We had a fantastic experience with Jeff Payne and Hooks Lincoln. We ended up ordering a new Aviator and the process was as good as we have ever had. We visited the Lincoln Experience at The Star in Frisco and tried to work with our closest dealer David McDavid Lincoln and got poor service and virtually no response. Sad we couldnt do business closer to our home in Prosper but we would recommend Hooks as it is worth the extra distance to get excellent attentive service.

First time to Hooks Lincoln in a long time. My Navigator L required service to the computer (an update apparently) and a small repair to a small leak in the HVAC system. Long story shortened......When I went to get my car the first time, the touch screen issue had not been fixed with the update performed and I had to leave my car with them again. Two days later I received a phone call giving the the real repair info and price. Today when I went to get my Navigator, the bill was substantially higher than originally quoted. When I questioned it, rather than get some schpeel or long winded excuse, the service technician, Ryan R., dove right in and reviewed everything. He consulted with manager, Chris M., and they figured it out. These two are the picture of professionalism and courtesy. We own three Lincolns and have been a customer at another dealer and at Firestone. Today, Ryan and Chris earned another customer. They did the right thing and they did it without being forced or threatened with bad reviews, etc. And, my Navigator is as good as new! They also did a great job with the complimentary wash! My wife and I came in to buy her a new car and it was our first time to buy a car from a Lincoln dealer. Our lives keep us very busy and Scott was more than accommodating to take care of us. Our first time in we pulled up at 6:58, 2 minutes before we close, Scott had the vehicle we were looking at ready to take for a test drive. During the test drive, he was not pushy and did not rush us in any way, he made sure all of our questions were answered and we were satisfied. The car buying process was the most effortless process I have even been through. They text you a link where you fill out all your personal details, then you choose your warranty and service packages, no pushing finance guy. The next day (during business hours) we came in, signed and few papers and drove off 45 minutes later. If the ipad would have cooperated it would have been 30 minutes. We will definitely be coming back to Hooks Lincoln to buy her next vehicle, the outlook we have on car buying has fully changed. Other dealerships should take notes.
My husband surprised me with this amazing Aviator on Mother’s Day 2020. Very happy with the Aviator especially the Black Label. After speaking to lots of Lincoln Dealerships he decided on Hooks. Hands down the best car buying experience. I filled out an online request info form and Robert Smith got back to me immediately. We set-up a time to meet and view the cars that I was interested in. We had an appointment with Jeff and were greeted by name as soon as we arrived. We drove three cars and looked at a few more and Jeff patiently answered all our questions. After deciding which one we wanted we were shown multiple options for financing and leasing and the entire process was completed very quickly. I would recommend this dealership.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Receptionist took down my info wrong. They were calling a wrong number and upset that they couldn’t reach me. I took my car for a check engine light and they changed the oil. Picked the car up and it was unclear on whether or not the oil was even changed because they didn’t change the sticker on the windshield. When I called they said the engine light wasn’t on, when I get there to get the car the light was on. I’d rather just take it back to a Ford dealership that is actually competent enough to take care of cars

After a poor experience at a different Lincoln dealer, I I inquired about a specific vehicle I saw online at Hooks. Ryan Salt reached out and I liked him immediately. We were waiting on one to be delivered, and when it was clear it wouldn’t arrive from the factory in our timeframe, Ryan went to work on another one. The last 18 months of service on my New 2020 Aviator has been a nightmare. You have to wait 2-4 weeks to get an appointment. My car was in the shop for 4 week during my most recent experience and then my car was returned with the same problem. I had to wait another 2 weeks to fix the problem that was supposed to be fixed the first time. My car has been in the shop 7 times for a total of 3 months in the shop.Do not buy from Hooks or Lincoln for that matter! They sell you on the great service and a nice sales center. The second you become the owner, be prepared for auto generated emails “checking in,” reoccurring problems and no communication.Yes this review is for the new service manager too! The last two managers have not provided “luxury” service.

