And, another unsatisfied customer relations,Wal-marts associate Danielle whos wearing a loud yellow vest believe to-be customer service rep behave poorly as her so-called manager did behave unprofessionally. One of the ugliest moment at Walmart store #3447. The service deviates the Walmart culture. This store might be a separate Walmart store, because every thing is off and the items are 100% in the wrong price tags. Very bad customer service, leadership is poor as well. Needs help and work.

Big disappointment. Bought a cooler at this Walmart and howard the mananger and rlinda at the desk refused to take it back . We didn’t even used it . Cooler was the same way we got it from . They were just rude and talking to us in a bad way . If this is a way the deal with customer then you have the wrong ppl working with you. Really disappointed . ONE ADVICE ! . Its Wal-Mart. Self check out moved pretty fast. Lots on in store services, food, hair, nails if youre looking into doing that while waiting for someone to shop

Dirty cart corals. Non-working carts. Security on their cellphones. No greeting person. 1/4 of what I needed not in stock. Not enough cashier lines open. Employees using profanity when talking to one another. Greeter on his phone as I walked out.The better question would be what *didnt* go wrong here. This location seems to do better than others. Its still Walmart & you wont catch me spending there, maybe picking up an order for someone. More lines open, more people available in spite of child tax credit release day, they were packed.

The worst customer service in a retail store I have ever experienced. Their employees need to know that each person that frequents their establishment pays their salary. I would not step foot back in there to safe my life. If I needed a bottled a bottled water Id crawl past walmart and beg the next establishment. So sad. 0 rating. Bakery staff was amazingly helpful.However, elsewhere when I went to search for other items, I had a hard time finding the price. items were not on the correct shelves. It was hard to match the item number to shelf tag number as shelf tag print was super tiny.

Prices on the shelves dont always match what you are charged. Be ready to wait while they look at the shelf price, which can take a while. However, Ive found the cashiers at the shelf check out area overall pleasant and friendly

This Walmart should be shut down honestly. The baby section is always empty. A lot of items seem gone. No socks ever for your baby!! Plenty diapers though. Probably because the package is to big to steal??The two stars is for the employees that care and do their job properly. There may only be two.

I go to this walmart for their vegan options. I noticed they added more vegan cheese selections . I was happy to see that. This walmart must be very busy, because it usually has low stock. Today, I was very impressed with how quick check out was. The cashier in lane 2 was phenomenal. It took her no time to ring out and bag 56 items.

I dont normally go to this Walmart, but was close to the job. There was hardly anyone in there, and yet no carts. As you pull in the parking lot it is so dark, that it seems it is closed. Workers are scarce and the lady in checkout was more interested in her phone than the customers. Not a friendly place nor is it one I plan on frequenting anymore.

This place has got to be the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. If I could give no stars I would. I was here with two lines open And self checkout at 6:30pm on a Saturday. The lines were halfway to the back of the store (see attached pictures). This place is a complete joke! I see people walking around that work here why cant they open up a few more check out lines! Everytime Im here its like this.

Its Walmart it sells itself! But my problem is the lack of staffing and the mentality of those that are there without the coverage but then again ive seen the hierarchy of the front of the store management just be completely clueless or rude when they have no business doing what theyre doing personal opinion totally not professional and just at this store and a few others from my experience sure theres things on paper that dont make me look good but dear God some of this a lot of this is just common sense and knowing how to deal with people in a group dynamic and for the love of God if you dont know how just look outside were pushing a billion people now time to pay attention

I’m such a Walmart girl. I haven’t met a location yet I don’t like. East Main Street location never have charged power buggies that’s all I can say but I love Walmart.

We had an excellent experience with the worker named Paris, working pick ups. They helped rectify an issue with an order. They were very very helpful and courteous. We are so grateful. Excellent customer service. Thank you Paris!

