Friday October 16 the first call i made to the parts Department i was put on hold for more than four minutes. I called back again and i was put on hold and forgotten about it rang back to the operator and by then i just said forget it and i just decided to hang up. I figure Whittier Toyota is doing so well they don’t need my business so i just drove home and stopped at Glendale Toyota.