The most unprofessional, unintelligent, biased, useless, and worthless staff Ive ever had the displeasure of working with utilizing my 1st free maintenance service since the purchase of my vehicle btw they still charged me an additional $67 on my free warranty maintenance without an explanation. Please know this review isnt written out of bitterness, anger, malice, nor revenge; I only desire to help someone on the fence contemplating your selection of using this location; PLEASE save yourself the anguish and find another dealership.
They were recommended by the car prousa. I told them what I could work with. I had been mistreated by McD**** dealer and I was not going to take any bate and switch activities.. I texted Scott and got agreement. I told him I did not want any negative surprises or I would walk.When I got there I worked with Ryan salt.. Customer service the worst took my car in since last week to get it checked due to some issues. Thinking that they have a 5 star ⭐️ thought awesome I was going to get great service well guess what all them reviews are not true have not heard from them have not been able to get a loner can’t get anywhere have to Uber for work. I’ve called and called always get receptionist taking my name and number never get a call back I’ve called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager can’t get them on the line. What kind of business is this so unhappy never again will I ever go there. I’m going to have to go and sit there until someone takes the time to give me answers worst location ever. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My experience started off a tragedy from the start.I bought a used navigator ( Not From Them ) when buying a used vehicle as a buyer we know the risk we take.My navigator had some sort of leak . . .So I made the decision to take it to hooks Lincoln for all my maintenance and mechanical needs. Knowing it’s a dealership I expected it to be more expensive but I was Understanding due to the fact it’s a high class dealership. I figured my vehicle is a navigator it’s a Lincoln dealership so they work on them all the time.Their hourly rate is $175 Understandable. That’s what I paid for them to diagnose my leak.They claimed it was one thing. I said okay let’s get it fixed. Payed for it. Waited a couple of days double checked there was still a leak and my car wouldn’t start. Turns out the leak got so bad it some how burned out the oil pressure sensor. Which I also had to pay for meaning the leak was never fixed. But they said they fixed the problem had been addressed. Waited a couple of days got back under the truck . . . Yes there is still a leak took it back turn out when they claimed to fix it the first time my Vehicle need to also have a oil change but the filter it wasn’t put on properly. They said there wasn’t no leak other then the oil filter wasn’t put on correctly. . . So waited a couple of days ..... yes there is still a leak. I asked for the service manger supervisor to get in contact which he did. He said he would look into it but haven’t heard back . So I decided to make people aware of my experience to possible help save the next person the hassle. I have paper work that shows proof because I refuse to be called a bitter person or a liar. I will not recommend anyone there. Just a horrible experience.

Great service department. In our case, the vehicle we purchased didn’t have the wheel lock, but we didn’t discover it until the first oil change/tire rotation. The service department at Hooks took care of it without any hassle or cost to us, and even washed the vehicle for us.

I havent purchased a new vehicle in over 13 years and I was dreading the the car buying experience. The high pressure sales, the let me get my manager, the managers sales pitch, negotiating the price, etc. I had almost talked myself out of looking. The experience at Hooks was the opposite of everything I was dreading. Jeff, the sales associate was patient, no high pressure sales pitch, and was very knowledgeable and respectful with all the questions we posed. I would highly recommend visiting Hooks Lincoln when looking for your next vehicle. And if you havent driven a Lincoln lately, this isnt your grandparents Lincoln!!!

When I bought my Navigator L, the salesman that I dealt with was a great disappointment . He did not have my best interest at heart, only his commission. That came through loud and clear. Rick on the other hand seems to be always looking out for the benefit of the customer. When I get ready to purchase my next Lincoln at Hooks, it will only be because of Rick’s integrity and concern for the customer’s needs.

I have bought my last 9 or 10 navigators from hooks, specifically from Mark, he is the best in my opinion. Wished you had never moved from Weatherford but Your pickup service is outstanding. You need to expand it to your dedicated customers. I just spent $2200 on my 2015 Navigator for service you said I needed and when I called I couldn’t even get a loaner. when my wife brought it in she did get a loaner. I think you probably made enough to pick it up at my house. So consider your pick up service for dedicated customers regardless of year of vehicle. You certainly can expect to make more in the service dept with the older models. I will add your service dept does a good job.