Ordered 2 items online for no contact pickup. 6 in stock at time of order. No notification after 12 hours to pickup. Went to website to check order and they show 5 items in stock. We were told items would be available for pickup within 24 hours. We drove to the specific store and were asked our last name. The person said they would be right out with our order. They returned to our car and asked for the order number. They returned a 3rd time and told us the 2 items had never been picked and his supervisor said we would have to go home and drive back the next day. My wife checked stock and found the one item was now out of stock. We put on mask and went into the store. Found the item and spent 30 minutes trying to get a supervisor to open the locked glass case.

I had three items that I wanted some face masks a couple of pins and some hangers they have the hangers the Benz that I got or not exactly what I wanted but they were acceptable and I couldnt find the facemask type that I liked even though a nice lady in the pharmacy Department pointed out to me what they had in stock

Remember its just Walmart a great place in the middle of nowhere for Americans to buy mediocre goods and services, yay America

Not enough cashiers working. They have like 3 cash registers open with a thousand customers. My opinion is to a least have half the cash registers open so customers can have quicker shopping experience. Even the self checkout lines are long smh they need more cash registers open and that goes for all Walmarts..

I went in to buy a gas can, a hook and cat litter I took my items to the garden center and was told by a associate that was sitting down by the door wearing sun glasses that they havent been able to find a cashier that I could take my items to the cosmetic department I was told there is someone there which low and behold nope I asked three guys if one of them would ring my stuff up no they cant but I can go to a cashier up front . I asked for a manager Thomas came and carried my cat litter to the customer care center. Thank you Thomas . But could Walmart improve their service this is unacceptable

The east side Walmart hardly had anything in it there was no one to help if you have a question the line that any Walmart is long cashiers are rude they dont greet you they just start scanning

They didnt have any plans and this is the beginning of fall people like to have plants in their house in the winter time it gives out good oxygen.

This review is not necessarily for this store but for Walmart itself. I bought 2 air mattresses at the store on Taylor Station rd. I asked if they could be returned and they said yes in 25 days or less. I only needed them for 2 days so I went to the Whitehall store to return them. I get to the the customer service desk only to be told sorry air beds can only be exchanged and are non returnable. They not only didnt tell me that at the Taylor Station store, there is also no sign next to the air mattresses stating this policy. I want everyone to be aware that this is the policy of Walmart. Walmart. I am simply asking for a visible sign under, by or next to the air beds stating this policy. It would be courteous to customers who want to know this kind of information in advance. Thank you.

There was no carts. I asked and or informed 3 different employees who offered no help finally found one behind a cashier asked if I could use it and she seriously wasnt gonna let me use it

Not organized at all. They have one cashier working the whole store. I am very disappointed with this location. I would recommend using another Walmart location.

They do not know how to deal with doordash orders. The will tell up to go inside for pickup. They then have a number to call to have someone come out to bring the items only for them not to answer the phone. I go to customer service and they tell me that that number does not work and no one will answer and that i have to go outside. Make it make sense to why I have to do all of that. Why follow instruction just to be told i am wrong and need to do something else.

Customer service quality has improved. The young lady was very pleasant, helpful and polite at the jewelry counter. She helped me pick out a ring for my husband, because the 3rd party company I ordered from off of the Walmart site sent me a 7 instead of a 9 and my wedding was to start in 2 hours and I had to come and buy a ring for my husband. She showed 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 quality customer service. And she was so helpful and had a friendly attitude in helping me.Thank you for her service and it was on February 28th around 12:15 sorry I forgot her name, but know she was the biggest help to me at a moment of crisis on my I wedding day. God bless you Ms. Lady and the lady at the service desks played a part in assisting us as well. Once again Quality service by these two ladies was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, and these to ladies will keep me returning to this Walmart. 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤗

I want to give a shout out to Bill, he was unloading stock. I had asked him where I could find the $59.99 pools, the website showed seven in store. He took me to the location where they were displayed, however they were sold out. I thanked him and I started the online hunt again. Bill found me, and said “I found some still in the case, new inventory.” He loaded the pool in my cart, he told me it’s heavy... I purchased! Another worker Marvin, so kindly put the pool in my trunk. It was a GREAT Day at Walmart!! It was early morning shopping!

