I arrived at Walmart around 9:30 PM looking to purchase an ethernet cable to set up in my dorm room. I headed straight for the Entertainment section and immediately found exactly what I was looking for. I then waited about 10 minutes to spot an employee to open the case for me. After 10 minutes of nobody near me, I decided to approach a young man who seemed to be unloading carts. Usually, I would hate to ask someone who is doing something to help me, but after waiting this long for a simple task I decided it wouldnt be very taxing on him. He was very friendly and walked with me to where I was looking and he said he would be right back with the key. 5 minutes, nothing. 10 minutes, nothing. 15 minutes, nothing. Then I see him continuing to unload in a nearby isle. I figured he may be really busy so I must find another worker to help. Every worker that walked near me would glance at me and try to hide in other isles or behind clothes or shelves. I would also like to mention that I saw ONE total employee wearing a mask this entire time. Her name was Sheila, a little older woman. She seemed very interested in helping me solve my issue and told me she would go back and look for the manager. She did this and then 10 minutes later saw me still waiting. After various calls over the PA for help offered by Sheila, the manager with the key just simply would not show up. There were about 6 customers also waiting for assistance, many of whom were not wearing masks and were not told to do so by the workers, probably because they didnt have the decency to keep their store safe themselves. Finally after 1 total hour of waiting, Sheila brings over the manager. The manager unlocks a case for another customer that was repeatedly asking for help and then he assisted me. He was not wearing a mask (shocker) and didnt even have a nametag. After I completed my transaction I darted toward the exit because I was sick that I just sat in this store for an hour just for a $3 cable. As I walked out, I received dirty looks from two workers who I spotted avoiding me earlier. This was by far the most disappointing experience Ive ever had as a customer in anything in my life. Pitiful. Sheila deserves better. Piss poor.
Walmart on East Main st. is frequently not clean, the floors/ isles and such are dirty. The self checkout is sometimes so filthy I dont want to use it. While the cashier is standing around they could clean the registers in self checkout.
Skip this one. The bad reviews are true. It’s ghetto and the workers don’t want to help at all. They will walk past long lines and upset customers waiting to be helped with careless looks on their face. This is a trash location. Get in and get out as quick as you can. Never know what’s going to happen here. Lots of theft and crazy people. Bums asking for money by your car.
Good customers service
Without a doubt the worst Walmart in the city. Avoid at all costs. Just had my cart stolen with groceries in it. I went to the lady at the front of the store, she blew me off. She said I didnt see it. Never offering to call the store security or to maybe look on the cameras. I walked out of the store leaving my fifty dollars worth of merchandise. Im sick of that place. Nothing but thugs and losers shop there. The workers are losers too!!!
I personally wanted to avoid this walmart at all cost (personally because of all of the stories Ive heard about this store), however I wanted to buy a chromebook for my son, and the Google guy was very kind and knew what he was talking about. And even though the store didnt have the Chromebook the Google guy helped me purchase it online and sent it to the store for me to pick up! 5 stars! I will return, especially if I need an electronic.
They do not answer their phone in any departments I got hung up on 3 timese by customer service they just picked the phone up and hung it up without saying anything im very disappointed by this Walmart
Pick up was late, one item was unavailable, checked in online and sat for 15 minutes, called number on pickup sign, which had a recording that store was closed, no one answered pickup or customer service lines, and I finally had to go pound on the pickup door to get my order.
The team is very good,
I have been going to this pharmacy for at least seven years in my experience has been very good.. they are professional and tried her best to please Customers..No one is perfect
The store and pharmacy are both a joke. Nobody in the entire store will help and they will go out of their way to make sure they dont. Things that I know to be a fact will be argued by the majority of their pharmacy staff as well. When confronted with the facts, they just get angry with you and and try to make you believe you are wrong. Dont waste your time. Find a store and pharmacy that knows what they are doing. Not to mention, the lines are horendous. 3 of 24 will be open and the majority of the self scan registers are broke.
Good customer services
Courteous service
The pharmacy technician Kef. Has been very disrespectful to myself and my familyI tried calling corporate and I have also told sups. No change as if they are afraid to discipline him because of his race. Horrible. This is the only pharmacy that carries my brand of meds I need for myself. I will move the rest of my family and as many friends to a different pharmacy. Im not the only one. I seen a customer arguing with him and refused to put a sup on. KEF THE PHARMACY TECHNICIAN NEEDS SOME DISPLINARY ACTION TAKE. IMMEDIATELY
Excellent customer service.
Pharmacy people are no good.