My last few experiences at Hooks Lincoln service were ok. This last visit was by far the best. In this time of COVID 19 people are scared and I understand, but being scared does not mean you have to give just ok service. I expect a higher level of service from Lincoln and that is what I receiver during my last visit. The CSR tool time to talk to me about my vehicle and this was the first time since I bought the vehicle. This service is why I have been buying Lincoln.
I just traded my 2018 Navigator for a 2020 Nautilus and Hooks made the whole deal as easy as it could possibly be. You will get a market based trade offer and you won’t feel like you’ve been in a wrestling match. As a bonus, they only sell Lincolns, quality American luxury vehicles.
Hooks provided a great purchase experience. I have yet to get that same experience on the service side of the business.This is now my 3rd time to have the 2018 Navigator Black Label in for service where not everything is completed.This most recent visit was disappointing because the there is a major lack of communication. I had asked for a window chip to be repaired. Was told that they would get an estimate and get approval. That did not happen, rather I got a bill for ~$60 to fix a rock chip that still looks quite bad.Owning a Black Label comes with many benefits, primarily premium care maintenance which covers wiper blades. Again got another charge for ~$35, this is an included service that my advisor was unaware of.Upon the vehicle coming back it was very disappointing to see that of the issues it was brought in for 5 of them were not completed.So frustrating that when I got the request to post a review I did.
Dealing with Hooks Lincoln is a real pleasure.They truly make buying a car a fun experienceIm a little prejudice in my views, because over the last fourteen years I have purchased nine vehicles from Hooks.That alone should explain what a wonderful dealership Hooks is.Probably, aside from Lincoln making excellent vehicles, is their service department. This is a small family dealership that caters to an upscale clientele. That said they treated me as if I was family. They were very friendly and courteous even though I was dressed in my Saturday grunge attire. I was very impressed with Mr. Joey Pierce all the way through the process.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a late model vehicle.I was in today for a service appointment on the vehicle I purchased this past weekend and they preformed the service in just over an hour when I was expecting at least 2 hours. They were expecting me when I arrived at the appointed time. It is so nice when appointments are honored and kept.I would recommend this dealership for their service department.

WOW!! What a fabulous experience! Found a car online that we were interested in and called Mark Grobowski, and the rest was cake! He had the car out front and ready for our test drive, knew EVERYTHING about the car and what it had to offer. The paperwork process was a breeze and took very little time to complete (which always the dreaded part of getting a new car, isn’t it?). We dealt with two other Lincoln dealerships in Dallas and they didn’t compare to Hooks. Make the drive out there, it’s totally worth it!!!

Could not have been more pleased with our car buying experience at Hooks Lincoln, our salesman Mark was informative and kind, he never once pressured us or tried to sit us down to talk numbers. We visited multiple car dealers that day on our quest for a vehicle and had some bad experiences that left my wife very uncomfortable, however all was forgotten when we went back to Hooks after we realized they offered the best deal out of all we had seen. Mark had our vehicle washed, filled up with gas and even a big red bow placed on it while we did our paperwork (which took less than an hour), my wife was almost in tears she was so happy, thanks again Mark and Hooks Lincoln.
Frantically on a Friday morning I drive slowly down the backroads to the dealership with many concerns mostly what I thought were computer related. No worries, the service department called me an hour later to say it was just the battery. WHEW! Thank you Hooks Lincoln, I will always trust you guys with our family cars. At 80,000 miles my 2013 MKZh has only ever needed oil changes, tires and a new battery.
Would not recommend this place to anyone I spoke to the new car manager he was very rude.Said they didn’t have any navigators below $90,000. With me writing a flat out check it would not be $90,000. I’ve been with Cadillac for four years now and will continue to buy their SUVs. I will not tolerate disgusting customer Service. ( and he just works there ) lol . If you’re looking for a American made luxury car I would highly recommend you to go to crest Cadillac. Mines being delivered tomorrow. And new “Cars sales manager” your behavior sickening.

