While I have lived in Westchester for close to thirty years and spent much of my time shopping on Mamaroneck Avenue, I never ventured to the corner where the Home Center True Value store is situated. The store has an impressive selection of everything from toilet seats to bird feeders! I’d urge you to check out their selection before schlepping to one of those giant big box stores on the outskirts of White Plains! I was impressed with the selection as well as their prices!

You have to love small, independently owned stores, especially hardware stores. Kind of reminiscent of the Town General Store of old. Very helpful staff and prices are NOT out of line. Selection is slightly limited due to relatively small size of store. Still, great place.

Super nice owner and staff. Great selection of hardware. And Gepetto the cat is always there to brighten your day. Def my favorite part of stopping in.

I have always found the store to be well stocked where the employees have been friendly and helpful. The pricing is inline with other Mom and Pop stores like True Value, Do It Best, and Ace Hardware stores in the area.

Always ready to assist you. Easier than Home Depot. Nice people.

Have to agree w. negative reviews - the owner is unfriendly & wont go out of his way to help. If you need something he points & grunts. Prices are also higher than elsewhere. If you have a choice, go to Burke & McCowan on Post Rd by the WP Hospital instead, theyve been there forever & their knowledge & adviceputs True Value to shame!
