giving me problems with warranty exchange smh. What do they expect with cheap made tools. Thats why it says lifetime warranty. Most ppl that work there under aged have no idea or general knowledge of store policy n customer service.