Hooks Lincoln does great work! We bought a used Ford Explorer there and they were able to perform recall work so I didnt have to go find a Ford dealership! While I was there they pointed out that I was only 200 miles away from needing an oil change. I was so glad they saved me an extra trip. The waiting area is comfortable for working, complete with counter space, comfortable chairs, complimentary coffee, and snacks. We love Hooks Lincoln so much we bought a used Nissan there too!

Fast and very easy service. I still have one issue arriving from purchase date which is driver’s door. Apparently, the door is fixed as much as it can be and no one sees a problem with the sound when the door closes inside of the car plus wind coming in drivers door and none of this is a problem on the passenger side. Looks like interior wall where it meets may need to be replaced (the door edging). Guess I will have to live with it as service I told me (“It as good as it ever can be fixed”).

From the moment we arrived we were greeted politely and treated with respect. We loved how the sales people did NOT swoop down on us like vultures. lol. Once we got there, we were matched with a vehicle that had all the features we wanted for the budget we were on. Our salesman Tyler Adams was amazing at discussing vehicle features and relating to our buying situation. He was knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. We felt safe and trustful with Tyler. The finance manager made the deal so easy. We even met Mr. Hooks who greeted us in the office. That said a lot to us. It took away the feeling of just business as usual and made us feel really important and unique. Thank you to Hooks Lincoln staff. From the salespeople all the way up to the owner have treated us wonderful, are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell, and were willing to work around our schedule late in the evening. Definitely will be getting more business from us in the future! Additionally, they were well prepared having paperwork ready for us making our time there efficient and enjoyable.Also a previous visit to this dealerships service department was the best experience we had anywhere, and was the reason we came back to purchase another Lincoln.It definitely feels like the dealership is well run and the owner values the employees and customers like family.
Here’s my experience with Hooks Lincoln.I’m from Wisconsin & was in the market for a Lincoln MKS. I had a trip already planned to visit family in Justin so I thought it would be a good idea to find a rust-free vehicle in the area & drive it back home. After some online searching I found one at Hooks. I gave them a call & spoke with Mark G in sales, prior to my arrival we communicated throughout the week via calls, email & text, he was very prompt in answering every question I had with the car. He sent me several pictures of the car including all minor exterior/interior cosmetic issues with the ‘used’ car, which was nice.When I arrived, a day earlier than scheduled, he knew exactly who I was & he only had my drivers license to go by that I sent him earlier that week, which was impressive. The car was waiting for me on the showroom floor, which was also a nice touch. We took it out for a test drive, he was knowledgeable with the cars features & took the time answer all the questions I had. After the test drive I wanted to see under the car, which he was happy to bring it in the shop & have a tech put it on the hoist so I could check out the car further. Satisfied with the car we went to his office to make the deal & after that was done he walked me out to the car where he took a little more time to show me a few more features with the car. Once that was done he shook my hand & I was on my way.The very next day I discovered an issue with the car where the volume touch panel on the dash would randomly light & start raising the volume, I’d turn it down then it would turn back up. I called Hooks to speak with Mark on this issue to see if he had any insight, but he was busy with a customer & the receptionist was going to have him get back to me. That was before noon & he didn’t call me back until after 4pm, but I missed the call. Called back right away but he was unavailable, so I sent him a text about the issue & all I got back was “That’s new one on me. I use the volume on the steering wheel. Maybe try a master reset or check the Lincoln/Ford forums”. That was all the assistance I received with the issue, no call or anything further to help with my ‘new to me’ car purchase.After digging online I discovered my model MKS (2013-2016) has a history where the in dash radio/hvac controller (front interface control module) will fail & the buttons will randomly work on their own. I also found Ford has discontinued this part so I can’t even get a new replacement. Mark may have not been aware of the issues with my