For a Mitsubishi dealer to have a service dept. They don’t know what they are doing when it comes to knowing what transmission fluid goes in what kind of transmission. I had to do the research it myself and correct them. They almost ruined my transmission!!

My payoff for my 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage was $18,000 plus. Initially required of me was $2000 towards the down payment to trade in the Mitsubishi for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I did not have the $2,000 for the down payment at the time. Regardless of this, Ft. Worth Mitsubishi was still able to close the deal on my behalf with no money down and get me into the vehicle of my choice. She left came back & said the note would go up, I said thank you grabbed my things & left. Today I got an alert that they ran my credit anyway! Simple con artist! In the screenshot you will see where a so called manager said the note would be the same which is the only reason we came. Liars to get you to come just to get a $10 gift card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

My experience was great! Martha Cooper was really sweet. All the staff were really down to earth and professional at the same time. Car buying is always really skeptical for a lot of people. But the staff made me feel comfortable once everything was explained to me and they definitely helped me out in the end. Very happy to drive off the lot in under 3 hours!

Martha Cooper was not very well informed about the car she sold me. She was unprofessional in the sense of staying on her phone throughout the entire sale. Although she was sweet, I have found out a lot about my car that she told me was wrong. Mitsubishi dealership has been slowly working to help fix some of her wrongs however, for future sales I would ensure that each salesperson is knowledgeable about the warranties and the vehicles that they are selling.

Jared and the service team were extremely helpful in resolving some issues with my Stone Age era Mitsubishi (but still going strong - love it!). What could have been a very expensive parts replacement was resolved easily and economically with some ingenuity on the part of the service team. Highly recommend Jared and the rest of the service team!

Everything went great the car was beautiful. The only thing, I wish the detail of the car could be a little better I still had the price sticker residue on the window and they didn’t vacuum of wipe down. But other than that I love the car. And Julian was a amazing guy that helped me out.

There was a miscommunication after we initially bought the car that caused us frustration, but after we left a review, the manager contacted us and asked if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. They ended up replacing our windshield, which had had a small crack in the corner, even though wed purchased the car as-is. They were quick with the repair, and they let us take a loaner car in the meantime. We appreciated their efforts and timeliness in rectifying the situation.

James was the most knowledgeable and helpful sales associate! Very pleasant experience.

Requested 50k mile Maintenance was performed in decent time, but the windshield wipers I requested be installed and left in the backseat werent ever put on. I didnt ask about them or turn around to check before I got home, so Im the fool here, I guess.

I had a little hiccup on my end but they were patient and worked with us to get us into our new 2022 Outlander and we couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! I definitely recommend this dealership. Went there for the third time, for an oil change. Appointment 9am arrived at 845am, my car wasnt finished until 945am and I complained to the service writer. The service writer Jerry was Very Professional and courteous he got the car for me. He apologized and comped the oil change. Thats an employee creating good customer service.

Went to trade my 2018 car in for a new model. We were helped by a very kind gentleman named James. He help with the financial part and gelp get us into a newer and better car with not much of an increase in our payment. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean. We dropped off our vehicle Tuesday for diagnostic check over engine light coming on. It wasnt until Friday when we called they stated they had been unable to do a diagnostic because the engine light would not show up. So in other words, if we didnt call they werent planning on letting us know. 🤔 We come to pick up the vehicle and they now have misplaced/lost our keys. They told us they would give us a new key until they could find our key. I asked to speak to a manager and instead was left waiting with no one to attend the issue. Getting a new key is no make up for the lack of customer service at this dealership.