95% of the shopping carts didnt function properly. Most of the shopping carts were in the parking lot because they didnt have anyone to collect carts.I went to get my 2 year old son a couple of outfits, get back to the toddler clothes and 95% of the toddler clothes section is girl clothes and 2 small spots for toddler boy clothes. The employees acted like that was the normal thing and said they get more girl clothes than boy clothes. I managed to find 1 summer outfit for my son in 4T. The rest were either sweats or a smaller size.Proceeding to checkout with 1 outfit.. The self checkouts were closed and they only had 2 lanes open with at least 10-15 people in both lanes.... So I go to the service desk and ask if I can check out there since i only had 1 outfit. The employee gave me an attitude but let me check out there.

Empty grocery shelves like most places, but still had a lot more selection in stock than a lot of places

I was pleasantly surprised to find a full selection of precut fabrics. I did not have to wander the store to find someone to cut fabric. The quality was great for my needs. The notions were at a fantastic price. The trip was successful and with the self-checkout, I was finished fast. Plus no contact was necessary.

It was my second time ever at this location. I went right to the section grabbed what I needed. Went to self checkout and left. The store was crowded but no issues.

Bare shelves, no staff, long lines at registers. Merchandise thrown about and a filthy, disrepaired parking lot. Like a third world grocery. Clearly the staff has thrown in the proverbial towel. AWFUL!

Was there bought a bag of tostido salsa Verde chips that had 2.99 clearly marked on bag and was charged over 3.40

Its dangerous here watch yalls backs, especially when shopping just after dark. My wife and I dont live here, but we were in the neighborhood, so we grabbed some things. Theres something about seeing the same few faces repeatedly as you circle a large supercenter that makes you question coincidence or not. 2 men (probably a team), blk, skinny, about 59, wearing athletic clothing, were following 5-7 feet behind us just a few minutes after we started shopping all throughout the store. One of the men was so obviously following us that I turned to face him, he spun on his heels, and walked off quickly in the other direction. A 2nd man only a few minutes later did the exact same when we turned into the card aisle to see if hed follow. Ill be completely honest a Walmart employee was also suspiciously within our vicinity several times throughout the store. I stared him dead in his eyes because he was watching us as we turned into different aisles, and tbh I was wondering if he was watching us or staring at my wife.. Years ago I worked at Walmart and we had employees arrested for running schemes with their criminal associates. It happens. Trifling. Watch out if the same person is walking suspiciously close to you for an extended period after you change your environment. Guard your belongings in this Walmart and come armed if you can because you cant safely shop here. I double checked I had something on me when we noticed these dudes were tailing us after 2 minutes. Most aerosols work btw (shoe spray, automotive sprays) or go to hardware and grab something hefty if you prefer.

Not counting pay your bill and get a money order or send money. At Walmart getting ready to go to a baby shower and its not till next month but Ill check start early instead of starting late doing a baby blanket yeah I bought the material and this is what I came up with. I also had a little help but it did not work out very well because I still dont know how to thread this handheld sewing machine. So this is what I have come up with.

This Walmart is always dirty, and usually understocked. They dont seem to care about anything other than following people around to see if they are stealing. Customer service really sucks at this location (e main in Whitehall)

This store appears to be fairly clean except for the incredibly putrid smell radiating from the bathrooms. I feel like the employees should be more friendly, attentive and proactive with customers. Although, that seems to be more of a generational problem. No one takes pride in what they do anymore.

I tried three grocery cart none of them would roll and then they didnt have the cat food I went in for or the chicken salad from their Deli

I feel like this place doesnt treat their employees with enough gratitude for the job they do and have to deal with the types of issues occurring with customers and store. Never enough lanes open, a lot of product out in store lanes make is look crowded and in the way of shopping.Bathrooms always dirty, no toilet paper messy counter tops never have clean sanitized carts, I have to get one from outside, and wipe it down myself.I only go there because it is close, I prefer the canal winchester or 456 stores.