vehicle, but I’m willing to bet the service department knew about this when they inspected the vehicle for sale & didn’t fix it. I doubt this just happened to fail the day after I bought the car.I knew the car was sold as is, but I was shocked that there was absolutely no service after the sale or concern from Hooks to follow up with anything. Here in Wisconsin pretty much every dealership offers at least a 30 day warranty where if anything goes wrong with the car they will make it right. My wife’s used Acadia I purchased at a local dealership & they took care of me no questions asked with a few issues I had after the sale. I’m 100% happy with that vehicle purchase experience & recommend Markquart Motors of Chippewa Falls Wisconsin to anyone in the market. The only reason I didn’t purchase this vehicle there was because I wanted a car that hasn’t been exposed to salt & the harsh Wisconsin winters.I was pleased with the service I received before the sale, but completely disappointed with the lack service I received after the sale.
The staff is outstanding and very accommodating, diligent and professional. I highly recommend both the service and sales staff. It’s always a great experience when dealing with Hooks Lincoln!
I absolutely loved my experience at Hooks Lincoln! We shopped around and stopped in at Hooks to take a look at Lincolns and Bob spoke with us and gave us every reason to come back to Hooks when we decided to buy and we are so glad we did, Bob was not in the day we went back but he set us up with Mark and Mark was so patient, answered all of our questions and made us feel so appreciated and made it clear that he and Hooks wanted us to be in love with our car and we certainly are! We love it and we will forever be loyal customers of Hooks Lincoln.
**2ND Update- Here we are, one year later. Its time to get my car registered and inspected.There is a check engine light on due to this whole fuel tank issue. I have paid $125 to have someone diagnose it. And now having to either take it to a Dodge dealer and spend a ton of money that I dont have to get it fixed or keep researching and ordering parts and hiring mechanics to try and fix it correctly. I really hate that this has turned into such an awful experience from Hooks Lincoln, since the purchasing process was so easy. I will never do business with them again because of their lack of care on this issue.*Update.. Hooks Lincoln supplied our first 2 tanks of gas for us, so we did not need to get fuel for a couple of weeks. When we first went to get fuel at a gas station, we noticed that the outer ring of the capless gas tank was loose and just laying in the fuel door. We tried to just twist it back on the first couple of times of messing with it, then we finally contacted the salesperson about it. He said he spoke with the service manager and they would not be able to repair it and suggested we find a Dodge dealer to look at it. Jump a couple of months later and now the plastic around the capless gas tank has broken off and we are having a horrible time trying to pump gas into the vehicle. We contacted Hooks Lincoln again hoping they would change their minds and look into it since it was clearly faulty before we bought the vehicle, and since they had to have known since they put 2 tanks of gas into it before we ever had to, and we found the piece just loose in the gas filler housing area. They declined to help us at all, basically saying we are out of luck. I think this is horrible customer service, leaving us with the extra cost of having to hunt down the part and a mechanic, or go to a Dodge dealership where they will charge us even more. Thanks for the burden and the stress, Hooks Lincoln.Easiest car purchasing experience to date. After attempting to shop at other dealerships and leaving unsatisfied, we came across Hooks Lincoln online. The response time was immediate. They answered all of our questions. They did not make us feel rushed to purchase, nor did they try to talk us into something we did not want (like other dealerships). The approval process was quick and painless. Our salesperson, Addison, was great at communicating and getting answers for us if he did not have them all. I am in love with my new vehicle and will definitely be telling everyone to check out Hooks first.
Our engine light stayed on.. One visit diagnosed the problem; part was secured by the next day when they replaced it with friendliness and ease. Great service for which we are grateful.

I have been looking at the Lincoln MKX for awhile and found one on their website that had the options that I was looking for. I was able to negotiate a price over the phone and complete most of the paperwork online. Hooks Lincoln has a very knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. My wifes 2017 Lincoln Continental was damaged by running over roofing nail, flat tire, and additional damages.
