Martin was very profesional and very nice, he helped me to find my correct wind wiper for my nissan versa, also he changed it for me. So I went to AutoZone to get a new battery car. When I went inside I talk to a person one of the red shirt the person told me that I have warranty but my problem was that I couldnt trade my old battery so the person in the red shirt told me to pay full price on the new battery and when I come back I will get my refund so I said ok. When I came home change the battery car they were to different kind of battery. The battery that they gave was Part number: 24-DL and the battery that I had is 24f-DLG which is more power. So I went to the store again talk to a person grey shirt because I didnt saw person who was helping me. So I told the person with grey shirt the connection where in the other side so she gave me battery part number: 24F-DL then I show her picture of the battery that I have and that they are not same, so she told I couldnt get because I needed to bring my old battery. So I never said anything about warranty and I never heard her say anything about warranty either and I took the battery part number 24F-DL the right side where the connection where at. Put the new battery got the old battery took it to AutoZone the same person with grey shirt only gave for the trade in and never gave me my warranty refund I even ask her for it and she said you should of ask a person with grey shirt next time. Maybe you should teach people with the red shirt how to do there jobs instead of confusing customers. So Dont come to this AutoZone unless you want to get robbed and cheated.

My battery wasnt charging, and the guy behind the counter told me how to fix it and loaned me the tools. Something that couldve cost $100 cost me $, for the tool. I will definitely go back.

Horrible store. They stopped taking empty oil containers despite taking your used oil and making a profit each month off it. I wanted to buy a $300 battery and they still wouldnt take my empty oil containers. Worthless employees that arent willing to try to make a happy customer.

I went to have my battery charged. An hour later i put it in my car and nothing happened. I went back in store and called them on thier lies i told them they didnt even charge the battery. They offered to put it to charge again or sell me a new battery. I told them no im not waiting another hour. They offered to jump my car. They hooked up the jumper and nothing happened but clicking. They then said that its my starter and they had starters on sale. I laughed and said i know alot about cars and to please step aside. I put the cables on correctly and car started right up. I told them the same thing happened at another autozone and that they should be ashamed of themselves for lieing and taking advantage of people. My battery drained because i left the dome light on. I came home hooked battery up to my battery maintainer and it starts up without a problem. Autozone are crooks they will never charge your battery just pretend and try and make a sale. Learn about your car so you wont fall in to this type of trap. Im female so they thought i was easy prey. Little did they know i race cars. Doh!

This place sucks....peopple are lazy and rude. I had 10 mins before they close the store. I called to verify it was open, it was...once i got there i saw the guy locking the door and power walked to the back i was staring at him and he didint open the door to let me in...never coming back needs employees that are willing to work and tend to customers...

Prices were not as marked as sales need to go back to recover over charge, no line order at exit people were cutting line to exit

I always buy my all my car parts from Autozone on 11855 Whittier Blvd, I went to recycle my oil, after waiting 25 minutes a woman told me that they can take the oil because the container was full. I know when this happen they have a warning out side the store. I was really mad, I wont buy parts from them anymore, Ill go to Montebello to Webers.
