The clerk would not open the wig so I could confirm it was the right one. Not only was it the wrong one I was overcharged. The older couple who is usually there.... BEST in the business

They sell cloths with no dresssing rooms, tried to exchange a two piece outfit that was too small and was told I couldnt. The younger man has horrible customer service and has a bad attitude. I spend a lot of money with them to be treated the way I was. Bad business

Went to the store to purchase a lace front wig. Initially, there were two people working in the store and I guess one of them decided it was a good time to go and get lunch or something and leave this old man at the counter by himself.I was ready to make a purchase and he told me I would have to wait 10 minutes till somebody came back. I wound up waiting 25 and then just leaving. I came back up to the counter while he was ringing people up and he tried to pretend like he didnt see me. I made a special trip out East because I have purchased here in the past. I wont ever return to this store ;their customer service is trash.

I ABSOLUTELY love Impress! Both my daughters and I shop here regularly and ALWAYS find what we need! From hair to jewelry to lace stockings I can’t find it anywhere else like I can here! Even my sons and husband can get things here too! The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful plus the store hours are good as well!

Favorite beauty supply in Columbus! They keep the shelves well stocked and usually have an array of products. Ive purchased a number of wigs at this store and they were reasonably priced. They also have really cute girl accessories so its my go to spot for my daughters beads, hair ties, etc. Check them out, you wont regret it!

Went in there today with my kids walked in nobody spoke I had to speak to them the first thing they said was take her bag like i wasnt going to already give it to them my daughters are 9 and 8 they like to look around and see if they like stuff to they both had money because they get allowance the man told them not to touch nothing and for me to get my kids like they where babies at that point I felt uncomfortable I have spent so much money with that company and really dont understand why we were treated this way today and I was looking for a specific hair that was expensive as hell for me to be treated that way

They do have a variety of hair. However the same hair you find in Chicago, Atlanta, and New York that is very thin, mediocre quality is sold there for dirt cheap for about $15-$25 for reason!!! They have it here behind the counter presenting it as if it was top dollar for triple the price! My advice, be careful and do your homework before you waste your money! Also, the owners are extremely disrespectful and I will never return! Always shop where your business is appreciated! Never settle for less just because a store is conveniently in your neighborhood or around the corner! They targeted your areas for a reason!!!

Great people Ive known those people for over 25 years saw their children grow up Im mostly fond of the manager Tony I call him little Tony. Stop by thats a good place to buy all your beauty care in Your Hair Care great place to shop.

Very poor service where do I start first off they didnt open on time they state that they open at 9am however Im still sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open the young lady that works there claimed the manager would be here in fifteen minutes thats not the case either he still isnt here dont spend your money here they cant even open on time
