They would have gotten 5 stars but they moved that store around so much i really dread going in there.Other than that its s great store, mostly the meat and produce but the prices on all other items i think are better than other stores and they have a pretty great staff

Quality meat and produce. Great bear selection for my husband. For the kids the Stater Brothers rocky road ice cream has real marshmallows 😋 not that yucky swirl. Actually all the Stater Brothers product line is high quality compared to other major market brands believe me Ive tried them all. Its my job to do the errands and keep the budget. Mama knows best. Only thing is you dont carry milk from the local dairy Broguieres in Montebello. Maybe you can look into it.

Great customer service. . I had finished shopping early and asked if I could stay inside until my Access ride came and the store manager replied of coues you can. One of the clerks even offered me a chair to sit in. I fell special. This store location is number one for me

There are certain items I don’t mind paying extra for if they’re worth it. The produce here does not apply. I get much more for my money elsewhere. The meat department is pretty good, though.

They actually have really good cuts of meat. Watch for sales. Good selection of products.

I really like their brand of products and the staff is so nice I forgot my mask in the car and they gave me a new one really appreciate it

Its my go to market, but lately I have found that its kind of dirty and the management definitely needs to retrain the box boys and girls in how to bag groceries correctly. I always have a mishap with the way they bag, unless I just get a few things. I go for the convenience only.

Being going there for over 40 years, is my best market. Still getting familiar with the new arrangement.

I used to enjoy shopping here, but lately they havent been up-to-date with labeling items correctly. I do my WIC shopping here and they have removed their WIC approved items and down graded the available items to purchase. WIC is supposed to promote supplemental items and this place is doing a horrible job at it. Im extremely disappointed. They make it very inconvenient to find items.

This is my favorite store. The employees are very friendly and service is great!

There were 2 people ahead of me. A lady and 2 young boys. The young boys forgot the Pin for their parents card. So they called twice and no answer from their parents. They tried to call a 3rd time. So i asked the Cashier SAVANAAH C. to save their transaction till they get a hold of their parents. She rolls her eyes at me and answers me with an attitude she cant because she needs a key and ignores me.Superior cashiers do that. WalMart does it as well. Stater Bros is right across from me but i rarely go because of their cashier who think as costumers have to be thankful they are helping us out. BAD EXPERIENCE everytime i go.

I shop at Stater Brothers frequently. I normally buy their meat. Good selection. The only thing is that the isles are a little snug.

Always good on steaks. got me some bone in rib eye for 8.99. eggs are currently buy 2 get 1 free. seems like they r remodeling the store,but you get in and out

The customer service there leaves w whole lot to desire, but the deli oh my the hot food, chicken taste like the oil hasnt been changed in decade, the lack of food when going to pick up, the attitude the ones appointed to that department are such a put off, I went in one day hours before they closed they refused to make more chicken two hours before, she wanted to clean because she wanted to go home on time, the chicken I got yesterday tasted burned and the strips were as dry as the service

This Is the neighborhood super market.The staff is top notch with out making you feel like you are bothering THEM.And the Butcher dept. Is an example of true Amaricana.They will explain all you need/want to know, even season any piece of meat for you for free.Need an idea for what kind of meat to use?Just ask.It really feels like you are visiting family, because youll leave here with a bunch of food and it wont break the bank.

Been going in and out of this store since the early 70s. They are still doing a great job there.

Seafood and deli department needs customer service training, they are very rude and unhelpful. Rudeness is number one although, I wish I remembered her name so I could complain because I am appalled to be spoken to like that, I refuse to come back to this stater brothers. I simply called to ask if they had something available and she shoo’d me off the call and I had another question, I was trying to be nice because I know being in that position isn’t always easy, but you do not have to be rude to customers. I’m officially done with this place .

Well it was my first and last time coming to this place. I heard on the radio the flat meet was going to be on sale for 4.99 a pound, I went there got the meat and to my surprise when I got home and started cooking it,it only had 4 pcs for 20dollars the meat was so thick it wasn’t cooking throughly. I really recommend they hire people that know what they are doing and some one to inspect it and make sure it’s good. I’ll give it two stars only because it had flavor.

Disappointed! Cashier broke $100 bill for customer. Counted it out 2 times and once in customers hands before going straight to my families groceries without thought to sanitize hands. When I said please use sanitizer she snapped you cant expect me to stop everytime to do that YES I can, I do it and so does all the other stores! Way too risky to shop there when it comes to safe practices with COVID-19. What else are they not doing to protect customers

I don’t typically comment on supermarket but holy cow, that female employee with short hair and Doc Marten boots is the rudest one in the store. I asked her if the store was out of something and instead of simply saying, give me a second to check she responds with an attitude and “I’m on a break and keeps walking to the back of the store.” She needs to be terminated, this is not how we do business.

This store always has the nicest and most helpful crew and the prices beat their compitition. Meat is 1st class and produce is flawless. Always clean and shelves faced and dusted. Management will find what youre looking for or order it for you. This is the Standard Thanks!

They had the beef bullions I needed. No bakery.. no bolillos..

Stater Brothers is always. A great place to shop dishes when the smaller Stater Brothers but as all Stater Brothers clean ball cap friendly staff go by get your groceries on. If you need any help theyre always there to help you. Nice baggers will not squish your bread. So go by and try it Norwalk Raider out.

Walnut is my go to store, and for the most part i have no real problem, other than the prices are going up so fast everytime i go thier im paying more for the same products. They are clean and well organized.

Every thing you can think of as far as groceries and all kinds of items in the bakery dept. Youll find em there.

Wish this store had fresh produce and a bakery. Every time I come to this location, all the vegetables and fruit are rotten or moldy. I continue to buy my produce at Target because I know it’s fresh and well maintained.
