Had my car (2016 Honda Touring) serviced at Daniel Tire Service Sat. 6/26/21. The shop manager was extremely helpful to my desperate need. After having my tire blown at 605 freeway Friday 6/25, I had a hard time getting replacement tire due to my car’s tire is normally special order and not in stock with most tire shops and Costco.Fortunately Daniel Tire Service had the tires in stock for my car and was able to support my need immediately. After letting the shop manager know that I have drive back Bay Area that day, he immediately proceeded to service my car right away and immediately asked the technician to take care of car ASAP.It was a great and excellent customer service experience with this shop and very nice and supportive shop manager and technician.I highly recommend this shop to everyone who lives in the area or nearby.

I understood that topping off of all fluids was part of the oil change offered. This was not done. Right before my appointment they took a walk-in customer which moved my appointment 25 minutes minutes later. Not honoring the appointment time was a big No-No to me. I feel Im being more than generous with three stars. The bare minimum

My tire on my new Subaru (just my luck) had a screw in it. Overnight it lost about 10 psi. Anyway the next day, I filled up with air and made it to work. While I was at work I searched around for places to remove the screw and patch the tire. I came across Daniels Tire Service and let them know I was on my way. I took my lunch at work, drove over to Daniels and was in and out after only 30 minutes. By far the quickest patch I have ever had. I still had enough time to go back to work and pick up some drive thru food. Mario was the one who answered my initial call and made sure to have my tire patched ASAP. The price was great for the speed and service and basically the same price as anywhere else. Although my tires are brand new I am pretty sure that I will be coming here a few times a year because of my luck, and will definitely be looking to purchase my tires here when it comes time for that. I didnt even have enough time to sit and hang out because the service was awesome, but i did look inside and they have about a half-dozen comfortable chairs and a TV to keep the customers entertained. Great customer service all around here.P.S. dont forget to bring the key for you wheel lock if you have one!

Went above and beyond when helping me with my blow out. Dropped off my old blown out rim and tire and came back within 30 min to my new one. Tire was a great price and they even gave me a discount with warranty. Paid less than I would have at any of the lambert places that’s for sure.

Jeff is the best. We trust his recommendations for our variety of automobiles. We were looking for a shop we could trust and we found one.

When I called to get an estimate of how much everything would cost before going in Jeff was more than happy to help. He took the time to go above and beyond finding prices for everything that I needed. I thought I needed a bunch of things done to my car because the dealership told me so, but after getting an inspection done on my car turns out I only needed to replace my front rotors. I didnt have a ride home so one of the workers named Javier was super nice about driving me back home. He was easy to talk to, very passionate about working at this company, and also informed me about other services they could do for my car at a much reasonable price then the dealership. Another perk about this location is that it was serviced and ready all in the same day. Overall I had a terrific experience here and I highly recommend this company. The workers are friendly, fast, educated, well trained, knowledgeable about their products/business, and the prices are reasonable.

There was no waiting. The staff were friendly. Prices were good. I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell me or sell me 2 or 4 tires instead of the one tire I needed. I’ll go back for other car services.

I went in and was out within less than an hour. Jeff was extremely good at multitasking, helping out mechanics and knew exactly what was going on in the garage. Even checked the pressure on all 4 of my tires. I definitely appreciate these businesses that still have good customer service and it isn’t “NEXXXXXXT”, but genuinely great customer service! We have been using your facility located in Whittier for years. Yesterday I went in and was immediately greeted by the manager Mario. I explained my car was having problems with the passenger front tire. He had Jose put it up on the lift and we examined the problem. I was clear to see both front tires needed replacement. Fortunately Mario had tires in stock! We additional examined the rear tires discovered they will be needed replacement soon. Jose was diligent in his work and I was pleased with the price and service. I appreciate their respectful response to my actual needs. Respectfully Judd

My 15 year old van was making some unfamiliar noises in the front end. Daniels was able to diagnose, repair and replace what appeared to be way over due front suspension and steering components. Vehicle sits higher and handles great. Mario kept me informed along the way, also provided pictures. Quality auto repair isn’t cheap, but I’m very pleased with the work and finished product!

Never understood the incredible difference, good truck tires inflated to correct pressure, could have on performance and economy. I was lucky that my Daniels tires blew, out of town and was able to get correct set from Pioneer Tires. Every time I drive it, glad I got them, little miffed did not happen before, but runs g r e a t now so....

First time to Daniels Tires with a major problem. The Service Rep, was very friendly and informative of what needed to be done. I gave him the go ahead. There mechanics got right on it. I can tell these guys knew what there were doing being a car guy myself. The mechanic called me to show me a potential problem, and he was right for sure. Long story short, he finished the job. And the job was done right. They are honest, and I truly recommend Daniels Tires. I have a different problem and I’m definitely coming back to have them take care of it.

I just got off of the phone with Mario, the manager of the Whittier shop. He and his mechanics have worked very hard to solve the issue with my vehicle. We thought we had it, but the symptom flared up again. They are back on it with a commitment and desire to get the problem fixed. Needed a last minute tire in a rather tense situation compounded with the rare California rains. They took swift care of me at a great price. Customer service was wonderful; service writer was clear and concise.

I had a tire I needed to get patched up due to a nail. I inquired about the service fee for the service and got a call back from Mario, he very courteously offered to do the service for free. It was such a blessing. I also inquired about a break flush and their prices where reasonably compared to the dealership prices. I went ahead and got that service done, plus an additional 10% off for healthcare worker discount. I will definitely be back for my future car maintenance.

I have a 2500 HD utility body vehicle that weighs well over 8,000 lb got a bolt in the tire. I called the Whittier shop got Jeff on the phone told him what I needed and immediately he told me come on In. I got their Jeff check me in we did the paperwork. They got right to work had the equipment that can lift my heavy truck to repair the tire. My son and I we hung out in waiting area I answered a couple of emails on my phone next thing I knew Jeff came and got us said it was all done.Im extremely happy with the fast and courteous service.
